Shower water, toilet water were yellow and looked dirty. So disgusting. The laundry was broken. I needed it so bad on my road trip. Breakfast was okay. The room had a fridge and it come with separate freezer room, which was actually a good thing. In summary, I don't think I'll ever book this hotel again...

Pool was closed despite no signs of maintenance or safety issues. No signage or notice on Orbitz or property’s website. I am traveling with my elderly mother and we chose the property after viewing the pool from the gate. The clerk put our room on the 1st floor, adjacent to the pool and we thanked her for that. An hour later when my mother went to use the pool, the door was locked. We contacted front desk and were informed pool was closed till probably next week due to an unknown maintenance issue. By that time it was too late for us to check out and find another property…. So sorry, oh well was the response from property manager.

Upon arrival it was water every where then we asked if we could get moved to the other location they said no meanwhile elevator not working have to climb the stairs with luggage and baby very frustrating was there for a family gathering/ birthday party and was exhausted from traveling got hot wanted to enjoy the pool and couldn't it was dirty still haven't received my deposit or half of my money back I think that it's only fair and I usually don't leave a review but for this yes and I am not hard to please and couldn't get free breakfast either I'm just done

Pool closed. Construction going on in hotel. When we entered our room the tv was playing, the ac was on 62, shower was wet, and it looked as if the bed had been slept in.

We called in advance to make sure the pool would be open. We came back from a graduation to let our son swim. The front desk told us it was closed because it was about to rain. (It had just finished raining and was sunny) We went to eat and came back. Then we were told it wasn’t open until June 1. Extremely frustrating with different reasons and a disappointed child.

The hotel is tired. Needs major updating which it looked like something was going on because things like the breakfast area were under construction. So much so that guests were given a “bagged breakfast.” Which was an admirable idea. For the price of our two night stay, this hotel was highly disappointing and overpriced. I stayed in cheaper and much nicer rooms in England this past Spring. Kudos to ALL of the staff though, who were excellent in their positions. Very kind workers.

Bad sign w/a scum ring in the tub. Got a new room. Final day greeted by a roach crawling across my bed! Dumped & double ck everything got the hell outta there. Reported to staff who were surprised? Never Again!

First room the TV and the phone did not work. We were then upgraded to a sweet with working extras but the room was dirty. Pubic hair in bathroom, toilet seat dirty, only one towel to shower with.

Front desk staff sit in an office and there’s no way to notify them your standing there to check in other than holler. Room smells moldy and musky. Dirty, previous guest hair is as all over the bathroom. Bed was horrible and hard and a rock! Don’t stay here!

The towels in our room were stained and full of holes. Our shower curtain had mold on it. The carpets had stains all over them. The breakfast options were not great. The staff was very friendly however we would definitely not go back due to the lack of cleanliness.

Upon entering the room there was blood on the wall and both beds. One of the beds had urine on the sheets. The room smelled really bad. This is absolutely not worth what they are charging for the room. The ice machine is also broken. The beds are very hard and uncomfortable. I would not recommend this place if theres anything else available in town.

This property was disgusting, the room was dirty snd unsanitary fixtures on lamps rusted and full of dust. All door knobs dirty.the dust build up was unreal! Bathroom toilet unclean and rusted. The water from all faucets ran yellowish. The air from air conditioning unit was a musty smell. I was so glad to get out of there!

The tub was peeling and dirty. Toilet brown water with stains. Floors dirty around the edges as was light switch on the nightstand. General shape of the property was rundown and worn. The main area seemed nice and that’s where it stopped. Employees were pleasant. I left a night early.

Our main issue was at midnight we could hear the people above us. It almost sounded like kids jumping off the bed & running. I called the front desk & they said they would try to locate the noise. It went on for over another hour or so til I finally just fell asleep. Other than that it was ok.

The pool area was nice, the breakfast was decent, but the room was just okay. I did not get any sleep because there was a spring I could feel in the bed. For a king sized bed, there were only 4 small standard pillows that were also uncomfortable. The sheets had little balled up spots from being washed. I ended up having to stay another night in town and I went with Holiday Inn due to the bed issue.

The front desk ladies were amazing. Super friendly. Really enjoyed them. The room Itself was ok but not cleaned all that well. We found popcorn and chips on the floor so it was obviously not vacuumed at all. The pillows are garbage. Just throw them away and start over. The hotel was quiet which was wonderful. Breakfast was underwhelming Overall it was fine but a few things could use some help.

Room is comfortable but the smell of fabulosa was so strong and heavy water marks on all furniture. Beds are small also be prepared for $100 incidental fee. Staff friendly. Hotel is quiet.

The hotel definitely needs some updates. Room had musty smell. The toilet seat and tub had cigarette burn on them. The tub had some type of debris on bottom of tub and near drain. Water was brown. Lamp by bed flickered like a ghost. Elevator dropped when starting to descend. Bed was ok for a one nighter. For all of this the room rate didnt meet expectations. It was overly priced for sure. The only plus factor was we stayed with several family members in same hotel for wedding in the area. So we woke to their smiling faces downstairs. Rm 316. I forgot to take pictures however site photos must have been when they opened several years ago. Staff was very friendly.

It was a quick overnight stay to break up a trip I usually do in 1 day. So surprised and highly impressed. I received a call after I had left that I left a shirt in the room. I’ve never had a hotel call and ask about a forgotten item. I will be able to get it when I drive back through in a week.

Like the most is location. Major highway with easy access. Lots of restaurants and fast foods close by. Staff are friendly and helpful. Just about everything we need is just a short drive. Extremely convenient and saves us time.

Breakfast was very poor - Oversalted eggs, cold sausage, No Bacon. Waffle was sub par as there were no toppings available. No real healthy options - only ate it once and then not again. Air conditioning in room 317 (the room I stayed) was not working. I had moved to this room after the deadbolt lock in room 307 was not working - Very poor water pressure for the shower. It was not even hard enough to be able to rinse clean or feel refreshed - Very poor indeed Hotel smelled like Marijuana - especially the 3rd floor - Hotel did nothing to correct it

It was ok for what we needed. We checked in late at night and left first thing in the morning. It was nice to be able to grab a quick bite to eat and go. They had eggs and sausages links for hot breakfast and of course the waffle maker. We didn’t expect it to be fancy for the price. The sheets were clean and soft but you could tell the top covers need to be replaced and had bleach stains and one beds mattress cover had a burn hole where you lay your head. They need to be replaced. And the door lock to the bathroom was broken and the door wouldn’t shut completely and no lock at all.

Staff did the minimal. Breakfast was lacking. Ac was cool. Beds were clean. Lots of stuff in our room was broken and/or not working. The worst Quality Inn I've stayed in. All of the issues could have been easily repaired with a regular maintenance schedule.
