Good location within walkibg distance of Hyde Park and two tube stations. Several options for food nearby. Bathroom nicely renovationed. Laundry services resonabke rates. Kitchenette adequately stocked. No freezer, though. Windows draughty. Pull out couch was dufficult to reassemble.

We loved this location for having access to a kitchen, being able to buy groceries which are nearby, and make our own food. The building is dated, hallways are very narrow and the elevator is slow, but there are not a lot of floors. The room was spacious, beds were very firm and pillows very flat. Bathroom was decent though we could not get the plug in the bathtub to work. Having air conditioning was a life saver as it was 33c and humid the week we were there.

Very nice property..Except like lot of older properties in the London Area the Lifts do not go till the top. So if u have your apartment in the 5 th floor prepare to walk a floor up.

Well the appts at the back off the Hotel need a lift, too many stairs to climb especially when you are carrying your luggage as well.There was no-one to help.

The location is great but if you can’t walk steps or have limited mobility work with the apartment management directly. We were on fifth floor and elevator only went to fourth floor. Very convoluted walking patterns.

Good location for Kensington & Hyde Park events. Room was compact but did provide a dining space & small kitchen. Plentiful towels & bathroom products provided. Left luggage facilities secure & convenient. Would stay again

Large space with seperate bedroom. Clean and serviced daily. Microwave as an oven. Very close to Kensington gardens and restaurants and shops. A little run down but still ok. One lift was not working for majority of 5 night stay.

Quad room (2 bedrooms)-Great location, near Hyde Park, Notting Hill, 25 minute walk to Paddington, nice trendy restaurants close by. Had room 120, it got very warm and no a/c with the current heatwave, a tad uncomfortable for us. 1 bedroom had ceiling fan. No A/C and there was no offer of a fan for the front bedroom. Housekeeping was good. Really more 3 star.

While staying at this hotel I received several bug bites. I asked the hotel to investigate and they couldn’t confirm what the source was. In addition, two of my items went missing and again the hotel mgt had zero explanation for this. The manager advised that they have an issue with mice in the court yard but had no explanation for the bug bites.

This hotel was good for access to Bayswater Underground. Our room was a good size and cleaned every day with lots of clean towels supplied. But we were right next to the air con machines or something and the smell was terrible. We should have asked to move but we were only there for 3 nights and were really only in the room to sleep. For the price and location the room was good value for money

The hotel was nice for the money paid. It was close to Bayway tube station and Hyde Park. The laundry servicewas great, drop it.off in the morning and pick it up at night. Do worry about the hotel breakfast. Go to M&S on the corner and get crossants and cereal and you will have the same thing. Housekeeping was wonderful. They even did the dishes.

The grand plaza has bedbugs (which we discovered as we left), thebleast comfortable sofa bed that I have ever slept on, and wen went had now hot water for three days and asked to have it fixed, the maintenance person came in and used the bathroom while he was there (toilet seat left up). I complained to the front desk and they did nothing about it.

The staff were all polite and checking was easy. We were allowed to leave out bags with the hotel until the official check-in time. Upon check-in, were given a room facing the courtyard which had additional late night noise from the adjoining restaurant, this made getting quality sleep until midnight possible. The room was slight worn, but well used and housekeeping did an excellent job of restocking towels and remaking the room. Overall, we enjoyed the hotel and aside from the late night noise from the attached restaurant we'd potentially stay at this location again.

Excellent place to stay for a weekend in London. We had a family room, two adults and two kids. Spacy room, clean and tidy. The location is nearly perfect in the best part of London. Loads of restaurants and cafees nearby and a really cozy atmosphere in the neighbourhood. This area is safe, also late in the evening. Its really easy to connect with buses and metro from Bayswater and queensway station. The staff was friendly and helpful at all times. I will come here next time im i London with my family!

Elevator only went to the fourth floor and dragging luggage up skinny stairs to our room was not reasonable for elderly travelers. The couch was considered a bed and the 2 inch thick mattress was unbearable, but the front desk did offer to bring another 2” to put on top of the other. The rooms were clean but old.

Cleaning staff professional and polite. Room inclusions of kitchenette and bathroom good. There were steps on each floor even though there was a lift. So access was a challenge with bags. Reception staff were unwelcoming and seemed as if they did not like their jobs - they did not smile or say any welcome, and seemed very unhappy. This was such a shame

Perfect location. Everything is accessible from shops, restaurants and grocery and the neighborhood is safe. The property condition is quiet and very good. The staff were very helpful and friendly , they were very quick to respond to some requests or services.

We enjoyed our 8 night stay here. The location is excellent and is a 5 minute walk from the Bayswater Tube Station. We felt very safe walking to our accommodation at night. It is also a 10 minute walk from Queensway Tube which was convenient for the central line. We were upgraded to a 2 bed apartment which was lovely - this hotel is great if you don’t want to pay high hotel prices - we were happy with our stay.
