Very nice resort. We had all inclusive and it was totally worth it. Super good food and nice menus and restaurants. The staff was extraordinary polite and helpful!! Big pool areas, nice beach, a lot of service points to get drinks and snacks. Only minus side is quote poor entertainment program. It was mostly for kids and was not very good quality. After dinner we mostly went to bed because there was nothing to do (which we didnt mind tho). Gym was equipped well and there was not many people at the same time. Went to snorkeling/diving trip and safari - could recommend both of those. We could definitely come back! Extra thanks to chef who prepared me gluten free bread and pancakes!! :-)

Staff here were all friendly and helpful. Room was spotless and cleaned each morning. Food was what you would expect from all inclusive but also had the choice of dining at the three a la carte restaurants. Choice of pools which was great as you could relax without it being too busy.

Really enjoyable holiday, very friendly and attentive staff, very good main buffet and option to go a la carte in Italian and French restaurants. Excellent facilities for kids and easy access to the beach, with a shuttle bus to take you back up to the main areas if you didn’t want to walk. Lots of differing evening entertainment and we had 3 good massages in the spa. Overall very little to criticise other than the green keeper on the mini golf needed to get his broom out to sweep the course!! otherwise the site's grounds are immaculate.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Wonderful Family Stay at Sultan Gardens – Amazing Reef, Warm Staff, and a Minor Note We had a fantastic stay at Sultan Gardens in Sharm El Sheikh! The coral reef at their private beach is truly incredible—easily the best we’ve ever experienced. Snorkeling was unforgettable. The staff were outstanding—very friendly and attentive. My daughter, who loves languages, was thrilled when the lifeguards taught her some basic Arabic. She enjoyed greeting the staff with “Marhaba” and always received warm smiles in return. The atmosphere felt very safe for families, and my daughter quickly made friends. Although most guests were Russian at the time, everyone was friendly, and as my wife and daughter are Ukrainian, they felt welcomed and included. We also loved the coffee house, which was a great spot for a proper coffee after breakfast. Restaurant staff always made us feel welcome and found us a table—upstairs on the balcony was our favorite place to enjoy dinner while watching the show. Rooms were spotless, cleaned daily, and Abdul from housekeeping checked in often to make sure we were happy—great service all around.

We had everything we needed in the property for a great vacation. several pools, private beach, spa, gym, shows, vast selection of food etc. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, well equiped and clean. The only con is the location which is a little bit remoted. If you want to go out to dine/shopping/entertainment etc, you will need to take a taxi which is not cheap. There are some shops right outside the property but not for real shopping.

Overall pleasant stay. The food is very good for this type of place, with a varied menu and generally high quality. The various swimming pools are pleasant, and in low season we had no difficulty finding space. However, we believe that the following could be improved : 1) The noise. The music is always very loud: make sure you ask for a room as far away from the main building as possible. 2) The cost of extras (40 USD to go to the airport... when the normal cost is 3 USD, for example using InDrive app). 3) The hotel is geared towards Russians: the staff spoke to us in russian, all week, which was strange for us as French people. And, in addition to often being vulgar and drunk, russians people quickly tend to invade their neighbours' space : be very careful.

One of the best all-inclusives I've ever been to. Food is the highlight here, the chef team have impressed every night for my 2 week stay - I enjoyed every offering, 3 times a day! All the staff are very welcoming, friendly and attentive. Perfect location, with heated pools, fantastic dive school on-site, great for a winter escape! Plus: 24hr drinks, 2 mini golfs, and soft serve ice cream!!

Great stay and restaurants were good. Service was excellent. The only thing I highly disliked was the use of too much air fresheners/perfume in the rooms and all through out the hotel. So strong it would make me nauseous sometimes.. definitely dial down the use of fake fragrances that smell chemically.

Positives Loved the hotel Loved the food Loved the staff The Pools are great - lots of choice The Beach are great Negatives The shower didn't work properly... dribble at best The toilet seat wasn't fixed properly so wobbled all over the place Their is building works all over the resort so its not peaceful... although it will be great once the building works have been finished. I would stay again

Trevligt familjehotell. Väldigt välskött och rent. Stora rum. Underbara pooler och god mat i restaurangen. Det bästa med hotellet är dock personalen som gör allt för att gästerna ska ha det bra. Vi tackar Sultan Garden för en trevlig vistelse!

