The had a bar. Practical lobby. Much more quiet than other hotels in the area. Good for business. Huge room!

We only stayed one night. So we were in and out. But it would have been nice to experience the amenities the hotel had to offer. They seemed very up to date and clean.

We read that a shuttle was provided from the airport. When we called they said itwasn’t since we booked with Expedia.

Full bar.

Only negative was no breakfast buffet.

We do hotel dtays 3 ot 4 times a year. This was the best hotel we've been to in 4 years. Clean. Quiet. Nice bathroom. Great pillows. Even better mattress. The staff was fantastic allnthe way through but the young lady who checked us in late afternoon on Thursday was impeccable, kind, dressed well and was the highlight of your staff. But they all were...the bartender (who was also the cook) was quick and perfect. The maid service was quiet and respectful. Our room had window shades that were button activated. It was pitch black when they were closed. Also...a big tv for a hotel room. I love that. You can also hook into your own Amazon tv and netflix account and watch it there. I can't say enough about our stay...just great. Thank you all.

Probably the best option in the area in terms of maintenance and amenities. The place is new, has breakfast and dinner at the on site bar and access to Lifetime fitness down the street while staying. There is a small gym on site. Has a little snack shop next to the desk, a laundry facility (evidently) and is right by the other restaurants on Higgins. No business center (as listed) being the only downside. The one pc in the lobby was broken. Fantastic black out shades. Zero clue what time it is when I wake up. Though they DO have a clock in the room. A rare treat apparently. Smart tv with streaming apps built in. And the keys are from this century and don’t de magnetize every time they come near my phones with massive magnets on the back. Yay.

Was given a room that has a defective shower and the warped floor to show that this isn’t a new issue, but a shower curtain over a ledge that serves as a ramp for the water to run off into the bathroom is bad enough. Combine it with a drain that’s higher than the floor and that warping that angled the water right out of the bathroom and into the entry way. Which was absolutely flooded when I came out of the bathroom for the knocking to let me know it flooded the next room and hallway. Zero indication of that was seen in the bathroom or at the door so I was confused until I turned around and saw my luggage was laying in a pool of water. It took hours for me to go through my soaked clothes and make sure that nothing had bled out and destroyed my things. So I hand washed what I saw needed it to prevent stains before it was picked up by a laundry service. Down jackets that haven’t been worn since being cleaned the day before I checked it will be at least $60 in dry cleaning. Again. About $200 more for the laundry and looking at $400 to clean the brand new Tumi luggage that was sitting in water and soap/shampoo. Hopefully it’s not destroyed. I had to extend my stay since my clothes came back but I have no luggage. The manager was kind enough to offer me the rate that it is online, and of course full price was paid for this visibly damaged room that has no option to use the shower. I’ve been staying here for weeks. Thousands of dollars was gladly spent. I liked the place.

Absolutely loved the cleanliness, quiet, room darkening shades and level of comfort provided! Will keep this on our to “stay at” list! I guess the old adage is true… you get what you pay for!! (And then some!)😎

The staff was courteous and the room was very nice! The only downsides were the minimal amount of creamers with the coffee pot in the room, and the confusion about the heat/cool adjustment (on wall instead of on unit). We would definitely stay at a Four Points again.

Had some noise at night from the parking lot, not much the staff could do about that. Also alot of noise above from someone walking around. Place was clean and staff was friendly. Good water pressure in the shower

The property was nice and clean very friendly and quite although the bed was a bit too firm for me but my partner indicated it was perfect

I got downgraded as the room I booked was not available. After that I got my credit card charged twice and the manager would argue with me that they need to charge twice. Not a good experience checking in.

The staff at check in double charged my credit card suppose to charge around 1200 he charged $3,600 ran my card thrice causing next day embarrassment when charging at a restaurant in front of a client .. complained to manger she said only at checkout would they refund ..at check out she said will take probably 15 days , was yea eking for business room they only cleaned once every two days ..

Great, clean , safe area about 10 miles from O'Hare airport. restaurants and shopping nearby. Staff was super nice and quick check in. Quiet establishment so you'll get a good night's sleep.

Very Convenient

Check in was quick and efficient. The rooms were very nice, clean and comfortable. Shopping and plenty of choices for restaurants/ food choices were available too.

Property was clean. Very nice room. We had issue with the breakfast in the morning. When we checked in, the front desk staff told us breakfast is until 11 am. We went there at 10:30. Breakfast was already closed. A different staff member said they gave breakfast only until 10 but the staff while checking in had made a mistake and told us a wrong time. We had to catch a flight so we had to rush to the airport without eating anything. Even after asking, the front desk didn’t give juice or fruit or yogurt.
