It was a good hotel for the price, and the staff were really nice. There is no elevator in the property, but the staff let us stay in the first floor so it wasn't an issue. The room was well kept, had a fridge and a fan that kept the room pretty cool.

On arrival, we were made to feel very welcome & was offered complimentary parking. On entering the room, there was a very horrible smell coming from the bathroom, poor sewage smell which was immediately seen to & rectified. We only had one pillow each which was hard & uncomfortable & only realised there weren't extra pillows after getting in close to midnight which was too late to inform reception! Finally, the television didn't work which I reported on checking out. Overall, the room was spacious & clean & had plenty of tea/coffee making facilities 🙂

- Staff were very friendly. - Housekeeping was a bit OTT, as all our already neatly assorted things had been rearranged from my own OCD layout. Jammies folded and hung up and all. Cables wound up and put in our bags. Plus, toothbrushes were moved. - Wasn’t any amenities. So dinner time meals were difficult. We had Tesco Meal Deals, 2 days on the bounce lol. - There’s a £100 deposit which hasn’t advertised well, so I had actually missed that warning and was unaware of its existence until my arrival.
- Staff were very friendly. - Housekeeping was a bit OTT, as all our already neatly assorted things had been rearranged from my own OCD layout. Jammies folded and hung up and all. Cables wound up and put in our bags. Plus, toothbrushes were moved. - Wasn’t any amenities. So dinner time meals were difficult. Perfect place to put my head down for the night after seeing a concert at the Royal Albert Hall. Ideal base with the Elizabeth line into central London just 5 minutes walk away. I missed the last direct service and had a 20 minute walk from the district line service but I didn’t feel unsafe reaching the hotel. The staff were always really friendly and the room was more than adequate and very good for the price paid with coffee and tea making, hair dryer, mini fridge and a tv with dvd. Even in November the room felt very warm without the heating, maybe a little too warm! The bathroom was clean and supplied body wash and shampoo.

Loved this room clean and tidy. Perfect for the two of us and location wise it was excellent. Disappointing you had to pay extra for parking for the night which I think was £10.

Broken shower head, broken extractor fan in the bathroom. Kept my £50 security deposit for no apparent reason, the room was left clean & tidy when we left. The fire alarm activated due to the steam after the 3 of us had showers in the morning & the bathroom door was slightly ajar allowing steam to escape. A knock 5 minutes later we were accused of smoking in the room, reiterated our point none of us smoke but that was brushed off & was told if you want to smoke then smoke out the window ha. Even if I did smoke I wouldn't smoke in my own house never mind a residence that isn't mine as the smell is foul. Wouldn't consider returning mainly just due to the facilities in the room.

Very good value for money, considering location and price. Clean but basic rooms, newly fitted bathroom which was good, and very friendly staff. Only downside was in the morning they had an issue which meant we had no hot water. They did fix it, but only at 11am when we were checking out. Could have done with another mirror in the room.

Extremely friendly, hospitable staff. Very convenient access to the public transportation system. 5-minute walk to the Elizabeth Line. There were quite a few options for purchasing groceries. The mini fridge was useful. The room and bathroom were very clean. Nice shower.

Property is located on a very busy street. Police sirens every few minutes. The property itself is very old, in desperate need of modernisation. The floors are creaking with gaps . My door handle actually fell off while I was trying to enter the room I stayed in a single room which smelled. I soon found out what the smell was, all around the bed was damp and dirt. It was obvious that the bed has never been moved and cleaned. Slept in my clothes all night. I am glad I booked for one night only, otherwise I would’ve left and booked somewhere else. This is not a hotel that I would recommend in fact I recommend you avoid it completely.

The staff was incredibly nice and helpful during my stay. The room was not great because the bathroom wasn’t very clean and the coffee station had a dirty spoon and empty creamer cup and coffee pack that was never thrown out or refreshed. I didn’t realize that on the other side of the do not disturb sign it said “clean my room” sign so until I discovered it my room was not cleaned for 5 days but my bed was made and trash was emptied whether I put the sign up or not. Even after the one day of cleaning the shower still didn’t look very clean and the coffee station was not refreshed. The hotel was on a busy street and was very noisy, the area around the hotel isn’t very clean or nice and isn’t close to any good restaurants. I did like that it was a 8 min walk to a tube station and 5 minute walk to a grocery store. Otherwise it was too far outside London and the bathroom was too tiny. Definitely don’t recommend anyone stay here.

The OYO London Guest House was a great option for my overnight business trip to London. My single room was pretty small, but absolutely fine. Everything was spotlessly clean, and in good condition. It looks like the photos on the website. The shower was very good. The reception staff were pleasant, and pretty efficient, and the wifi worked well. The guest house is in a good location for the Elizabeth Line (Acton Main Line station - just 5 mins by foot) and I could reach my morning appointment near Liverpool Street very easily. The neighbourhood is quite residential and felt very safe, and even though the guest house is on quite a main road, there wasn't that much road noise.