I stayed at Sultan Gardens Resort for 12 nights. My group was my wife and 1 year old daughter. From the first night to the last, we had an incredible stay. The staff are some of the most friendliest and helpful people I've encountered on my travels (special mention to Lofty in the main restaurant). The quality of food in the resort is fantastic, the rooms are all clean and well maintained. There's pools, a private beach, kids play area, kids pools, and other activities during the day to keep you entertained. But most of all, we wanted a relaxing comfortable time away and we got that. The staff especially are excellent - they always have a smile on their face and go out of their way to play, talk and entertain my daughter when they saw her. My only issue is the wifi in the rooms is a bit hit and miss, but this is a minor issue. In all other aspects, we were really happy that we decided to stay here, and are already thinking about returning next year.

We have had another fantastic stay here, this is our fourth time now! The last time we came was about 12 years ago and the service and food has kept its really high standard. We had everything we needed in the property for a great vacation. several pools, private beach, spa, gym, shows, vast selection of food etc. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, well equiped and clean. The only con is the location which is a little bit remoted. If you want to go out to dine/shopping/entertainment etc, you will need to take a taxi which is not cheap. There are some shops right outside the property but not for real shopping.

The resort was beautiful. Service was excellent. There is only a very little beach, but there is a jetty for getting into the water for a small snorkelling area. Buffet was very large with lots of variety. Rooms were very comfortable and clean. Pools, some were heated, some weren't, but they were never crowded. Highly recommended

Overall pleasant stay. The food is very good for this type of place, with a varied menu and generally high quality. The various swimming pools are pleasant, and in low season we had no difficulty finding space. However, we believe that the following could be improved : 1) The noise. The music is always very loud: make sure you ask for a room as far away from the main building as possible. 2) The cost of extras (40 USD to go to the airport... when the normal cost is 3 USD, for example using InDrive app). 3) The hotel is geared towards Russians: the staff spoke to us in russian, all week, which was strange for us as French people. And, in addition to often being vulgar and drunk, russians people quickly tend to invade their neighbours' space : be very careful.

We were well looked after by the staff, who were excellent. Specific mention to the house keeping staff, Ali and his manager Abdul. Buffet options were quite good with lots of selections and fresh food daily. WiFi was not good, needs to improve.

This was my trip from America to Egypt. I isuallly visit sharm el sheikh every year. It was my first time at this hotel and this will be my last time. Ibrahim el Sayed gave me a terrible experience at check in. I had to call the manager Mr. Amr to help out. I was checked in to my room after more than an hour and a half even though they weeent even busy. I would give good ratings to Beshoy and Haytham they did great job. But I wouldn’t come back ever to this hotel.

Staff here were all friendly and helpful. Room was spotless and cleaned each morning. Food was what you would expect from all inclusive but also had the choice of dining at the three a la carte restaurants. Choice of pools which was great as you could relax without it being too busy.

Dear all As an overall experience, it’s fantastic, however, I believe the main positive point is that all staff are polite and respectful in dealing with guests. Special thanks and hats off to (1) Mohamed, swimming pool 38, and (2) M. Zaky, F/O Manager. Despite some issues both before & during our holiday, I am pleased to be able to give this resort a 5 star review. Negatives, Hotels.com state that this resort offers a transfer from the airport. You are instructed to contact the hotel 48hrs in advance to arrange this. I emailed the hotel 3 days before arrival & again 2 days before, yet failed to receive any reply to this date. I also telephoned 48hrs prior to arrival and my call whilst answered, was left off the hook with no communication for a full 4 minutes at International call rates. So contacting the hotel in advance is nigh on impossible! In the event, on arrival at the airport we were forced to haggle for a taxi at a cost of 20 Euro. I was subsequently advised by the hotel that they operate a scheduled shuttle at a cost of 5 Euro per person each way. Also, my partner used the Spa for a 2hr treatment but felt let down when it ended up being less than 90 minutes with only 30 minutes was in massage, the other hour in preparation using Sauna, hot tub etc. Positives... What impressed me most was the way in which these issues were resolved and how all the staff from Mohamed on reception (one of many as Mohamed also the name of our room service attendant and some waiting staff) to the staff in the Spa plus all the restaurant staff just couldn't do enough to make you feel special. The Spa staff gave my partner a complimentary repeat massage and for the issues regarding shuttle we received an upgrade and free transport on dep.

