Hotel Residence Ulivi E Palme

Wir waren hier nur für eine kurze Zeit, da wir spät abends gelandet sind und morgens weiter gezogen sind. Der checkin verlief einwandfrei, wir hatten ein kleines aber feines Zimmer, mit grellgrünem Bad. Der Balkon hatte einen tollen Ausblick. Es gab ein ausreichend großes Buffet zum Frühstück. In der Nachbarschaft kann man gut parken, das Hotel bietet auch überdachte und überwachte Parkplätze gegen Gebühr an. Die Anlage hat einen Tennisplatz.

Le séjour à l’hôtel ULIVI était dans l’ensemble ok. La chambre aurait besoin d’un bon rafraîchissement, mais tout le nécessaire était présent. L’odeur dans la chambre n’était pas agréable, mais rien qui n’empêchait d’y vivre. Notre chambre donnait sur une voie rapide, mais le double vitrage a fait le travail. La propreté était là. Nous avons apprécié la climatisation qui fonctionnait très bien. Le personnel est très accueillant, surtout lors du petit déjeuner. Le petit déjeuner en lui même est ok. Le centre touristique de Cagliari est un peu loin à pieds mais les axes routiers et les transports en commun sont à proximité directe. Le parking de l’hôtel est en supplément, mais les places dans la rue sont gratuites et il y a toujours de la place. Dans l’ensemble, un séjour correct pour le rapport qualité prix prestations! Merci au personnel pour l’accueil.

Schönes Haus. Sehr nettes Personal. Liegt leider an einer Schnellstraße, die wir auch bei geschlossenen Fenstern gehört haben. Aufzüge waren ausgefallen. Meiner Rollstuhlfahrenden Frau wurde sehr nett geholfen. Frühstück war „in Ordnung“ bis auf die kalten Eier und nicht ganz frischen Brioche. Erster Kaffe war herausragend, die weiteren Bescheiden.

Ok for a night , says they have a gym but you have to book it with a personal trainer and it’s $, Same for the pool seems very complicated to have access pp ,the sheets were stained and the AC not cooling at all .. you can hear everything from the street and the bed is not comfortable..I never leave reviews like this but just don’t want others to experience this

Escale d’une nuit sur Cagliari, accueil très sympathique, qui parle français c’est un petit plus tout de même, Piscine à disposition Petit déjeuné copieux Literie confortable, salle de bain propre, frigo dans la chambre, terrasse avec un étendoir.

Excelente hotel. Quarto e banheiro grandes, limpos. Café da manhã completo. Um pouco distante do centro da cidade, mas com muita facilidade de locomoção. Funcionários atenciosos e um restaurante no quarto andar, da proprietaria Michela, que serve uma comida deliciosa. Adorei Cagliari e esse hotel.

Frukosten var bra, finns olika alternativ att välja på, både nyttigt och onyttigt.. Personalen är bra, trevlig och hjälpsam. Städningen är helt ok. Det ända man kan klaga på är att saker sitter löst lite här o där, tex toa lock och spolknappar..

Gute Anbindung in die Stadt die Bushaltestelle ist nur 300m entfernt. Es gibt einen Super Pan Supermarkt ca. 500m entfernt und einen Lidl der auch Sonntags gegeöffnet hat in 1.5km. Busfahrkarten können an der Rezeption gekauft werden. Frühstück gibt es von 7 bis 10.30 alle sind sehr freundlich. Ich wünschte man hätte das Ameisenproblem in meinem Zimmer lösen können. Es wurde zwar was gesprayed aber keine Ahnung wie die überhaupt in den 6.Stock gekommen sind. Es gab auch Sojamilch für den Kaffee leider erhält aber jeder nur einen Kaffee pro PersonBusfahDa

Ho soggiornato presso la stessa struttura tramite convenzione sportiva, in quel caso gli alloggi erano curati nella pulizia e nell'arredo. Questa volta, sono andato con la famiglia. La stanza era sporca, la mia lampada non funzionava, i letti mio e di mia moglie ballavano. Quelli dei moei figli, buttati in mezzo alla stanza sembravano ricattati dalle case degli studenti. Mi spiace, molto deluso.

Hotel ben organizzato, pulito. Personale molto cortese. Colazione scarsa con poca scelta. Camere pulite, cambio biancheria giornaliera. Sicuramente da consigliare

Hôtel bruyant avec la Clim qui ne peut s’arrêter. Le service est top, que ce soit à l’accueil ou au petit déjeuner. Facilité de stationnement dans la rue devant l’hôtel

All the staff was helful , Clean and rooms are spaceful The only things that needs to be adjusted is the soundproof doors and walls otherwise was all perfect .Breakfast was abundant and fresh .Restaurant excellent service , good quality and tasty food. Coffee machines and snacks machine was availble too . Felt safe and pampered

The hotel is what it reminds of my young days in the military; like a military style dorm type apartment… I figure this building was an apartment complex at one point and converted into a hotel… the doors are new but the decors inside the room is.. something.. At least it was clean and free of bugs..the stay was adequate I would say. Bathroom was usable.. otherwise if it weren’t a hasty trip decision, for €100 per night, theres other places that could be better. This hotel is near PQ?/Line 1 bus route (castiglione) so download the “ctm busfinder” app and buy tickets on the app, get on the bus and open the app on the ticket you bought and scan the qr code posted all over the bus..

