$25 charge for parking is outrageous! I know this is Chicago where everything is expensive. However, my stay was only 12 hours and that is like paying $50. Even if i stayed longer 3pm to checkout at 11am $25 is still price gouging! Parking is not secure, other than covered parking cost should be prorated for time of stay (12 hrs x $1.25= $15).

I emailed twice to check on the shuttle details and tell them exactly when we were landing and of course, we waited for the shuttle, but it was at least 25mins late, before we gave up and took a Lyft. No one answered the front desk phone, and the phone number given for the shuttle, doesn’t lead to a person - the line just hangs up. Super frustrating- and the front desk person was unapologetic. Not the best welcome.

I'm giving this hotel a low rating due to the inaccurate information regarding the schedule and arrangements for their airport shuttle. If you call the hotel phone number there is an option for "shuttle information" where there is a recording indicating that the shuttle runs 24 hrs per day, at 15 and 45 on the hour with pickup at the Shuttle Terminal Gate 1 at Chicago O'Hare. Moreover, I received a text message reminder of my stay with that same information. Accordingly, I went to the Indicated pick-up spot on arrival (10:30pm). No shuttle came at 10:45pm; ditto at 11:15pm. At 11:30pm, I decided to call the hotel. Not easy to find the phone number, as Googling gets you the main Hyatt reservations number. When I finally got through to the front desk they informed me that after 10:00pm the shuttle only comes when you call to request it. So basically I ended up waiting more than an hour for the ride from the airport to the hotel.

The bathtub had hair on it. Look like it had not been cleaned at all. When I arrived to the room the ac was turned off and hot. Do not stay here! It is very close to the casino and that's about the only positive thing I can say. While I was there I had no phone signal.

Very disappointed in this hotel. It was very dirt and when we lifted the covers on the bed we saw the mattress was stained a brownish color. The pillows were feather which my wife and kid are allergic to. We asked for hypoallergenic pillows and after 3 hours we still didn’t get them even after asking 2 additional times. We ended up leaving.

No complaints whatsoever! Clean room. Excellent water pressure in the shower. Fluffy white towels. Crisp white bedding. Polite and efficient staff. Convenient garage parking. We were here for the Buddy Guy concert at Rivers Casino and it was a super short walk to the event center. Would most definitely stay again next time I need to stay in the area.

The hotel is a little outdated but ok. The bed was pretty hard and not a comfortable sleep for us. The staff were very nice. Emily and Rhia are absolutely the best. Overall, i don't think we will come back because there are no good food options and the wall are very thin.

Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Atmosphere was cozy.Front desk staff was not very friendly when i checked in. Both ladies (one older one younger) gave me a very cold look. No warmth AT ALL, not even a friendly welcome smile. :/ check in was seamless though.Housekeeping staff was very welcoming & professional. I would give this hotel 5 stars if they had customer service professionals at the reception desk.

When I went to check out they wouldn\'t give me a receipt. They informed me that since I had made y reservation through Expedia I would have to get it from them. I then asked them for a receipt for the $50 of mine that I had to leave as a deposit on my credit card. They tried to tell me that it wasn\'t a charge it was a hold on my checking account for $50 and that it would go away in 5 TO 7 BUSINESS DAYS(wE ALL KNOW THAT every DAY IS A BUSINESS DAY EVEN SATURDAY AND SUNDAY) ! To which I responded with if I do not have access to the $50 than it is a PENDING CHARGE not a hold. I also let them know that in this modern day of Information Technology that a hold for $50 should be reconciled at the end of day that you check out. This is just another way for a major company to hold onto your money and maybe not even give it back if you\'re not checking your bank accounts. So after many calls to ficticious managers they put someone on the phone with me who was not a manager but a securtiy officer. I wanted to give them cash for the deposit because this is one of the few business\'s that is still functioning in the reality before computers by using the line "It\'s on hold and will be released in 5 to 7 business days. but they refused because they want to hold your bank accounts hostage. So they gave be a blank piece of paper with their logo on it for my receipt for my $50 deposit. My checkout was Saturday 1/6/24. It is Friday 1/12/24 and they just released my $50. No letters left cant finni

Anthony checked us in. He was terrific. Never have I been checked in so quickly. Seems check in at every hotel takes a long time, but not this time. Our flight was canceled and this hotel came through. We asked about a local store to get a toothbrush and Anthony took the time to get us one from the hotel, even though he had a huge line of others waiting whose flights were canceled.

After many hours of driving we came into the lobby where the 2 young women were behind the counter on their phones. They barely acknowledged us. They were not forthcoming with too much information. I had to ask the questions. Also there are no microwaves in the rooms and there weren’t enough towels for a multi night stay. I wouldn’t return to this property.

The front desk staff were friendly except for one person who wasnt very understanding to my complaint for being charged $8 for ordering two club sodas from the rude bar tender Saturday night. Ive never been charged for club soda and its my drink at every restaurant i go to instead of still water. The lady who took may daily breakfast order to go so sweet, friendly and i loved her personality. The bar tender lacked the basics for being in the customer service business. Its not about knowing how to make cocktails!

Disappointed that >$100/night charge and there was no breakfast included. Buffet breakfast $19.95 where pancakes are hard to bite on and makes me think that they were frozen and just warmed/cooked out of package. Fruit salad mixture of cantaloupe, pineapple and red grape that looked like being from several days old. I ordered omelet for what you have to pay $5 more on top of buffet price or $17 just for omelet - presentation fair, taste was poor. I had to ask for toothpaste because none was available in the room. I liked the bed and room was clean, shampoo n body wash was great. Shuttle available every 30 min to n from airport.

We were in town for a concert so there was a big group of us. We wanted a have a few adult beverages before the concert and decided to meet down at the hotel bar...only to find that it was closed even though the sign said it opened at 5pm. Very disappointing. The hotel missed out on a lot of money as I know we weren't the only group in town for the concert. When you have guests in the hotel, all services should be available.

Excellent accommodations and very clean! HOWEVER… While there is a restaurant and bar, they did not offer room service. There wasn’t any complimentary coffee. This was disappointing to me only because I arrived late in the evening due to missing a connecting flight and had to leave very early in the morning. Those options would have been very nice to have.
