Specifically picked this hotel for the pool. It was closed 3 of 4 days, and when it did open there was glass in the bottom of the pool. Our toilet was leaking from the bottom and was somehow so hot it was leaking condensation from the lid. Pretty disappointed

The elevator ended up getting stuck on the third floor forcing individuals to use only the stairs. The body wash for the shower had very little soap in the bottle.

I paid $100 deposit the 1st night and we decided to stay another and the GM charged me ANOTHER $100 and said it can take TEN DAYS to get my money back! This is ridiculous! Since WHEN do we pay a DEPOSIT to stay at a NICE hotel?? I wont be staying again.

I recently stayed at La Quinta in Everett and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. In the middle of the night, the air conditioning broke down, leaving us to walk up in 80-degree heat, which was extremely uncomfortable—especially since I was traveling with an elderly lady and two young children. There was very little I could do to alleviate the situation. The pool was filthy and disgusting, so my kids couldn’t enjoy it at all. By the time we realized this, it was too late to find another hotel for the night. The breakfast offered was also quite lacking; despite paying the full rate, I was informed that protein options are only available on weekends, which was frustrating. While I understand that some issues may be beyond management’s control, I would not recommend this hotel for families with kids. The environment felt unsafe—for example, a guest was using an electric flat top with their door wide open while hosting a loud party. The cooking smell was awful and filled the entire floor, making it very unpleasant. Overall, this was not a comfortable or safe stay, and I will not be returning.

Good, Bad, & Ugly. Front desk staff was pleasant, they just didn’t know how to help. Beds were fairly comfortable. Breakfast was mediocre. Pool was cloudy and no one swam. Dog walking area had litter, used vapes and more throughout the sparse grass. The picture of the parking lot is very photoshopped! The ugly was the homeless and druggies in the parking lot. One man was singing and shaking his junk at me. Yes, pants were down. I know the hotel has little they can do about it. Maybe hire some security? I asked to cancel within an hour of arrival. I have young kids and dogs. They told me I had to talk to hotels.com. In the end I received a refund of less than 1 nights cost, I booked and paid for 3 nights.

it was a ok, bathroom was very small and breakfast (one of the mail reasons we picked your hotel (basically ended at 830am, no one attended or refreshed the guy said he was only one there so it was whatever he had out) Pool didn't open at designated time in the morning so missed out on that too

Check in took around 15-20 minutes. We booked a king weeks in advance and they said they didn’t have that, so we had to take a double queen for the same price. Classic bait and switch. Same thing happened to my moms booking the same day.. there was tons of dog poop outside and no poop bags. One of us even stepped in a pile. Sink was clogged and would not drain upon first arrival. Pictures online are inaccurate. It is not a nice hotel. Walls and doors are beat up and ghetto. Some people are living at the hotel. Building is super old and in dire need of a remodel. Dirty carpet and filthy fixtures in the stairways. Elevator smelled awful. The shower head had a tiny 4 inch water stream of water with weakish pressure. Sheets smelled like harsh detergent. When I entered the building, no one is at the reception. The building looks old and it smells old carpet in the hallway and even in the room. We have to switch rooms because the carpet in the room is stained and filthy. So we changed room but the bedsheets is kind a dirty… there’s hair!and there’s stain on the carpet too! I asked for 2 keycards but he only gave me one keycard because they are running out! Rooms are not sound proofed! We can hear people talking in the other room.

This place was the worse place we have ever stayed at. Our room was so bad. The carpet was torn up. The wall outlet was broken and I true fire hazard,. The door latch was broken. You could push the door open unless you slammed it shut. The tub had hair still in it. The baseboard along the wall was pulled away from the wall. The door frame was rusted. The room felt very dirty. Complained to the gm and all we got was sorry about that. He knew what room we were staying in before I even showed him the pictures. He didn’t even offer to switch us rooms. We didn’t even sleep under the covers and used our hoodies to cover the pillows with to sleep. We were there for three nights and every day was the same breakfast. Biscuits and gravy, eggs, sausage, and waffles. Two of the days there was no creamer for our coffee. For as much as we paid for our stay it was not worth it. We will never stay here again. The pictures and description of this hotel is not true and is not worth the money. Don’t stay here.