Hotel etwas abseits vom Zentrum und wenig Möglichkeiten in der direkten Umgebung. Nicht das modernste Hotel (Zimmer erinnerte ein wenig an Wohnheim), Frühstück ausreichend (jedoch nicht überwältigend), jedoch hatte mein recht großes Zimmer eine Kochnische. Wem es nicht um den Stil ankommt, sondern eher auf eine preiswerte und praktische Unterkunft ankommt, ist es eine gute Wahl. Es gibt in der Nähe eine Bushaltestelle mit Verbindung ins Zentrum .

The staff at ulivi e palme was the sweetest and friendliest i have ever met. Receptionists were so helpful and nice. Super good experience and regards to hotel! :) Regards from Finland!

La pulizia, la gentilezza e professionalità del personale

My wife and I booked 5 nights at the "Hotel Residence Ulivi e Palme" in Cagliari and we were aware the booking was non refundable. Unfortunately my dad passed away and we had to travel abroad for the arrangements and the funeral. I contacted the hotel, a week before the check-in date and asked if due to the circumstances they could offer a refund or at least to amend the booking for a future dates. The hotel reply was prompt and without any sympathy was: "the booking is non refundable".They did not even spend a thought about it. I then contacted Hotels.com, as I have booked the hotel thru then. The first thing they did was offer their condolences and sympathy and promptly told me that they would phone the hotel immediately and try to convince thelem to be more flexible. Again the "Hotel Residence Ulivi e Palme" refused even to consider any amendments. So my feedback for Hotels.com is 5 stars for their effort and consideration. My feedback for the Hotel is based only on my experience in dealing with then and not on the premises and staff etc... And therefore For the Hotel Residence Ulivi e Palme my Feedback"Zero" Stars for the lack of consideration and flexibility, as an amendment would have meant both parts would not loose anything, but as it stands, only we have lost. It shows the lack of sensibility and how poor is the management. The Hotel may disagree as it's their right, but this will not change in anything my feelings about it. Anyway, although this is not pocket money

We stayed for 4 nights at Residence Ulivi e Palme. We enjoyed it a lot. The rooms were clean, the staff was very helpful. Breakfast was rich with choices, so every person was able to find something that would work for them. It is worth a 5-star rating.

The room was big and the staff was LOVELY!

The breakfast and cleaning personnel were very kind and friendly. But unfortunately almost all of the hotel receptionist (apart from two very kind gentlemen, one working morning August 6th and the other working the nightshift the same day) were extremely rude and far from customer friendly. We avoided asking for help or questions to a large extent due to this and it made the hotel experience quite bad. Hopefully this is something that the hotel will improve otherwise I would not recommend staying here!

Lätt tillgängligt när man kommer med bil Rummet var stort, fin balkong, badrum innehöll både dusch och badkar. Frukostbuffe’n var god.

Bel établissement classique, avec petit déjeuner buffet compris,chambres confortables, le bus est à 100 metres pour le centre et le port,parking gratuit à proximité

Ologisk frukostupplägg, det var ingen buffe utan flera personal som la upp maten på beställning på gästernas tallrik lite rörigt och inte genomtänkt i mitt tycke.

Fizemos ponto em Cagliari para conhecer as praias da ilha e foi um mega acerto. Perto do hotel, tem muito estacionamento de rua gratuito. Conseguimos deixar o carro tranquilamente. O quarto é grande e bastante confortável. O atendimento é incrível (especialmente os atendentes que trabalham no café da manhã). Café da manhã muito bem servido e incluso no preço. Super recomendo. Quando voltar a Cagliari, voltarei pra esse hotel.

The hotel is comfortable and clean. The Up restaurant turned out to be excellent, we wonder why so few patrons appear to be utilizing. Breakfast is outstanding and the personnel truly wonderful.

Incrível. Apesar de ser um hotel um pouquinho distante do burburinho do centro de Cagliari, è perfeito porque é uma calmaria e tem muita opção de transporte e fácil acesso ao centro e às praias. Limpo, quartos de bom tamanho, banheiro excelente, café da manhã com muita variedade e pessoal super competente e organizado, tanto da recepção como da limpeza e atendimento no geral. Tem um restaurante nos andares de cima, que u não me lembro qual, que é uma delícia. A proprietária é um encanto, se eu não me engano se chama Michella, e é muito atenciosa. A comida uma delícia.