We had booked this property months in advance, had all the prior communciation re check in times etc. we travelled two hours to arrive and say our room had been cancelled and there was nothing we could do about it. No help from the staff - terrible service!

What attracted me to the hotel was it’s closeness to the Elizabeth Line - roughly five minutes’ walk - and the refrigerator in every room. However, I totally enjoyed my stay - stores, cafes, were close by, and the staff was exceptionally wonderful.

Staff were incredibly helpful and courteous, very comfortable visit. The staff were also knowledgeable on the Tube maintenance times which was very helpful for access to transport. Definitely recommend :)

I chose this location for a concert at Wembley and it was great! Easy walk to public transportation; grocery and convenience stores walkable as well. Accommodations were perfect for a solo traveler. Biggest plus was the staff- friendly, helpful, and responsive to any needs.

Extremely friendly, hospitable staff. Very convenient access to the public transportation system. 5-minute walk to the Elizabeth Line. There were quite a few options for purchasing groceries. The mini fridge was useful. The room and bathroom were very clean. Nice shower.

What attracted me to the hotel was it’s closeness to the Elizabeth Line - roughly five minutes’ walk - and the refrigerator in every room. However, I totally enjoyed my stay - stores, cafes, were close by, and the staff was exceptionally wonderful.

Loved this place. So perfectly located, just a 5 minute walk to the Elizabeth line. Clean linens, warm showers. It's not the Ritz, but if you're hardly in the room, as we were, then this is your place. PLUS some of the nicest people on the planet. Two very big thumbs up.

The staff was incredibly nice and helpful during my stay. The room was not great because the bathroom wasn’t very clean and the coffee station had a dirty spoon and empty creamer cup and coffee pack that was never thrown out or refreshed. I didn’t realize that on the other side of the do not disturb sign it said “clean my room” sign so until I discovered it my room was not cleaned for 5 days but my bed was made and trash was emptied whether I put the sign up or not. Even after the one day of cleaning the shower still didn’t look very clean and the coffee station was not refreshed. The hotel was on a busy street and was very noisy, the area around the hotel isn’t very clean or nice and isn’t close to any good restaurants. I did like that it was a 8 min walk to a tube station and 5 minute walk to a grocery store. Otherwise it was too far outside London and the bathroom was too tiny. Definitely don’t recommend anyone stay here.

Perfect place to put my head down for the night after seeing a concert at the Royal Albert Hall. Ideal base with the Elizabeth line into central London just 5 minutes walk away. I missed the last direct service and had a 20 minute walk from the district line service but I didn’t feel unsafe reaching the hotel. The staff were always really friendly and the room was more than adequate and very good for the price paid with coffee and tea making, hair dryer, mini fridge and a tv with dvd. Even in November the room felt very warm without the heating, maybe a little too warm! The bathroom was clean and supplied body wash and shampoo.

Loved this room clean and tidy. Perfect for the two of us and location wise it was excellent. Disappointing you had to pay extra for parking for the night which I think was £10.

10/10! Very kind and helpful staff, neat and clean rooms and pocket-friendly. Super close to shops, restaurants and amenities. The Elizabeth Line is a stone's throw away. Would definitely stay again. Thank you for the wonderful experience!

- Staff were very friendly. - Housekeeping was a bit OTT, as all our already neatly assorted things had been rearranged from my own OCD layout. Jammies folded and hung up and all. Cables wound up and put in our bags. Plus, toothbrushes were moved. - Wasn’t any amenities. So dinner time meals were difficult. We had Tesco Meal Deals, 2 days on the bounce lol. - There’s a £100 deposit which hasn’t advertised well, so I had actually missed that warning and was unaware of its existence until my arrival.

I only stayed at London Guest House by OYO Acton for a few hours overnight, so I didn't have much opportunity to use the facilities. It was a simple stay that suited my needs, and the location was particularly convenient, with easy access to Acton Main Line for travelling into Central London. For a short overnight stay, it did the job well.

Came as a family. Had a lovely family room with a full size fridge. An extra fan had been placed in our room also. The staff were very helpful and chatty, rooms were clean and spacious. Was perfect for a family base. Tube station and bus stop are not far plus lots of shops around.

Very nice staff and even though the room was on the older side, the bathroom was cleaned with bleach which Iiked. There are nice flowers at the front entrance and you have a little fridge in the room and a fan which is great. The only downside I that people smoke at the front of the building which made it difficult to open our window for fresh air. Apart from that it's a good price and good location. I'd stay again.