I checked in around 8:30 pm, quickly dropped my bag off in the room and headed back out right away. When I got back to the room around 11:30 pm and went to take a shower, I noticed the condition of the bathroom. There was hair in the bathtub and on the walls of the tub AND on the ceiling above the bathtub. I saw bugs in the bathroom. I was all ready for the shower and given that it was so late I tried to ignore it and make due. Given the weekend with Taylor Swift concerts and Blue Jays games, I knew the hotels were completely booked. Other issues with the room were that the carpet in the room was so filthy i did not want to take my shoes off. and the TV did not work, it was not attached to any sort of cable. I slept on top of the bed covers as I was concerned for the condidion of the bedsheets. The next morning I noticed that for some reason there was blue painter's tape taped across the smoke detector in the room. I also noticed that the stairwell fire doors on all the floors were held open by doorstops, directly contrary to the signs posted RIGHT BESIDE the stairwells that said "Fire Door, keep closed at all times". The manager had a terrible attitdude the next morning and dealing with her was extremely disappointing. I would NEVER stay there again! It was DISGUSTING.

Jusf didnt feel like a safe place to stay, would have left if it wasnr just myself.

Carmen and Landon (spelling?) were great! Always kind and helpful. The property was clean inside, and the housekeeping staff did a good job with the old building that they were working with. The room itself was just okay. Our window didn’t have a screen. The electricity would flicker and the smart tv was connected to the WiFi for the Holiday Inn across the lot, and would not connect to the La Quinta WiFi. It caused a lot of buffering issues. The toilet and sink were really close to the ground. The toilet was so close to the door that if you bent down to pick your pants up, you’d hit your head on the door knob. There is only one way in and one way out of the building and the building is kind of hard to find if you don’t know where you’re going. The parking lot of the nearby businesses have a lot of drug addicts, so you’ll want to make sure your car is locked and no valuables are visible.

No complaints about the hotel. Clean, comfortable and up to date. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Our disappointment this stay was with other GUESTS who were rude and partying from 1AM to 5AM and kept us awake. Not sure if they were on our floor or the one above us, but they were loud and inconsiderate. Wishing the hotel could monitor late night activities closer and shut them down!

The room was clean, but quite small - the beds were supposed to be queen size, but felt noticeably smaller than queen beds at other hotels. The breakfast was fair, but could have been amazing with more attention to detail by the staff.

Room was very small. Had an adjoining room door that you could hear everything going on in there and it went on all night. Bed was horrible. The sides of the mattress were firm but the middle was softer so it was very hard for me to get out of the bed

Staff was pleasant and accommodating. Very weak breakfast set up. Air system in room set on timer. Cool air seems to come on during day but not at night. Definitely not controlled by temp. Room was very warm at night. Thankfully the windows opened and allowed for some refreshing air.

it was a ok, bathroom was very small and breakfast (one of the mail reasons we picked your hotel (basically ended at 830am, no one attended or refreshed the guy said he was only one there so it was whatever he had out) Pool didn't open at designated time in the morning so missed out on that too

Angel, I believe was the name of the woman who checked me in, was so amazing. I had had just come from such a bad experience at a different motel and she really put me at ease. I've been there 3 times now and each time it's not perfect but always so darn close to it. Your Employees are by far your best asset.

The manager at front desk was rude and terrible!! We were told we could do early check in the week prior and got their and manager at desk told us absolutely not and earliest we can come was 2PM and was rude about it. When we were able to check in he only gave us a single key and we had to go back for a second one. There was a huge red stain on carpet and when we showed him the picture so we wouldn’t be charged he said he already knew. There was a light that didn’t work in our room either. I bought a nail clipper from the Safeway at store and couldn’t open it. When I went to the front desk to ask if the manager could open it; he accused me of taking it from their conscience area, when I said you don’t even sell nail clippers here is when he calmed down. Aside from the beds being very comfortable my husband and I will never stay here again.

First of all, this hotel charged a $100 deposit that was actually pulled from our account and later refunded--something that I haven't seen before except at really cheap, run-down places. It was unethical that they did not disclose this in advance. In addition to that, they double charged the deposit fee, taking $200 from that account. Fortunately the bank's fraud department reversed the second charge. Then they charged the wrong card for the room itself. I had used the "book now, pay later" feature and we emphasized that we wanted the room charged to the card we swiped rather than the card I used to guarantee the room. They failed to follow our instructions. It appears that everything is straightened out now and I will not have to file a complaint with the Washington Attorney General, but their response was quite rude, and both the night clerk and the manager called me a liar when I called to inquire.

It took three tries to get a decent room (first one was by the elevator and stairs and we could hear everything being said at the front desk. Second room was supposed to be non-smoking and it wreaked of smoke. Third time was a charm, relatively clean and quiet. Wendy at the front desk was awesome!!!! So kind and patient. Very helpful. Next door the TV was on high till 2:00 AM. I called and complained and no action was done. The room said non smoking room when all the furniture and linen smelled like cigarette. I had to wait about 30 minutes for service to be available to check me in.

