The pool area was inadequately lit at night which was a huge safety concern when there were tons of kids swimming in the pool. Also, some of the plastic lid plates to the pool were missing retention screws and could easily result in an injury if someone stepped on one and it slipped out of place.

Friendly staff, quiet hotel with a comfortable lobby. Pool was clean, as was my room. Hadn't stayed at a hotel in a while that charged for continental breakfast. That was the only thing i didn't like. Full breakfast wasn't much better so i saved some money by going out and having better food.

Some hairs in the sink and bathroom, room was clean otherwise, one elevator (of 2) was broken for entire 3 night stay. Second elevator stopped working during departure times Sunday mid morning. Breakfast additional fee and not good :( pool closed entire time (for now clear reason) and gym was fine but no water in it…many options in area I wouldn’t choose this again.

Overall, my room was good. The constant loud noise from the room above mine and the hall on my floor was ridiculous. My bed would shake when there would be a loud bang from somewhere else. I also went to use the pool, there were beer cans, dirty towels and trash all over the patio and chairs. There was even trash floating in the pool from cigarette butts, plastic cups and plastic wrappers. There was dirty dishes laying on a couple of the tables from what I’m assuming was breakfast? The hot tub was green and it smelled like a dirty gym. I won’t be staying there again.

We could have had a great stay if the Hilton would keep properly functioning elevators. Only 1 of the 2 was working. We had to wait anywhere between 10-15 minutes for the elevator each time we needed it. The elevator would stop on the floor regardless if you needed to go up/down and the elevator was going up/down. There were several baseball teams staying and several business professionals so the hotel was BUSY. I was really disappointed overall because the elevator situation made it hard to do literally anything (we also have two very young kids, so the stairs from the 3rd floor down with all of the things we had with us was not feasible.) The hotel also was a furnace in the hallways, we would sweat while standing at the elevator bank. The hotel rooms were okay, we didn’t have issues there but overall just disappointed in the experience.

The staff at the front desk were fantastic! I was greeted and checked in promptly. However the hotel itself is dated with stained carpet in the room / not overly clean. - Front of house staff 10 out of 10. Management of the hotel for cleanliness and appearance 4 out of 10. Great parking though!

The staff was very courteous and helpful. The shower was horrible, no water pressure! It trickled down to the point that it was difficult to rinse off the shampoo! The wood furniture full of fingerprints and it looks old and worn out . I guess wiping the wood is not part of the cleaning in between guests.

My booking was canceled and I was not informed by Expedia until I reached the front desk. They managed to ultimately find a room but the carpet was wet and an industrial dryer was in the room. The air conditioner was leaking water and the carpet progressively became wetter during the course of my stay.

We arrived at 3pm to find that our room wasn’t ready. Jordan at the front desk was extremely rude when I asked for an estimated time that it would be ready. We had a seat in the main lobby, which was dirty ! Breakfast food was all over the sitting area! We watch Jordan check in multiple people and give them their room keys . After an hour of her ignoring us I went back to the front desk and ask if our room was ready, she started laughing and said I forgot that you were waiting for a room !

Double charged. Paid through hotels.com and then was also charged by hotel. When I called to complain about double charge the night desk lady was one of the rudest condescending people I have ever talked to. I am not sure about the other rooms but don’t stay in room 422, the air conditioning unit sounds like a freight train going on and off all night. Horribly loud. Otherwise the room was clean and comfortable.

The Hotel was great, the staff were friendly and helpful. Only issue we had was that we reserved a room with a king bed on the HOTELS app and it even said there was 5 left. Went into get our room and they did not even have 1. They gave us the choice of taking room with queen beds(which I really did not want) or calling and dealing with trying to get our money refunded. Opted to not have to deal with that and took queen room but it was our preference. Staff was very apologetic and that was nice.

My wife and her friend were terrorized at night for over 3 hours by someone trying to forcibly enter their room and cursing obscenities at them. Police were called but they attacker was gone when they arrived, coming back immediately after they left. Front desk was unreachable for hours by anyone to provide support and an escort out.

This hotel has uninformed staff. I stayed at this hotel 2 weeks ago with no issues while staying there. I rebooked the hotel this week and I was told I was not old enough to check in. To preface this I called before coming and asked what the check in age was and they told me it was 18. I also called 2 more times asking the age to make sure nothing has changed and EVERY time they said it was 18. Once I got to the hotel they told me I was unable to check in because I was not 21. I told them the situation and they said they were not able to accommodate me keep in mind I am 20 and more than willing to pay a deposit for the room. They only made the exception for me to stay in the hotel after I was on the phone with The Hilton corporate office. I understand why a hotel has a check in age but I took the necessary precautions before driving 4 hours to their hotel and the manager (I think his name is Rolando) was so cocky and he was bragging about the fact he just canceled a reservation that day because they were not old enough. He had no understanding for my situation and was okay with me having to sleep in my car until the Hilton office called him.

Rooms not available and staff is unkindness plus don’t care customers. Never said sorry plus toss all problems to hotels.com. I’m pretty sure they sold my room to another's no responsible … not recommends to any travelers.

First the hallways have zero air conditioning in them. It was HOT in the halls! Zero vents in the hallways. I booked two rooms and paid extra for breakfast to be included. We’ll go down for breakfast to learn that it is a hot buffet but not everything is included. If you want an omelet or waffle it is another $11 or so a person. The waffle was an extra $11 and came with choice of bacon or sausage which was part of the hot buffet. So essentially the hotel wants you to pay $11 for a $2 waffle that should be included in the breakfast you already paid extra for. Rip off! Had we known that breakfast wasn’t a full breakfast I would have not paid the extra. Don’t pay extra for the breakfast. Not worth it. Go to CFA instead.

Visited during ice storm 2023, and it was like an oasis. Staff were friendly, and having a dining room with cooked food (and a bar!) on-site was the best scenario, since nothing was open, or you could not get to food. Staff very accommodating, and even gave me a battery for my mouse when mine died. I am so thankful that luck brought me to this hotel!!

The food choices at the restaurant were mediocre. The breakfast choices for gluten free people are only simple scrambled eggs, bacon and sausage. Other hotel restaurants offer eggs Benedict, eggs scrambled with chorizo and cheese, etc. I ordered a steak medium, and it was delivered well done. Outside by pool there were smokers. It would be nice if they had a different location to smoke and not bother people using the pool.They were completely out of their ice creams. Having some healthy alternatives for the frozen foods is really appreciated. Gluten free choices appreciated.
