El hotel está muy lindo, amplio y recién remodelado, el servicio de limpieza fue excelente, el primer dia no pudimos utilizar la bañera pero fueron muy atentos y resolvieron el contratiempo. Lo único tardado fue el check in pues tardamos alrededor de 50 minutos en tener habitación, recomendamos llegar a tiempo para agilizar. Los elevadores también son algo tardados y las escaleras no son opción (dan un poco de miedo). Lo unico que no nos gusto fue la puerta para habitacion contigua ya que se escuchaba un poco lo que sucedia en la otra habitacion. Tambien en una ocasion nos dieron un susto ya que entraron a la habitacion a dejar una cortesia sin avisar, de repente ya habia alguien dentro. Por otro lado el hotel es super familiar por lo mismo las albercas no son profundas pero el club de playa es muy lindo, aunque si, las familias llegan a apartar camastros aunque ni estén ahí. Por lo demás las personas de servicio y demás empleados muy amables, en especial la señorita Susana de concierge, nos dio recomendaciones y estuvo muy atenta si necesitábamos algo.

Lobby was hot waited over 40 mins to check in room wasnt ready until 5:45 because it was being cleaned. When we did get our room it was dirty. Floors were dirty never swept or mopped. Hair in shower and jetted tub had hair all in it. It was dirty and discolored. We didn't use it because to didn't look safe. We asked housekeeping to re do the room. They did but didn't mopi guess hotel doest have a mop because all she had was a broom with a towel over it. Some staff was very good. Some where horrible we tipped the ones that did good. Pool was busy not entirely fully staffed we waited for service. Make sure u get there early to get seats for pool it gets busy fast. They dont have many English speaking staff the ones they do have don't understand much. Over all it was a 3 for us. We might be back or we might not. Room service is not 24/7 they give u 1 menu then when you call to ordering they say they dont offer any of the menu so u have to ask what they offer and then staff gets mad. The do automatically tip themselves on room service but they do come in and set everything up for you. We tipped extra bc he did a good job. Breakfast was about a 2 cold food didn't stay hot. They could offer better choices. They guys for the taxis were very nice and helpful. Thanks guys. 👍

El personal muy amable y siempre dispuesto. Sin embargo la habitación no contaba con las características que decía la página, además había cucarachas chiquitas en el baño y la cafetera. Por otro lado los alimentos en restaurante y playa de pésima calidad y a un precio exagerado ( es decir no corresponde con la calidad)

La habitación estaba súper limpia, las sábanas y las toallas siempre frescas. Definitivamente ya queremos volver. El hotel está recién remodelado y muy lindo. Todo el equipo de hospitalidad es súper amable y atento y te hacen sentir como en casa. Las actividades en las albercas durante el día fueron muy divertidas, en especial el Aquaerobics y de bartender.

Todas las instalaciones están excelentes pero el ruido en la noche es infernal, yo se que no es culpa del hotel pero hay un antro del lado izquierdo que tiene música súper intensa hasta las 6 de la mañana y es imposible dormir. Y bueno a la salida encontramos una cucaracha en el closet, hay que cuidar más la fumigación.

En general estuvo bien mi estadia en el hotel pero las noches fueron de pesadilla ya que los antros de alrededor no respetan horarios y con un volumen que excede toda proporcion no pude dormir las 3 noches ya que paraban su escandalo hasta las 5 de la mañana, qpm, lastima por que si es motivo de no volver a este buen hotel y otra vez por la corrupcion del estado

this used to be my favorite hotel , but since hurricane Otis, looks like they change the windows for cheap material , and now you can hear all the noise , even when you are not facing the street , I will stay away from this hotel moving forward

The property is in a great location, staff is very helpful and friendly. I didn’t like how light came through the side openings of the windows. There is also a lot of street noise the buses start honking at 6-7am. But overall it was a good stay.

My stay was great, the hotel is right on the beach and in the heart of the main drag of Acapulco. I am upset that at check in, I had a car and valet asked me if I wanted to self park or valet. I chose self park. They asked me to leave a CC on file and they would charge me at check out. When I checked out, a young man named told me he would charge the parking. I then told him they had charged me an open tab and parking at check in. He told me not to worry and that he would only charge me the self parking. He ended up charging me x times. Do NOT leave your CC on file. I called a few times and they said they would look into it but nothing has been resolved. Its a shame because I had 3 rooms there and really love the property. Do NOT trust anyone at the desk, they will run your CC and not authorize the amount but actually charge it.

El tiempo de check in me parece excesivo. En todo momento te buscan vender su membresía; llegando al hotel, saliendo del elevador por las mañanas (todas las mañanas), etc. Si vas con personas con movilidad limitada, el acceso a la playa es complicado, son demasiadas escaleras y los camastros son pocos. Las habitaciones con vista parcial al mar pueden ser con balcón a la avenida principal y se escucha el ruido todo el tiempo, más si estás en los pisos bajos. El costo por noche por mascota me parece excesivo $1,508 (tienes que exigir que te provean del kit de mascota, si no lo pides no te lo entregan al momento de check-in), al igual que el costo por auto por noche $170 que te cobran por adelantado y el costo del desayuno por persona es de más de $500 (y no vale la pena).

