Location is excellent, service is hit and miss in my opinion. Some of the staff were super helpful and willing to jump in which was nice but some other staff seem blazed. The building itself need a refresh it is not in the best of state for a 5 stars hotel. We were lucky to have a balcony and a table/chair outside but we only had 1 chair and most other balcony from what we saw didn't even had chairs or table at all. Would recommend tho as the price/value is good.

Expectations were sky high, reality was just so-so 1. I paid for a king sized bed. What I got was two wins pushed together with the ever not so awesome gap in the middle 2. The door handle broke off and I was stuck in my room 3. The elevator broke 4. Contrary to the pictures, there is no view of the Eiffel Tower 5. Everything was just so average.

Exceptional location, but the hotel is not very well maintained and shows sign of age. The bathroom was out of basic amenties such as shampoo and conditioner once we got to our room.The hairdryer was not working and had to be replaced. You pay a 5 star price for closer to a 3-4 star experience.

The hotel was under renovation, only one elevator was working. And she was very small. The Junior Suite Deluxe is a very small room with a small table and 2 chairs. It was difficult to move inside the room

This is my frist time making a review, because its really rthe first time i had so many problems in a hotel. We payed so much money for the stay, and i didnt feel that it was worth it. The cleaning service is not good. The room wasnt clean. They left empty glads bottle of water in the room for days. The staff doesnt manage all the informatiln. Each time they tell you something different. They room key barely works. Everytime we used to get to the room, we saw that it wasnt working and we had to come back to reception to ask for a new one. The room is very very small. Thw bathroom also. The sink wadnt draining the water for the first 3 days and we kept asking to fix it , and it took time for them to come. I also kept my umbrella downstairs at the reception, and when i wanted to go out, and i needed my umbrella, they werent finding it because they gave to another guest. I also bought a lot of cheese to take back home with me , and today in the morning, i went to get them to pack for the airport and i saw that the fridge wasnt working, conclusion: everything went to the garbage!!! In conclusion, i wouldnt stay in this hotel again. Dont recommend

El hotel está bien ubicado . El mobiliario está deteriorado y algunas partes con polvo, el borde del espejo del baño oxidada, la tubería del lavamanos estaba media tapada, la mejor atención fue el botones. Quedé decepcionada del Sofitel , no creo que regresaría .

Everything was great, especially Fanny the concierge and the entire staff. Only complaint was that the room itself was a little small and not laid out well. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend the property to anyone who wants a walkable area with access to lots of attractions and dining options.

Beautiful property, excellent staff and great location. Would have loved a better view in a junior suite category. Wished the junior suite category that we paid for was more equivalent to the photographs that represented on both Expedia and the hotels website. That was a disappointment. Overall though, it was a lovely room regardless.

Stayed there again this week, the previous stay was wonderful. This time, not so much. I paid for the upgrade room and it was so noisy throughout the night. Non-stop stomping sound and I couldn’t figure it out where that came from. Complained to the front desk staff Meave, she brushed me off. Very disappointed!!!

Chambre Deluxe réservée via Hôtel.com pour 2 nuits. Nous avons eu l'une des pires chambres de l'hôtel. Une isolation phonique inexistante (couloir et extérieur) avec la chance d'être au dessus de la porte de service. Nous avons donc eu droit à la livraison de linge à 6h du matin et à la livraison des cuisines vers 7h30. Inadmissible pour un hôtel 5 étoiles. Heureusement le personnel était particulièrement agréable ce qui a sauvé notre séjour en amoureux. Aussi, je ne recommande pas cet établissement ou alors il faut prendre une suite junior, pas moins...

One word BAD. We stayed here before and it was perfect. We came back with our son, and it was the opposite. Clueless staff trying to sell me an upgrade. We have stayed at SOFFITEL within the US and never had an issue. Different story here in Paris. First floor room, with a makeshift bed, that was delivered to the room that isn't safe. Its not even sofa bed that we got, it came on wheels with a metal bar that can cause major injuries. Of course we saw first hand, and it doesn't have any support for anyone over 50 lbs. Its more for a dog, but they taught it was good enough for us. At 1am the hotel staff taught it was ok to work. EXCESSIVES noise from on top and below, we called them at the front desk 3 times, and no one did anything. I think one of the staff stated you didn't call back so I taught everything was ok. So we got no sleep with a 8 year old that's sleeping pretty much on the floor after hitting his head on the metal bar that runs on top of the portable makeshift bed. Staff is very unprofessional and didn't make us feel like we belong there. This hotel just got turned over to SOFFITEL Brand. So I'm not sure way happened, but this was a waste of money, and comfort. Customer service / Customer Experience was a ZERO.

Close to the Arc de Triomphe and Eiffel Tower. Hotel is clean and nice. Staff is pleasant and welcoming. A few nice cafes along the street. Western Union and GAP store also in the area. Was great for a 3 day stay.

This was our 3rd stay at the Baltimore and I must admit that the quality of service has improved considerably over the last few years. The Baltimore is our home away from home! This was our first time enjoying the breakfast...what a delightful way to start our day with a delicious hot breakfast and ample buffet options. Of course the location is perfect for travelers who want to be walking distance to all the sites yet located in a nice quiet neighbourhood. Can't wait to go back!

We booked the best room in the hotel with a view of the eiffel tower and the room was awesome and very clean and to a high standard. We have visited Paris many times and this was our favorite trip due to the hotel mainly. The staff were extremely friendly and always addressed us professionally by surname every time we saw them. The food was amazing both on the menu, room service and at breakfast time. Then to cap it all off, my wife was feeling very unwell on the last day and they went beyond what we expected by finding us another room we could use for a few hours after checkout time so we could rest some more before having to leave for our flight home. I couldn't recommend this hotel highly enough, we will be returning here for our next stay in Paris.

Tuttavia mi sento di dire che la camera non era esattamente come in foto, e dal letto non c’era la vista sulla tour eiffel.
