First time I used the toilet in the room it kept dripping water and the maintenance guy wasn’t around until checkout the next day so I had to deal with that BS also the signal cable for the TV wasn’t connected .. I’ve seen inflatable pools bigger than the pool they have

I decided to stay for a night at his hotel so i could be near the Airport and enjoy the sun one more day in the pool. The pool was very dirty, the sunbeds the dirtiest i have ever seen. Carpets in the corridors very dirty and old, teared in some parts which can be easily trip hazard. Staff was very friendly. The restaurant had good food.

Very friendly, welcoming staff. Lobby was spacious with lots of seating for guests while waiting for cocktails from the bar or while waiting to be seated to eat a meal in the on-site restaurant. The amenities were ample and easily accessible to the guests. The property was close to the airport, but in a noisy, dirty, unsafe industrial area. It was not conducive for walking into town or anywhere else. Perhaps a free or very affordable hotel shuttle service for hotel guests to and from the airport would help? 😎

The property condition left much to be desired. We were on the 3rd floor and the hallway wood laminate was thoroughly damaged and held together with packing tape, literally. The bed in our room was comfortable but the condition of the room was worn and damaged. I don’t recommend staying here. There are many other great options in Cagliari, stay at one of them!

Una notte in questa struttura ed ho utilizzato solo per pernottare senza colazione e cena. Tutto bene eccetto la imprevista e fastidiosa poca attenzione ai dati personali. Prentazione prepagata ma mi viene chiesto la carta di credito a "garanzia" di altri eventuali servizi come l'utilizzo del minibar. Della CC vengono copiati TUTTI i numeri manualmente ponendo il rischio di utilizzo fraudolento. Difatto minibar in camera inesistente (frigo completamente vuoto) e disponibili in corridoio con distributuri automatici a pagamento. Inoltre la Carta di identità mi è stata presa e portata fuori dalla mia vista a fare copie non autorizzate e ILLEGALI. Il documento serve per identificazione e NON per la copia. Cambiate le vostre procedure interne!!! Ho evitato polemiche con la vostra receptionist che non ne ha colpa ma mi ha molto infastidito. La pavimentazione del mio piano (4°) aggiustata con nastro adesivo.

Property is nice, clean, friendly staff, restaurant/bar is good, nice pool. Location is the problem- even though it says 10 mins to centre (and it is a 10 minute ride), property is in the middle of nowhere (industrial area). If was difficult and costly to get a taxi, uber was better and found a good car service. Staff wasn’t very helpful with information. Wouldn’t recommend this property if you are wanting to spend a lot of time in the city centre.

Shade for breakfast area would be helpful for glare. Bit warm in there. Hotel clerk was excellent and flawless. I wish everyone was as professional, helpful and pleasant like him. He gave me free water and allowed me to check in late with no additional charge. He also spoke English which is not a given in hotels, restaurants, cabs, stores. My only wish was my hotel was located near the city center where I could walk around. Cabs are not cheap here. Because of the location of my hotel there was no tour pickup available from here.

Room and breakfast were good. The only thing that took us by surprise was that it was a little way out of town. There is no direct public transport to get to the hotel from the airport so you will need a taxi (Eu20) But there is a half-hourly bus #19 that goes from outside the hotel and after a few stops (or a 12-min walk) you can swap to a #1 bus that goes into the city centre seafront.
