The hotel was adorable! The elevator could have been roomier.

Room had view for church and louvre if you leaned over the window. Room is small but not bad for old city center type like this. Very convenient location for louvre and notre dame walking and two metro lines close. Bathroom is quite tight, and anyone plus size may not fit in the nook the toilet is in. Not entirely sure why this is 4star, no room service or restaurant, no iron in room but the desk did have one. Very pleasant, would stay again, but felt maybe more 3star+. Have to credit very clean, and felt well maintained

Amazing experience from the day I crossed the threshold of the hotel till the day I left it. All hotel employees were super nice, helpful and spoke great English. The room was very spacious with a lot options for the clothes storage and comfortable. A/C worked perfectly. Coffee and tea were always available in the room. Yummy pastries were offered in the lobby as well. I can’t wait to come back to this hotel one day

Location was terrific. Louvre was next door, and Notre Dame, Sainte Chaple, and the Orsee were within 20 mins walk. The Marias was also close by. The only drawback one of the receptionists (only one on duty at a time) was obviously sick so we didn't want to interact with her. One of our party's room had a loft - bed downstairs, toilet upstairs - not ideal for a senior., but they did change it after first night. Manager was great! The Elevator was TINY.

Vacanza di una settimana a Parigi, l'Hotel ha una posizione straordinaria in quanto è situato nel centro del primo Arrondissement a due passi dal Louvre e dalla Senna e molto vicino a tutte le attrazioni principali della città. Si può andare tranquillamente a piedi ovunque. Per chi non amasse camminare c'è una fermata della metro a 50 metri dall'Hotel e il servizio taxi alla stessa distanza. Il personale è estremamente cortese, buona la colazione e gustosa la merenda inclusa e fruibile in tutti gli Hotels del gruppo Espit de France di Parigi. La pulizia è ottima come la vista dalla stanza che dava sul lato corto del Louvre. Sia nella sala colazione sia nella saletta per la merenda sono disponibili diversi quotidiani in francese e in inglese. L'Hotel è di piccole dimensioni, troppo piccolo l'ascensore adatto a due persone e le stanze sono più piccole rispetto a quanto non fossimo abituati. A mio avviso le dimensioni non generose degli ambienti fanno sì che l'Hotel, seppur costoso, non abbia prezzi proibitivi come gli altri hotel della zona. Per chi fosse interessato nel raggio di 200 metri ci sono molti ristoranti stellati.Torneremo sicuramente.

Exceptionally warm and friendly welcome on arrival. Guided us directly to the lifts and showed us the availability of free tea/coffee/cake in the lobby and explained our room amenities. Room was wonderful - very well laid out and very comfortable. Staff on check out again were so helpful and couldn't do enough for us, helping us store our bags for a full day. We were only there for one night as a stop over but I will absolutely choose this hotel again in future as location, comfort and staff were outstanding.

The location of this hotel was amazing. The room not so much. The refrigerator didn’t work which they finally changed out on our last day. The hotel has no amenities. They had an honor bar and a small bottle of wine was 45 euro! Room was super small and the air conditioner barely worked.

I enjoy the coziness of a small hotel. This one is small, with probably only about 15-20 rooms. That means not a lot of staff, so you’ll see the same people often, and they’ll remember you. Yes, the elevator is laughable tiny. If you are two people with luggage, you’ll be making two trips. The rest of the time just take the stairs. I chose the “courtyard” view (there’s not an actual courtyard) because I chose this hotel for the location, not the view. Plus, it cuts down a lot on the street noise. Great staff, good breakfast (a little pricey, but that’s normal for hotel breakfast), excellent location next to the Louvre, a shopping center, lots of food, and near a metro station.

Hôtel idéalement situé à proximité du Louvre et de l’île de la Cité. Chambre propre et fonctionnelle. Personnel extrêmement agréable, prévenant et dévoué.

Location was very convenient. Staff was GREAT. Lobby area and rooms need updating and cleaning.

