Room was well appointed. Distance to public transport was amazingly convenient. Great location. Does not have a pool. I would have liked a drying mat for dishes. The shower filed the floor with water which was unpleasant. They lent me a space heater for which I am forever grateful.

Todo sumamente destacable: La ubicacion es excelente, te mueves caminando a donde gustes. El edificio es excelente en vistas, instalaciones, comodidad, practicidad, las habitaciones son excelentes, muy cómodas, impecables y equipadas con todo lo necesario. Las amenidades igualmente limpias y en óptimas condiciones siempre, el Gym, el área de coworking, sala de juegos, lavadoras, todo fue perfecto, superó nuestras expectativas.

La ubicación es excelente. La habitación estuvo bastante bien para la cantidad de días que estuvimos. Cuenta con estacionamiento, que es amplio y cómodo. Lo único malo es que el agua del grifo sabía a tubería (tipo cuando te lavas los dientes es terrible).

Really great space! We booked the family apartment, and there was plenty of room and privacy. The only downsides are that the bed was a little firm and there is quite a bit of light that gets into the smaller bedroom, so definitely bring an eye mask. Otherwise it was great! Good location, and friendly staff! Very clean and we loved the outdoor space. Only wish it had a pool.

The unit was covered in a thick layer of dust, the stove top had burnt food and water marks all over it, the coffee table and bathroom counters had rings all over it, the sofa had mystery stains/marks all over it, etc. I contacted the front desk and they said that's just how the rooms are. They offered to clean at the end of my trip but that was useless. I had to leave early due to an emergency they told me I'd receive a refund for the last night but they lied and I got nothing. It seems they'll be nice to your face and ultimately not care at all. Also, the location is ridiculously loud and you'll hear ever truck passing. Seriously the worst place I've stayed!

Pros: front desk staff was friendly. Cons: There was a raw sewage odor coming from the shower drain, so the bathroom smelled like farts the whole time. There were also bodily fluid stains on the furniture and bugs in the refrigerator. When we brought up the concern to management, they said the room was clean, but when we showed them photos, they agreed to move us to another room. It was just as bad if not worse. We tried negotiating a shorter stay but they gave us the run around. Two nights later, I found a blood smear on the elevator button and another night later a blood smear on the washing machine buttons… so we bounced and are trying to get a partial refund.

The hotel was pretty modern with a nice terrace overlooking the city. However, housekeeping was not included. On our first night there, we were given towels that had not been properly cleaned and had stains. When we asked for new ones and more toilet paper, the hotel staff was hesitant and asked for us to take a picture of the towels and lack of toilet paper. The toilet paper was not restocked and we had to go out of our way to ask for more. When asking for more, we were always responded with a hesitant attitude. In addition, we were expected to throw our own trash away at the basement level. I would never stay here again.

This place was perfect for us 5 first time visitors to CDM. We were welcomed by a warm friendly staff who couldnt have been more gracious and helpful. Thank you Isaac et al! The location in Roma Sud was ideal for out citywide jaunts, just a few block walk to Condesa and Roma and 20 minutes byUber to pretty much everything else — from Zocalo to Coyoacan. But dont be put off by its being on a busy street. It was quiet and peaceful inside. Super clean!!

We had a deluxe room on the first floor and our entrance way had a window face the lobby. There was not enough coverage from the window to block people from seeing inside. Was very awkward when taking a shower as the hallway was visible to the lobby from this window.

Great location, beautiful surroundings, and attentive staff. However, If you’re looking for a peaceful & quiet place to stay, this is not it. The hotel is situated on a very busy street, & the noise is constant. There is always kind staff 24 hours a day, willing to help in any way.

Everyone from the staff was super attentive from the moment we arrived. The room was exactly as it was described, including how loud it is to sleep with you being able to hear all the traffic. Earplugs significantly reduce the noise so that is why I give them a 5-star and not less.

Very clean and modern. The area is excellent too — very accessible, there’s a metro bus station nearby, as well as lots of shops and restaurants in walking distance. Really appreciated the in-room filtered water faucet as well, considering that tap water isn’t potable in CDMX.

El servicio de las personas de recepción fue muy bueno, muy amables. Las instalaciones muy limpias y modernas. Bien ubicado. El detalle que no fue muy cómodo, es que nos tocó en el nivel 2, y había mucho ruido de la calle, y se escuchaban mucho los ruidos de la habitación de arriba. La segunda noche estuvo un camión parado afuera del edificio más de dos horas encendido, con gente hablando y nos era imposible dormirse tanto ruido. En cuanto al baño, no cuenta con extractor de aire y no podíamos abrir la ventana porque se ve todo para adentro. Y solo hay un control para la televisión (hay dos televisiones, una en la sala y otra en la Recámara).

