The staff was helpful and friendly, treated me and my 8 year old son like honoured guests. They were ver responsive to requests. Loved the breakfast! Though we didn’t wake up early enough to take advantage of it each day, the variety and quality of the food never disappointed. The chef will make your omelet however you like or the staff will go hunt for a grapefruit for you if there aren’t any out (with a smile!). The quality and taste extended to Cielo and we happily made our way through that delicious menu (do not leave without trying the duck). The meals at the beach club were also quite delicious with fresh ingredients. You do have to book the shuttle and reserve beach chairs but if the times do not work for you, it’s a quick cab ride away. You can book your activities on your own but if you’re having trouble (and I did on a few things) the concierge can make it happen for you, so utilize that excellent man. The hotel was in a great location for walking to other restaurants or meeting points for tours. Quick walk to bus and train stop if needed. Lots of good shopping about and if you forget to make a reservation at Cielo and it’s full, walking across the street to Hublot is a great option and the food and service there will convert you to a lifetime customer. The rooftop pool at the hotel is kiddie sized. Wasn’t a problem for me because I don’t do pools and my child enjoyed frolicking it in. Honestly, can’t wait to stay again!

Im Großen und Ganzen ist das Hotel wunderbar. Ein Stern Abzug, weil der Beachclub keine 50 € wert ist (2 kleine Wasser und 2 Espresso inkl.). Der sollte für Hotelgäste eigentlich kostenlos sein, oder wenn mit Mindestverzehr, weil man ja selber auch in jeden anderen Club gehen kann. Ein besserer Deal fürs parken wäre auch schön, wir waren 12 Tage im Hotel und ein Parkticket über das Hotel kostet 20€ pro Tag. Wir haben dann meist kostenlos in der Umgebung geparkt, aber da muss man schon mal 1-2 Runden drehen. Die Lage, das Personal, die Sauberkeit ist aber einwandfrei. Ich würde das Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen.

Excellent hotel in central Cagliari. Staff were very friendly and helpful - could not do enough. Bars and restaurants were all very good with great food and coffee. Only slight criticism is limited parking which need to be booked in advance

Hôtel très bien situé et surtout le plus luxueux de la ville. Rooftop agréable. Restaurant et service digne d’un 5 étoiles. Le spa est un plus, même si les cabines de massage ne sont pas super insonorisées ! Bien penser à réserver le beach club en amont du voyage car très demandé

We stayed there on a 4 day vacation stop and were overall disappointed. The positives are: Close to restaurants and shopping. The room was comfortable, but too warm, due to the issues explained under negatives. The negatives are: The water pressure is very low, the temperature in the room took one day per degree to get it lower (we started at 25 Celsius), the rooftop pool may as well not exist (it is tiny), the gym is way too small and you may or may not be able to have a nightcap on the roof, depending if they have a private event, in which case you have no option, as the only other restaurant is only open on Wednesdays (at least while we were there). Overall we didn't feel the hotel was worth the price and we wouldn't stay here again.

A first class hotel with great facilities and a real modern / luxury vibe. The rooms are large and extremely well designed. Excellent service and the shuttle / beach club is fabulous. One small downside - the pool is much smaller than the photos suggest and very difficult to get a shaded area. Had a fantastic stay though.

Amazing property with incredibly accommodating staff. Everyone was extremely nice. Breakfast was excellent. Rooftop experience fantastic. Great location for city center. Easy access without being right in the middle of town. We went to the private beach club one day and it was fantastic. Highly recommend this property and more so its staff!!

