The property is new and very clean. Beds are comfortable and shower is great. The room was very spacious and so was the bathroom with plenty of counter space. It was a little strange finding the front desk, since the parking garage is ground level and the front desk is 3rd floor. Follow the signs. It’s a great location if you want Honeymoon Beach, which we love. Will stay there again!

The room was very large but lacked a sitting area. There was a lot of room from the bed to the TV but no place to sit other than the bed or bench in front of the bed. The building is brand new so that's a plus. The pool area was new and clean... My Problem with checking in was I received a 2-queen bed Room when I UPDATED TO A KING SIZED ROOM and when I brought hot up to the front desk they could not help me because they could only see on there end that I purchased a standard room?????

Brand new building! Super nice! The rooms are massive! Super clean! The only thing that was difficult was the building is on stilts...Parking is underneath and super tight to park/navegate between stilts. We will definitely be staying here again!

Also, provide a copy of the channels in the room which would be more helpful for all ages of guests to be able to access because most seniors might not be able to download on their phones all the time. Have better signs about where to check in because I didn’t realize that I had to go up in the elevator for check-in. But overall I would rate this hotel a 4-5 but only for those little minor tweaks which should make the guests more happier to have access to those things I feel are important. Additionally to have the ability to have breakfast which I did see was work in progress. Cleanliness was awesome, beds were comfortable as well.

We had a great stay! The hotel is brand new, spotless, and very well maintained. Our room was spacious and comfortable, and the large bathroom was a nice bonus. The location is very convenient — just a short drive to the beach and close to everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again!

Everything was great about the location. Close to the beaches and restaurants. We did end up with a room with no outside view. Basically facing a wall which made the room feel dark and cold. Otherwise everything about this hotel met our needs and was of a great price and excellent value.

My stay at the J hotel, was excellent. The staff was so nice and welcoming to our one night stay. The rooms were super clean and spacious. There is a bunch of amazing restaurants and things to do at this hotels location. I would definitely stay here again!

The hotel is beautiful, it’s only been open a couple of months. Everyone we encountered at the front desk morning and night was phenomenal. We came to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. The rooms are huge. The only downside of the room was there’s no where to hang towels after showers & The seals under the door aren’t flush with the floor so the light comes through at night but we just used an extra towel to block the light. The hotel is less than 5 mins from a Publix and right off honeymoon island. It was super easy to get in and out of. We will definitely be coming back here!

Clean, spacious but built as more of a Condo dwelling vs Hotel. You can hear everything. Secure locks on doors not available and bathroom would “lock” from inside but not from outside so Anyone could get in. The front desk team, needs a course in hospitality. Over charged due To double charge of incidental fee. Explained to Front desk my Expedia receipt for what I should Have been charged wasn’t accurate. Was scapegoated to “allow” bank processing time. I have stayed at hundreds of hotels through Expedia, And never had a charge not match booking until this stay. They added incidental to booking fee of room and then incidental as a separate charge. Finally Got a gracious live rep and handled the situation as it was hours of on going stress due to no Manager/owner on site.

This brand new property is beautiful and convenient for going out in Palm Harbor and Dunedin. It is located on a very busy road that leads to the beach but the nice thing is that the beach closes at sunset and the road is surprisingly quiet overnight. The hotel rooms are large and comfortable. There are good restaurants within a short walking distance, just make sure to go to the crosswalk since the traffic is crazy during the day.
