Unsafe, lock on door would not lock. A/C did not work, made us use a portable A/C. Elevator sounded unsafe, felt safer using the stairs. Management and staff have lack of knowledge of how to provide customer service. There fix of providing customer service is a "take it or leave". Management was no help or would not even try to follow up about any concerns. Dont recommend staying at this hotel, which is sad since my company always booked here, but when came to personal felt mistreated.

Room was great. Nice and spacious. We only stayed 1 night. We used the pool ( freezing but the kids didnt care!). Gym is decent, could use some more machines. We picked this hotel because it had breakfast, but we didnt get to eat. They dont serve it until 730 on Saturday, and we headed out around 630. So that was a bummer!

5 stars across the board for this hotel! From check in to check out we were beyond pleased. Super friendly and cheerful staff. Room very clean, dark and quiet. Breakfast delicious and well stocked. Fitness center had various equipment all in working order. Free washers and dryers were appreciated - I did 4 loads!

Came to visit family. Check in / out was good. Service was very. good. Elevator was down (not staff fault). made it difficult for late 70's couple to climb two flights of stairs two or three times day. Next: Breakfast , I've had better and had worst. I would say MEDIORCER . One morning no coffee, another oatmeal was watery, another the bacon was over done. No housekeeping on week-ends (I guess that is the standard now days ) Price was right for what you got. access to and from freeway was good . Good safe location. After all that we would probably stay again.

This place exceeded expectations! Our king suite was huge & had tons of amenities - full size fridge, plates/glasses, even a small stove! The free laundry facilites were great, as we'd been travelling for a week at this point & needed to wash/dry a few things. The breakfast was also really solid, with different specialties every day. We only stayed two nights, but could easily have stayed longer!

Really enjoyed I could cook in my suite. Was very excited to BBQ, was assured it was working and had propane. I come down with my seasoned steaks and the BBQ doesn't work and it was very dirty. I truly enjoyed everything else about this hotel. The spa helped my husband with a persistent muscle spasm. Also the cookies in the evening are fresh baked and delicious.

Only complaint we have is that we were not told upon check in that you have to request for your room to be cleaned on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. We had two children under the age of 9. Other then that we enjoyed our first time stay at this hotel

Nancy the front end representative was very rude. I was not allowed to check in early. There was a drug glass pipe outside of the front entrance. The tubs were clogged and the toilet wouldn't flush.

When we got it, the receptionist brought us up today on the schedule for breakfast, and gave us a map of the area. very helpful. What I did not heard or was told, was that they only clean your room when you call for service. The last day I was there I brought it over to the receptionist and she told me I HAD TO CALL TO GET A CLEANING ROOM. she said the Staybridge Suites have always been that way. I was very disappointed. we spent 3 days with the bed undown and dirty towels.

We really enjoyed the room and the hotel's accommodations. We stayed for 3 nights. There were some issues we noticed. Breakfast was scheduled to start at 6:00 on week days, and 7:30 on the weekends. Each morning the crew was late in starting on time. I inquired about it at the front desk and it seem to annoy the woman who was working that morning. Also, the internet kept dropping all throughout our stay. My wife and I had to continue to "forget" the network and reestablish connection at least 5x per night. We liked the area the hotel is in, however, it got very noisy at night with the traffic.

We were on a long road trip and just stayed for one night but it was very comfortable for four adults and one 5yo. It was clean and roomy with two rooms and two TVs, we lots of space for everyone. The beds were also very comfortable.

Terrible and didn’t stay. Booked a room late night on Expedia. After waiting 20 minutes at the front desk was turned away and told their computer could not process the Expedia reservation.

We were close to the Balloon Festival and walked to and from. Balloons were visible from our room on the second day and one landed behind our car - Exciting! Very Dog Friendly and close to a 3 story multiple dining and music venue (short drive 3 min or walk 5 min) Perfect for what we needed!

This was our first time here. It was older, but very well maintained. It was a short trek off of the highway. The suite was nice, with a kitchenette, stove, micro and full sized refrigerator. Very happy with our stay.

Location is close to highway, which was convenient. Very little information about amenities nearby, such as markets, restaurants. TV was difficult to work. Should be a list in the room of stations and station numbers that are actually accessible. Breakfast is more than adequate and much appreciated. Gym is small but appreciated. Should be a way to lower heat, and to change stations on the monitors. Thermostat in room seemed not to work at all. Very hot inside! Staff kindlyaccomodating when we needed extra time for checkout.

The room was quiet and I was able to feel at home here for four nights. I enjoyed staying in one morning to watch the World Cup Final on TV. The staff was a little confused in processing my credit card when I first arrived, but I had no problems after that. I appreciate that the rooms have a mirror that is outside the showering area, which allows tasks requiring a mirror to be done right after the shower. The complimentary breakfast selection was excellent. Parking was free and always available. The location was central to many of the people I wanted to see and things that I wanted to do in Albuquerque.
