Loved staying with my young children at movenpick. Amazing staff and willing to assist. When we complained about the noise from club downstairs, they promptly moved us to a room that was far from noise. Cleaning crew was super friendly as well. Would def stay there again.

Very nice hotel with good buffet restaurant. Nice, bright and clean rooms. It was bit noisy from the live music going on on ground floor. Also, I was very disappointed when I went with my 5 y o son to the children's room (forgot the name) and most of the toys there standing on the shelf very severely damaged. I didn't expect that.

We had an absolutely fantastic experience. The staff went above and beyond, exceeding 5-star standards in their service and hospitality. The service was truly incredible, available around the clock, and we were always met with cheerful attitudes. The food was delicious(!), and a special thanks to Mahin, who often served us and made our stay even more special. Thanks also to Buddi and Ahmed, who were always happy, attentive, and available by the pool. The hotel was about a 15-minute walk to the metro, and the station is approximately five stops away from Burj Khalifa. Around the hotel, there were plenty of shops and restaurants with reasonable prices since the area is a bit outside the city center. There were also shuttle buses running three times a day to Dubai Mall/Burj Khalifa and twice a day to the beach. Our room was cleaned daily. We would gladly come back here again!

Excellent hotel; Great service; Smiling staff who will do their best to help; Clean; Daily cleaning is absolutely perfect and we get complementary water bottles; Free transport to Dubai mall is well organised; Location in Oud Metha is absolutely top! The pool was clean and well maintained and the location og pool on the roof was absolutely great. ------------------- Glimrende hotell; kjempegod service; Smilende personell som vil gjøre sitt beste for å hjelpe; Rent; Daglig rengjøring er helt perfekt og får vi vannflasker; gratis transport til Dubai mall er vel organisert; Beliggenhet i Oud Metha er helt topp! Bassenget var rent og godt vedlikeholdt og plassering på taket var helt flott.

Das Hotel war sauber, Zimmer waren geräumig auch für 4 Personen, Frühstück war gut (außer die indischen Gerichte), viele Restaurants in der Umgebung und Dubai Frame war Fußläufig. Pool war ausreichend geheizt auch für Wintermonate. Leider war nur der Service beim Frühstück meistens sehr langsam und vergesslich. Sonst alles bestens.

Unfortunately I only needed the room for a couple of hours prior to my flight. I was given a non smoking room that smelt of heavy cigarette. To the point I got a headache and my clothes even on return still smelt of the smoke smell. It really irritated my throat. Didn’t have the energy to change rooms. Instead checked out after 2 hours.

A very pleasant hotel and well located. The staff were excellent and the hotel itself was very clean. We stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment which was incredibly spacious - it had 2 bathrooms and a separate visitor wc as well as a kitchen, lounge and ironing room. The apartments were really tired looking and are in need of some cosmetic upgrades.

Hotel smelled old and had bugs. Saw ants , nets and other bugs in the room. Maybe rooms on higher floors are renovated. Starbucks downstairs was a gem and flower shop was very affordable.

The lobby looks good, spacious, and comfortable, however, I was given a room on the second floor that the window view was directly at the yard area, full of shisha smells. I definitely couldn’t open my windows the whole time, not that there were any view to look at, but very uncomfortable to have people looking into the room 12 feet away! Breakfast was pretty bad. If I were you, I wouldn’t stay at this hotel!

Loved the rooms on the executive level and the lounge. The staff was always ready and eager to help with a smile. Eddie is the sweetest guy. The staff at breakfast was always soooo nice and helpful. The bed were comfortable, room spacious, and loved the shower. I would definitely stay here again.

i booked here because of the brand of Movenpick, and because the 5-stars rating in expedia. However, when i arrived, i found that what i have booked is not the picture shown in here, is another building. As the service of hotel and apartment are separated, the booking & name in expedia should be separated too. I felt being cheated!! When you entered the other building, you can feel the old..when you get inside the room, there is only one bathroom(considering i have booked for 2 bedrooms with 5 people fit in, i didn't expect only 1 bathroom inside).Furnitures are very old, wooden doors are rotten, steel/iron are rusted. The dark red color sofa, i cannot distinguish it is dirty or just the color matter, but i feel old, and i don't want to touch it. The location is not convenient, the closer mall is WAFI mall, which you can see but you cannot walk to there because of highway. You have nothing to do in this area, expect sleep. Luckily, that was my last day in Dubai, i just stay here for one night. I have already told the counter i have an early flight at 10am, so I will not have breakfast, i need to leave in the early morning around 7:30am. When i went down to check-out in the morning, there was no one in the counter, no phone, no box to drop-off my key. My taxi was already outside. Therefore i went up to my room, and used my room telephone to call someone to come back to the conceriage counter to do my check-out process. Overall, is a very bad experience.

We had a very good stay at this hotel. At check-in there was a problem and the room was not the same as what we expected based on our booking, but the team handled it professionally and solved the issue very smoothly. Their response was quick, calm, and genuinely helpful, which immediately made us feel taken care of. Throughout our stay, all hotel personnel were very polite, respectful, and service-minded. We felt welcome every time we interacted with them, and they consistently went the extra mile to make sure everything was comfortable for us. I also want to give a special thank you to Meherban, who was responsible for cleaning our room—he was very careful, attentive, and clearly did his best every day. Thank you to the staff for turning a stressful start into a great experience. We would happily stay here again and recommend it to others.

Wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly from the kind staff at valet to the front desk to all the cleaning staff - everyone was extremely friendly and keen to help. The location is convenient with close access to Dubai mall and most of the tourist attractions in DXB. There are also a great selection of restaurants in the area. Shoutout to Hamza and Reza from Pakistan at the valet who went the extra mile to make my stay pleasant

I wasn’t offered the perks stated in Expedia Gold member benefits. I showed the benefits details to the hotel reception and the manager said they’ll include the breakfast for one night stay but then charged me for it after I checked out. Also one staff who brought us water bottles to our room insisted us to fill a review. That was late at night. Why were they so pushy??

The moment the taxi driver dropped me off I was treated by the most graceful kindest valet staff and then they took my luggage to the front desk. The front dest personnel including the manager are absolutely amazing professional kind and upgraded my stay as I have a 6Million views account on Google Maps where I review hotels and restaurants. I am extremely grateful for the BEST northern Indian food in the world … you have a collection of wonderful restaurants… I am craving it right now while back in Los Angeles California USA . Thank you for being wonderful and I highly recommend you to my friends and family… pure love

Having booked 'half-board' i was disappointed on a number of nights when dinner was changed from a buffet to limited options on a-la-carte menu with very small portions and NO sides. On these nights I decided it was more beneficial, though costly, to take a taxi and dine at outside restaurants. Breakfast offered the same limited items each day. Again, i decided to only eat on breakfast occasionally. Staff were always extremely friendly and helpful but the quality of food was a disappointment

Good for short stay. Nice pool. Bellmen were very kind and helpful. Good variety at breakfast and chefs accommodating. Great Indian from the Chutneys restaurant! However Staff not good at communicating hence missed out on a few activities due to them not providing correct information.
