The A/C was amazing, on a particularly hot day in Mexico City. The staff is great, attentive and helpful. It just so happened that at the time there had been an earth quake in Oaxaca and there were aftershocks soon after. The power went out in the building and as a result the internet was shaky as well. I had an important meeting the following day and mentioned my concerns to the front desk. Without batting an eye, the lovely human at the front desk made arrangements to ensure I would have

Location is perfect, we were able to walk to a lot of restaurants and stores or a quick uber to other neighborhoods. The room was very clean and comfortable which is the most important criteria for me when I travel. We checked out the cafe on the main level for lattes and breakfast and it was really good! On our last night, we went up to the rooftop bar which had nice views of the city at sunset. The service up there was also great. All around a great hotel in an awesome location.

Noisy (no soundproofing) in hotel and the area. Hotel room was ok (toilet seat was fastened on wrong) and no AC. No onsite restaurant but within walking distance. Staff was very helpful and great service.