This was a great property. The surrounding area has easy access to the marina, shopping, grocery store and dinning. Checkin and checkout was smooth. Everyone at reception was welcoming We had a deluxe room on the first floor no view. The size was great for 2 people (me and 15 yr.) The air conditioning, shower and soundproofing was good. The small section of the tempered glass you can see into the bathroom area. The image of the person is blurry. Breakfast had variety and yes if you go at 10 am it will be busy. So I planned for 9:45 and it was great. We went to the resort beach club, book as far in advance as you can. The water is clear and the beach is clean. The cost €50 (2 loungers, water and coffee incl.) for the day and €10 for transportation drop off 10:30 and pickup 5:30. The cost is for convenience and level of service. The beach club has limited loungers so no overcrowding. I checked the cost of a one way uber from the beach club return to hotel the cost €45. There is a bus stop close by but I am unsure of the frequency. The Hotel pool is small 8 loungers and 4 chairs. I went there my first day briefly in the late afternoon, there was availability. Never went back after that. At the SPA I used my €40 voucher and it was amazing. I followed the advice of others and booked before my trip which helped because the spa was closed for a few days during my stay. Monica was great arranging it! Restaurant upstairs had the best lobster pasta if that is of any interest.

Ho solo due punti negativi.1)le cameriere che puliscono le stanze sono uguali in tutti gli hotel del mondo,cioè non puliscono proprio niente e si dimenticano di rifornire caffè e altre cortesie dell'hotel. 2)nel kit del caffè mancano panna o latte. Per il resto è eccellente.

The hotel is beautifully decorated and very clean. We didn’t have a great night sleep due to the aircon in the room not being very powerful, so it didn’t really cool down the room.

The king superior room is not for 2 people at all...ultra small, AC doesnt go below 22degrees, theres no iron boards available when you request them, shower door didnt close and the breakfast was mediocre at best for 25 euro per person. Not sure how this hotel is considered 5 stars. Its 3.5stars in my opinion.

This is an easy review. This was a superb experience. The staff are wonderful, friendly, helpful, just superb they made us feel so welcome. it's the first time i've ever arrived at a hotel at 3.15 pm and a room has not been available - on top of that the room was not available until 5.30 - i've never had that - in the lobby there were at least 3-4 other people in the same spot - the hotel offered the use of the spa and som degree drinks - but it doesn't help when we are only in cagliari for 1 night -

The staff are fantastic here, some of the digital services are very clunky (room order app, aircon fiddly, cant stream to TV etc) but the staff compensate for these minor issues very well and fixed all but streaming fast. The room was very comfortable, breakfast was excellent, cocktails good and great location to explore from. Honestly though the staff make this place a 5* review, absolutely faultless.

La propiedad es hermosa y la mayoría del personal es muy amable y profesional. Demetrio nos ayudó con excelentes recomendaciones de playas y las chicas de recepción siempre fueron muy amables. Lamentablemente no puedo decir lo mismo de Giuseppe en recepción pues parece que no le gusta lo que hace y no es bueno con los turistas internacionales, sin embargo el resto de personas siempre mostraron una excelente te actitud de servicio tanto en el restaurante de desayuno como en el rooftop.

Nice hotel but found reception staff to be unhelpful, dismissive and quite rude. Had a issue with with one of our rooms TVs, got told it’s a hotel wide issue, except it worked fine in our other room. Didn’t do anything to resolve it so was unusable the whole stay.

This was the best hotel experience we’ve ever had! We came to Cagliari for the first time and we stayed our first night at Palazzo Tirso. The staff was so friendly and helpful with everything, and they took their time to give us plenty of recommandations regarding must-sees, restaurants, cafés etc. We even got a late checkout the next day, and the breakfast was amazing! So the next day we were moving to an apartment in Cagliari. Turned out this apartment was full of scorpions so we wanted to move out. We called the hotel at 3 am, got an early check in at 7 am and stayed for two more nights before finding an another apartment. I have never felt safer and more taken care of than at Palazzo Tirso - best hotel experience ever!

