Clean and modern hotel with a nice little pool. The hotel is part of another hotel a couple of hundred meters away and the reception is at the other hotel. The rooms have private outdoor areas which is nice but be aware of the mosquitoes, there is lots.

The staff was amazing and super helpful! The room was beautiful and private balcony was top tier!!!

This is a small (~10 rooms) boutique hotel on the river bank surrounded by a garden. Beautifully renovated with great amenities and very quite. Its outside of the main tourist attractions in Florence but if you do not mind walking in 25-30 mins you can be near Duomo. There is a small swimming pool with heated water so you can relax in the morning after long work day (like in my case) or a party night. The room was cleaned every day. Espresso coffee machine is in the room as well as a cattle, cold mineral water and some cookies and pastries. Tooth brushes, bathrobes, slippers were also provided. We arrived after hours so the stuff send me instructions how to install an app on the phone that would serve as a key. There was also a card waiting for us inside. We had very early flights so we asked to book as a taxi and this was done. Basically we had no issues and had a very comfortable and relaxing stay in Florence. Did not ask for parking since we came by train.

Be aware to book the full service hotel not the annex

We had room 104: 2 days no Internet and no airco. We discovered the airco issue only when we arrived back the second day of our stay as we arrived back after 17:00. The days before we arrived before and stayed in the pool area all evening. End of the second day we arrived at 18:30 and.... access to pool was closed and was refused to be opened. So... as personnel leaves after 17:00 and you spend for sure more time in town, the claim the hotel has a pool is nonsense as you will never be able to use it. Parking works with valet parking 35 euro a night: works good.