Rooms were clean and breakfast was good. Convenient locale. Only thing is bathroom didn’t have a door or curtain and it’s opened view . Also housekeeping didn’t leave any new towels including floor towel a couple of times

It was an amazing location, within seconds you are outside the louvre, walking along the Seine or in the heart of loads of bars and restaurants. The hotel itself has nice, friendly staff and cute rooms which are nicely presented and clean however the only issue we had was we asked for our room to be cleaned as we had breakfast in the room. When we got back the cleaner hadn't cleared the breakfast or made the bed and had only seemed to empty the bin.

Hotel de la Place du Louvre was wonderful. The staff were professional and friendly and the place has a great vibe. The rooms were cleaned daily and the beds, linens, and pillows were very nice. The location was convenient to everything by foot or metro. I would definitely stay here again.

Super convenient hotel, very clean and excellent staff.

I found the rooms to be rather cramped. The first night, they put us on the 5th floor (top floor) & the shower was not functional for a tall person. It is not a full height area (slanted roof) so it was basically impossible to wash.

This hotel is within walking distance to the Louvre. There were also multiple restaurants a short walk away. The room was clean, but the sink needed some repair work since it would not drain. Our shower was upstairs and even though it was not a problem, we wish we had known before getting there. So going upstairs to shower was not a problem but into and out of the bath tub was.

Very small room

This hotel is quaint and in the heart of the area near the Louvre and Notre Dame. Rooms were super clean, staff was friendly annd helpful and had the amenities that I wanted and needed (WiFi, Water, Multiple Plug Outlets, Clean Bathrooms, Hot Water!, Great View). While small, rooms were comfortable and welcoming. Bed was great! Water temp in shower was AWESOME. Had a great stay!

The staff is actually amazing! So kind and generous with information. The beds were so comfortable, and the sheets were beautiful quality. The hotel is a wonderful location. The only thing to know is acoustically the walls are thin but is to be understood. You’re staying in Paris in old buildings. My room overlooked a beautiful church in the back of the Louvre!

I had a wonderful stay at Hôtel de la Place du Louvre. Before my trip, I reached out to the hotel by email with a few questions, and their responses were very friendly and helpful, which gave me a great first impression. I stayed in a top-floor room, and the view was absolutely fantastic — I could see the Louvre right from my room, and the private terrace made it even more special. When I arrived at the hotel, the staff welcomed me warmly. Even though I arrived a little earlier than expected, my room was already prepared. They offered me a glass of sparkling wine as a welcome drink, which was a very nice touch, and they also helped me with my luggage. During my stay, there was a small issue with the bathtub, but as soon as I mentioned it, the staff immediately took care of it, which showed how attentive and professional they were. Overall, I truly enjoyed my time at this hotel. The location is perfect — right by the Pont Neuf and just steps away from the Louvre, which makes it ideal for sightseeing around central Paris. With the friendly service, comfortable rooms, and unbeatable location, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Paris.

Les chambres sont desservies par un ascenseur, indispensable pour nous en raison de difficultés de mobilité. Cependant, notre quatrième séjour a été très décevant. Nous avions réservé, et payé, une chambre supérieure avec vue sur Le Louvre, accessible par ascenseur. Nous avons découvert en arrivant que l’unique ascenseur était en panne et que la chambre qu’on nous proposait était au troisième étage, inaccessible pour nous. On nous a donné à la place une chambre de catégorie inférieure au premier étage, avec vue sur l’arrière-cour, pas vraiment agréable. Ni geste commercial ni même d’excuses, on nous a simplement souhaité aimablement un agréable séjour. Sans doute que l’hôtel arguera que la panne d’ascenseur n’était pas sa faute, mais ce n’était pas la nôtre non plus, et nous avons payé un prix plus élevé pour la chambre déclassée que nous avons finalement eue, non conforme à la réservation (nous avons dû monter un étage par l'étroit escalier, difficile pour nous). Enfin, la personne servant le petit-déjeuner comprenait à peine le français. J’avais demandé une omelette au fromage en insistant pour qu’elle soit peu cuite, et elle m’a servi une omelette au jambon archi-cuite, que j’ai dû laisser. Un hôtel quatre étoiles, tout de même…

Everything from location to Service to comfort was perfect at this hotel! The staff were so pleasant and very accommodating! We needed to leave very early in the morning on our departure day and the lobby attendant was so helpful in getting us some yogurt for an early morning breakfast! They secured transportation for us to the airport as well. So close to the Lourve, Notre Dame, the Seine, shopping, metro.... Everything we could have wanted! Highly recommend!

