I would stay here again if visiting Chicago. The location was about 20 min from downtown Chicago, and there is a lot of things to do locally in Skokie. The hotel room was unseasonably warm even though we had the AC set to 67 degrees. We were still very warm in the room. The room location and parking was very good and the staff even walked you to the room with the different turns to get there. Bar Louie in the hotel was a bonus, we did not have to leave for entertainment. If you stay here I would recommend getting the breakfast added on to make things easier for you. We had pancakes, wraps, french toast, sausage, eggs, potatos, fruit, yogurt, a large array of pastry, oatmeal or cold cereal options, coffee and OJ daily.

I have stayed at this property before. This time I had an issue with the location of the room 179. Run down part of the estate.

Easy access to and from 94. Bery clean rooms, no mold, no mildew, no build up in corners or the bathroom. Very quiet, and rooms come with mini fridge and plenty of space for clothes. Beds were a little hard for my personal taste, but I slept well.

Staff was very good. Elevator did not work. No water available in workout room for 3 days. I told staff both Saturday and Sunday. Still no water Monday. I was there at 6:30 am all 3 days. Housekeeping missed our room Saturday morning as we were preparing for an event. I asked desk to replace towels and coffee. That was not done. I called to desk at 10 pm for more towels Saturday night, but no towels came. For price we paid, very disappointed in facility as a whole
