Room was clean. Would stay here again. Very affordable.

Despite being a "smoke free" room, my room smelled like residual cigarettes. There were no tissues in my room. The lights and electricity didn't work on one wall, which was very inconvenient as I couldn't charge my phone near the bed or have the lamp on. The TV was so slow I couldn't even watch anything. Throughout the night, I heard loud noises from the fridge. The walls were super thin that I could hear a couple on the same floor doing "stuff" early morning. The location isn't great, I would recommend just getting a nicer hotel near downtown. The elevators are also super slow and unreliable (the buttoms sometimes didn't work and picked up people from a floor above me!) and my key card didn't work right away (but the staff was very helpful with this). As well, I got rudely questioned by the staff at the lounge next door when I was using their washroom to change before check in. The only positive is that the staff let me check in early.

My wife and I had a good stay here for the most part. The bed was very comfy and we got a good night's sleep. However one big issue was the deadbolt - it wasn't aligned correctly, so it didn't latch. One thing of note - smart TVs are nice and all, but it would have been nice to at least have some basic cable.