The location was perfect for us to tackle our goal of seeing the Mona Lisa. The staff were amazingly friendly -almost to a fault. Always happy even thought the lift had broken and cases needed to be carried up to the fifth floor. Our room was quaint and ridiculously comfortable. The front desk team were so welcoming, so helpful, even understood my poor french! The breakfast in the cave of the basement was so cute! The fresh bread, rolls, cheeses meats and Juices were a delightful way to begin our Parisian exploits. Again - the service was first class. We will always stay here - the service team was outstanding - the proximity to Le Pont Neuf makes it perfectly located for trips on the Seine, visiting Notre Dame and shopping on La Rue de Rivoli.

This felt more like a two star property. We weren’t greeted at the front, had to struggle with the door to get our bags in. There is a front desk and a small elevator plus a little sitting area. I really thought for what we paid that we may be in the wrong place. The room was incredibly small and it made me wish we rented an airbnb which we;ve done before in Paris and had a lot more space. The bathroom is even smaller and if you are tall, sitting on the toilet you will hit your knees on the tub. I will not be recommending this hotel to anyone.

Conveniently located hotel within walking distance of louvre and many restaurants.

The location is fantastic - a block from Louvre, Samaritaine and Seine river for a good walk. This is the perfect place if you want to see all of them including Palais Royal and also Saint Honore which is a few minutes walk for shopping. You can see the Eiffel Tower from Pont Neuf which is a block away as well as Pont Des Arts. The hotel service is great. Elevator is a bit of a challenge as it can only fit 4 people or 2 with luggages. We were on the second floor and the stairs are not that long so we just took the stairs everyday except when we had luggages. Room is small as expected but we didn’t have an issue as we unpack our stuff so we had a good space to walk around. The bed is comfortable and hot water is great which is very important to me. Everything works out for us as a couple. This is a hotel we will stay again for sure and would highly recommend.

Das Hotel war 2 Min. von Louvre und der Seine entfernt. Alle öffentl. Verkehrsmittel waren in der Nähe. Die Attraktionen waren leicht zu erreichen mit Hilfe von Google Maps :-). Das Personal versuchte jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen. Lebensmittelgeschäfte in der Nähe. Frühstück i.O. - alles vorhanden was man so frühstückt.

Right next to the Louvre and Samaritaine for shopping. Within 20 minutes to most attractions, hop on hop off bus and trains.

We stayed at the Hotel de la Place du Louvre for ten days. The location of the hotel is excellent, just steps away from the rue de Rivoli and the Pont Neuf and Rivoli metro stops. The staff are all very welcoming and helpful. We enjoyed the tasty buffet breakfast in the charming caveaux and the afternoon goodies provided daily. The rooms are small but tastefully decorated and include a coffee/tea maker. This is a charming boutique hotel!

The location is near the Louvre. I was able to walk there in 20 minutes. Shopping and restaurants are very close to this hotel. The staff were wonderful. I would absolutely stay there again.

The staff was wonderful. They assisted with restaurants, information, room needs and taxi. We were conveniently located across from the Louvre. It is a boutique feel hotel with a small lounge and cozy petite dejuner space where they will even make you an omelette aside from the wonderful croissant, eggs, yogurts, etc.

Super cosy, lovely staff. Wish we'd stayed more than 1 night. The location is a short walk from the Louvre and Les Halles and cross the Pont Neuf and you're in Ile de la Cite in a matter of minutes. Room is comfortable for a short stay. Best to stay with small luggage as the lift will barely fit two people. Next time I will opt out of breakfast. Selection was fine, but it's served in a basement nook.

This hotel was amazing! It was in such a perfect spot, right next door to the Louvre, the Seine, the Metro, several bus stops and dozens of amazing bistros and cafes. The breakfast was nice and the staff was very friendly and helpful. This is where we'll stay for our next visit to Paris!