This hotel had a decent price and we have normally had good luck with the la Quintas but this one is desperate for a makeover. We got there around 8pm no staff to be found. Eventually she came out of the stairs and helped us. I did the check in they sent through email to speed up the check in process but was told it didn’t work and I still had to give up all the info again. Not a big deal but with two kids one being a baby I was trying to get upstairs to get everyone to bed. Got to the room paint was peeling off the bathroom door one of the curtains wouldn’t move. Beds were okay. Definitely felt smaller than queens but were ever soft. Normally because of the baby we get end rooms next to the stairs but they put us in between people on both sides. I really don’t get when they aren’t fully booked to put people so close especially when kids are involved. Check out again front staff no where to be found. Someone else was there before us and was also waiting for staff to show up. I was texted a link for checkout but with the link not working for check in I wasn’t risking it for check out since they stated they’ll charge if not notified of checkout.

The Employee at the front desk was rude and not very understandable do to a mouth full of food. Was not really will to help when asked questions. After I responded to the text after arrival and explained same. I got in my feelings a disrespectful text from her. And then when we went down to go find someplace to eat and asked her where there was someplace close, her attitude continued. I will not be staying in that establishment again.

The Front desk person was very nice and polite! I had questions about places to eat in the area and he gave me great suggestions. When I came back later in the evening he was still very nice even though he had been resting… 24 hour desk, it’s understood that late at night they go to their “room” and come out when a person comes in and triggers an alert. My room was very clean as was most of the facility. I’m glad that they have stepped up their game… reading reviews scared me a bit…. I ran into nothing that those bad reviews indicated. Great sysy’n

It looked like an older hotel that was remodeled to look new. There were a few things in the rooms that needed to be fixed and were left broken which suprised me but overall it wasn't bad. Beds in the rooms were very comfortable. There is limited parking available so it was hard to park at times when we got back to the hotel. There was some sketchy people near the hotel which was kind of scary.

Property is situated in a shady area, making it feel unsafe to walk around. Dog area needs grooming, people don't pick up after their pets. There is nowhere to actually walk your dog. The room itself is satisfactory. My overall stay, felt unsafe at night.

The manager was very mean in answering any question and could not own to any mistakes or contradictions to his statements. Very unfortunate situation whereby his own staff had to apologize on his behalf.I have never seen any one who is very rude to customers like that. The breakfast please should be breakfast and served with heart that it's humans taking it not animals.

This hotel is in the WORST part of town. Our car got broken into overnight. The springs stuck out through the mattress. The sheets were pilly. We had to switch rooms because the toilet was all backed up and about to flood. Never staying here again! I was scared to go out of my room by myself at night.

It was really hard to find the hotel. GPS wasn't accurate and it was behind another hotel and hard to get to. The morning staff at the front desk was not friendly at all. I asked if there was a bathroom to get some paper towels and he just said no instead of offering to get me some napkins or something.

Family trip. Heated pool always a plus. Had a couple of special requests and they accommodated both of them. Complimentary full breakfast. Owner was there and he was very hands-on helping in the kitchen with the kitchen staff.

The rooms were nice and good for the price point. However the service was lacking and staff was so limited it effected the check in process, breakfast foods, and check out process. One person was doing breakfast set up and checkout (who had a little attitude). When we asked for help to check out they were rude and we had to ask a second time to get help. To top it off the breakfast was not great. Eggs were dry and sausage was poor. Not the best. The pool looked nice and cleaning staff friendly but the service could be a lot better

The property was clean, modern and well maintained. The room was clean, and well stocked with shampoo, conditioners, lotion and coffee. The bed was quite comfortable. The free breakfast was quite enjoyable. I will be back when I’m in Everett.

the bathroom was dirty, someone had started painting but was never finished some was grey some white, they only cleaned the room 1 day, coffee was never put in the room from the first day, we had reserved for 3 only had towels for 2. on Saturday morning we went to eat breakfast, and the scrambled eggs were from the day before, dried out and tasted like rubber. I said something they must have heard me, within a few seconds someone came and got the left over eggs and they were replaced in about 10 min. I was disappointed cause we have stayed at La Quinta inn's before with good experiences but this was not at all. the kids that ran the place were very kind and sweet, would get what we asked for that wasn't left in the room as it should have been but, The point is we shouldn't have had to asked. just disappointed in this La Quinta.

Old and shabby. Holes in the carprt.and curtain was broke. Not what we would expect in.a La Quinta hotel. Breakfast was pretty run of the.mill. On the plus side, the room was clean & the bed comfortable.