We enjoyed a great stay with Sultan Gardens. Few points for improvement, labelling of the food as very difficult to know what your are eating / what the sauces are. Just more detail and labelling everything clearly. The shop at the hotel is extremely overpriced, which i understand to an extent but maybe worth trying to improve this as there are shops just outside that are cheap! Other than, a beautiful, clean hotel with great pools, a lovely beach and mostly friendly staff! I would stay again.

Sultan Garden Resort has all possible amenities that a family holiday needs - Private beach, heated pools, family suites, plenty of activities for kids and adults. It's conveniently located close to Airport and less than 30 mins to old town and connected with superb roads and less traffic. Resort staff is extremely good to look after their guys, special mention of the chief Chek Shokri and Chef Anil, who has taken care of our dietary needs and always there to make things right. Likewise guest services being helpful to arrange food (veg food choices are limited). It's great time spent at resort. Only thing to call out is for vegenerian diet not many option for food. Lastly then Expedia books package holiday, they don;t really take care of the gap between hotel check-out and flight departure, in our case we had to hand around at resort for evening flight and realised that there was no arrangement for evening food. Rest it's a great place and weather in Dec was sunny.

We had everything we needed in the property for a great vacation. several pools, private beach, spa, gym, shows, vast selection of food etc. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, well equiped and clean. The only con is the location which is a little bit remoted. If you want to go out to dine/shopping/entertainment etc, you will need to take a taxi which is not cheap. There are some shops right outside the property but not for real shopping.

The resort was beautiful. Service was excellent. There is only a very little beach, but there is a jetty for getting into the water for a small snorkelling area. Buffet was very large with lots of variety. Rooms were very comfortable and clean. Pools, some were heated, some weren't, but they were never crowded. Highly recommended

We enjoyed a great stay with Sultan Gardens. Few points for improvement, labelling of the food as very difficult to know what your are eating / what the sauces are. Just more detail and labelling everything clearly. The shop at the hotel is extremely overpriced, which i understand to an extent but maybe worth trying to improve this as there are shops just outside that are cheap! Other than, a beautiful, clean hotel with great pools, a lovely beach and mostly friendly staff! I would stay again.

Sultan Garden Resort has all possible amenities that a family holiday needs - Private beach, heated pools, family suites, plenty of activities for kids and adults. It's conveniently located close to Airport and less than 30 mins to old town and connected with superb roads and less traffic. Resort staff is extremely good to look after their guys, special mention of the chief Chek Shokri and Chef Anil, who has taken care of our dietary needs and always there to make things right. Likewise guest services being helpful to arrange food (veg food choices are limited). It's great time spent at resort. Only thing to call out is for vegenerian diet not many option for food. Lastly then Expedia books package holiday, they don;t really take care of the gap between hotel check-out and flight departure, in our case we had to hand around at resort for evening flight and realised that there was no arrangement for evening food. Rest it's a great place and weather in Dec was sunny.

Really enjoyable holiday, very friendly and attentive staff, very good main buffet and option to go a la carte in Italian and French restaurants. Excellent facilities for kids and easy access to the beach, with a shuttle bus to take you back up to the main areas if you didn’t want to walk. Lots of differing evening entertainment and we had 3 good massages in the spa. Overall very little to criticise other than the green keeper on the mini golf needed to get his broom out to sweep the course!! otherwise the site's grounds are immaculate.

One of the best all-inclusives I've ever been to. Food is the highlight here, the chef team have impressed every night for my 2 week stay - I enjoyed every offering, 3 times a day! All the staff are very welcoming, friendly and attentive. Perfect location, with heated pools, fantastic dive school on-site, great for a winter escape! Plus: 24hr drinks, 2 mini golfs, and soft serve ice cream!!