Flott hotell med veldig sentral beliggenhet i Cagliari sentrum. Kjekk takterasse med lite basseng. Hotellet hadde avtale med en beach club på stranden i Cagliari, som var helt fantastisk med ren sjø og nydelig sand. Gamlebyen i Cagliari var koselig og overgikk våre forventninger. Frokosten var ypperlig. Hotellet har mange stjerner og en litt stivere profil enn vi vanligvis velger, uten at vi opplevde dette som noe problem. Hotellet har egen parkering men vi benyttet en betalt parkering rett over gaten. Parkeringen var betjent og vi fikk en fast pris for våre 3 dager, der vi kunne kjøre inn og ut som det passet oss.

Amazing property with incredibly accommodating staff. Everyone was extremely nice. Breakfast was excellent. Rooftop experience fantastic. Great location for city center. Easy access without being right in the middle of town. We went to the private beach club one day and it was fantastic. Highly recommend this property and more so its staff!!

If you are staying in Cagliari, this hotel (location and accommodations and staff) are really excellent. It is practical to go anywhere from there (compared to staying in the old city) while you are a mile or two from the old town. The hotel is redone recently with very high end finished and touches

This property was really beautiful! Just renovated, has lots of digital technology, smells amazing, beautifully decorated. Only downside is that the location is on a busy street, not much ambiance. In addition, despite staying at the hotel, chairs at the beach cost the guest. Parking is an additional 20 euro per night.

The staff was helpful and friendly, treated me and my 8 year old son like honoured guests. They were ver responsive to requests. Loved the breakfast! Though we didn’t wake up early enough to take advantage of it each day, the variety and quality of the food never disappointed. The chef will make your omelet however you like or the staff will go hunt for a grapefruit for you if there aren’t any out (with a smile!). The quality and taste extended to Cielo and we happily made our way through that delicious menu (do not leave without trying the duck). The meals at the beach club were also quite delicious with fresh ingredients. You do have to book the shuttle and reserve beach chairs but if the times do not work for you, it’s a quick cab ride away. You can book your activities on your own but if you’re having trouble (and I did on a few things) the concierge can make it happen for you, so utilize that excellent man. The hotel was in a great location for walking to other restaurants or meeting points for tours. Quick walk to bus and train stop if needed. Lots of good shopping about and if you forget to make a reservation at Cielo and it’s full, walking across the street to Hublot is a great option and the food and service there will convert you to a lifetime customer. The rooftop pool at the hotel is kiddie sized. Wasn’t a problem for me because I don’t do pools and my child enjoyed frolicking it in. Honestly, can’t wait to stay again!

Breakfast in the morning was (to me, as a pastry addict) unparalleled, and the staff were able to accommodate every coffee order/request and even recommended some drinks I’d never tried before (ever had ginseng in a coffee? Not me!) Otherwise, beautiful property, centrally located, and they gave us beach towels in the cutest tote bag on the days we went swimming. Would return, would recommend!

The king superior room is not for 2 people at all...ultra small, AC doesnt go below 22degrees, theres no iron boards available when you request them, shower door didnt close and the breakfast was mediocre at best for 25 euro per person. Not sure how this hotel is considered 5 stars. Its 3.5stars in my opinion.

Valentina, at the front desk, needs to be retrained on business practices and customer service! She was rude from the first interaction! What’s worst, when my friend checked in 2 days later and needed help with airline losing her bag, she was rude to her too! Frankly, if this is what she offers at the front desk she should be working in the back. Also, no hot water in our room for 2 days, substandard for a nice hotel. Valentina in the restaurant was excellent, friendly and deserves a raise!

Great location next to the waterfront in Cagliari - easily walkable to nearby shops and restaurants. Comfortable room with a view. Good breakfast spread. Small rooftop pool with only around 10 sun loungers, plus a couple of deck chairs - don’t arrive late to the pool if you want somewhere to lie and relax. We would stay here again.

The hotel is just across the road from the harbour. Its well located to walk into the centre of town or along the sea front where there is a nice walk. The room was clean and the bed comfy but the room was small and had the most annoying and unnecessarily complicated lights. The bathroom had glass walls which I personally hate. Whats wrong with normal walls!