We love this place. Best Hotel on the Bay without a doubt. When you hang at the pool hang out with Isabell and you will never need anything. She is very attentive and accommodating

El tiempo de check in me parece excesivo. En todo momento te buscan vender su membresía; llegando al hotel, saliendo del elevador por las mañanas (todas las mañanas), etc. Si vas con personas con movilidad limitada, el acceso a la playa es complicado, son demasiadas escaleras y los camastros son pocos. Las habitaciones con vista parcial al mar pueden ser con balcón a la avenida principal y se escucha el ruido todo el tiempo, más si estás en los pisos bajos. El costo por noche por mascota me parece excesivo $1,508 (tienes que exigir que te provean del kit de mascota, si no lo pides no te lo entregan al momento de check-in), al igual que el costo por auto por noche $170 que te cobran por adelantado y el costo del desayuno por persona es de más de $500 (y no vale la pena).

Del hotel todo excelente!! Agilidad en su servicio. Instalaciones de primera. Lo único malo es el antro cercano que tiene música toda la noche. Pero por lo que vi, asi es en esa zona hay muchos antros. Pero eso no pertenece al hotel. La verdad me parece una muy buena opción para quien busca limpieza, agilidad, atención, comodidad.

La estancia fue buena, pero la playa está muy sucia y no hay privacidad, se junta con la playa pública y no te deja descansar ya que te hace sentir invadido, en la alberca los camastros son insuficientes para todos los huéspedes y no te resuelven

Fiesta Americana's location is ideal to experience Acapulco at its best. The hotel is nice and very clean. Staff are super attentive and accommodating. Great for families. Expect a bit of noise due to it proximity to bars and street traffic!

Quisiera mencionar esto porque es algo que no muchos califican, la cama y almohadas que nos tocó estaban muy cómodas, mejores que algunos otros hoteles mas caros de la zona. Nos terminaron dando una habitación con tarja y microondas, un muy buen gesto. Tengo solo una cosa que decir, y creo que la administración debería poner atención a esto ya que he visto que lo mencionan en varios comentarios en varios sitios. La comida del buffet es muy simple y sin sabor para su costo, muchas cosas en el buffet se ve que están hechas como para uno de esos buffets que ciertos hoteles baratos ofrecen de manera gratuita. Las bebidas en el happy hour contienen muy poco alcohol, entiendo que es promoción pero no por eso deberían bajar tanto la calidad. Un punto bueno, es el acceso a la playa, así que tiene sus puntos buenos y malos pero definitivamente deben mejorar en la comida y bebidas.

The service at the front desk was excellent!. The rooms were beautiful and clean. It had the amenities I needed. Water pressure was great as well. The buffet upstairs was delicious and had so many choices. We had an outstanding service with Martin. We just loved him! ...the service downstairs wasn't as good the waiters didn't interact much but still were on top of picking up the dishes. The swimming pool service I wasn't happy with. First when I got there at 8 a.m. ALL chairs were taken! And there was no guests at the pool. They shouldn't allow people to place towels on the chairs if they are not using the pool at the time. Is not fair for othet guests that go and there are no chairs available. Also no waiters came around to offer any cocktails or appetizers so a iittle disappointed there. The gift shop was nice amd got 2 dresses there and staff was very friendly. I would go back to this hotel because I loved the rooms and buffet but not for the swimming pools or beach area.

Hotel is of older date, but very well renovated. Room was spacious and kitchen was well equipped. Beautiful views from the hotel. Due to the low occupancy in the hotel, there are plenty of space around the pool etc, but only 1 of their 3 restaurants are open. 2 major drawbacks; food quality in restaurant is way below average and overpriced for what it is - example a pizza is 400 pesos and quality worse than pizza hut. Secondly the balcony doors are paper thin so you hear the music from the surrounding bars until 5 am in the weekends.

The stay was excellent! The staff super friendly and nice and attentive. Rooms were very clean. The hotel in general was clean, very welcoming. The only thing for me was the drinks were not strong at all but the wait staff super efficient and friendly. The breakfast buffet way too expensive! There was a lot of food to choose from, like a buffet should be but too pricey. My overall experience was great, I will definitely stay there again if I go back to Acapulco! Beautiful view from my balcony!

Hotel fiesta Americano is a beautiful hotel. I have stayed there many times before hurricane Otis and this was the first time after the remodel is beautiful the rooms and the beds. Everything was wonderful but a couple things that were not good: The chairs down by the pools were taken nearly every day by people saving them with towels very early and not actually showing up to use them until later in the afternoon- I know this happens at a lot of resorts but I really wish hotels would not allow this. One other thing I really dislike is how they send you to the timeshare folks as part of checkin process. They try to get you to make an appt to buy a timeshare - our lady was fine with us saying no and not pushy but why do I even have to go through this when I am just there as a paying hotel guest? Please stop doing this. Aside from those 2 fairly minor complaints the hotel is clean, beautiful and in the perfect location with each room having an ocean view. Pools are gorgeous! Beach is nice right in front of hotel. Staff were all very friendly and helpful.
