Welcoming staff. Quick check in. Room clean and Tidy. Comfortable bed. Shops across the road great cafe just down the road and close to underground station.

The staff was very sweet, but I couldn’t even stay the nights I booked, and the hotel would not grant me a refund. The accommodation was filthy, with strange marks on the walls, the room smelling like someone had chain smoked inside, and the bathroom and lobby smelling of waste. I was extremely disappointed with the lack of refund, particularly because I had to book a last minute alternate accommodation due to the poor conditions.