Bed a bit uncomfortable. Woke up everyday with back pain. Room gets too bright in the mornings so late nights won’t be a good idea. Neighbourhood not the greatest, walking distance to a lot, but very busy and noisy. Staff generally friendly. Weird rule about not being able to leave dogs unattended in the room - can’t take dogs everywhere ! For the price, however, it gets the job done.

We got there before check in time and we were able to leave our bags and they offered a conference room with lounges to let us rest after our flight. Reception is 24 hours . Everything about my stay was great — the hotel has a perfect location, making it easy to explore different area of the city by uber or public transportation, and the staff were all incredibly kind and welcoming. I want to give a special shoutout to Daniel at the front desk during check-out. He was exceptionally sincere and helpful, taking the time to ensure everything went smoothly. I arrived at the hotel and was informed there was no room available. Theo owner/manager was extremely argumentative, insisting it was not her fault. She refused to issue a refund after repeated requests.

This hotel was exceptional. Daniel made our stay very welcoming. The cameras and security at the front desk made us feel safe. The room was spacious. We loved the refrigerator and I want to microwave in the kitchen. We were walking distance to neighborly shopping. My mom and I were at ease because of him and the staff. While visiting Mexico City my mom had an accident and was unable to walk up the stairs. Daniel and Ricardo quickly ran to help me mom. They carried her up to her room without me asking. Their hospitality was over overwhelming. I offered to tip them and they would accept it.

Me quede dos dias ahi. nunca fueron a limpiar. les avise y me dijeron que despues de 7 dias lo hacen. asi que lean bien que segun esta en la pagina. me dijeron que yo sacara la basura al S1 y asi lo hice. batallamos en tenerles que pedir cafe, papel del baño. cuando les pregunte sobre una sugerencia para visitar un lugar, y los dos chavos de enfrente super sangrones y no sabian nada y yo senti como muy burlones. no nos llevaron tuallas ni se ofrecieron para nada. Yo no vuelvo a quedarme ahi.

A friend of mine recommended this property and I thought he was exaggerating when he said “I would never stay anywhere else”… after our stay i completely agree. Friendly staff, the parking lot and amenities without hidden fees, we walked every where to the amazing food options, the metro station right in the corner , Mexican hospitality at its best… our family can’t wait to come back this place made our trip to Mexico City feel like the best vacation

The staff at this property is the best! They are always friendly and helpful. It was wonderful to explore the Roma and Condesa neighborhoods for lunch and dinner while still having the option to cook or eat at the apartment/studio. We discovered several small restaurants with excellent food and great service, and the people were generally very friendly. If you prefer, you can walk just half a block to take the metro, which is often faster than using Uber; however, Uber is also very affordable.

Location of the property is great! Lots of restaurants, shopping and public transportation nearby. Rooms were clean upon arrival, but you had to pay extra for additional cleaning. Staff were friendly and spoke good English. The property is located on a main street that was very noisy even though there is double glazing in the windows. Had to purchase ear plugs to reduce the noise. For winter, there is no heat in the rooms, but there is air conditioning if you are there in the summer. Had to use the stovetop elements to heat up the room. There is no dining area in the building; however, there is a 24-hour taco restaurant next door that is excellent, plus many nearby restaurants within walking distance. The advertising boasts a roof-top seating area, weight room and game room; however, these are in open-air spaces and we did not use them due to the fall temperatures. The value of the rooms is good. They are spacious and would be good for adult or family stays. Ours was a two-bedroom apartment with a living area, kitchen and two bedrooms with queen and king beds. Overall excellent value. The biggest disadvantage was the noise, but a $4 earplug purchase solved this problem. This is the reason for the 4-star rating.

Great location, beautiful surroundings, and attentive staff. However, If you’re looking for a peaceful & quiet place to stay, this is not it. The hotel is situated on a very busy street, & the noise is constant. There is always kind staff 24 hours a day, willing to help in any way.

Very clean and modern. The area is excellent too — very accessible, there’s a metro bus station nearby, as well as lots of shops and restaurants in walking distance. Really appreciated the in-room filtered water faucet as well, considering that tap water isn’t potable in CDMX.

We took a family trip. We stayed at this hotel for 4 days. We loved the area, the staff and how clean and safe it was. We would definitely be coming back. They have really good tacos la chula 2 mins walking from the hotel. They have several places to eat around there.

This was a great place to stay. Three of us stayed in a 2 bedroom suite. The room/hotel was clean and safe. They have filtered water in room which is a great perk! Many good restaurants near by and plenty of nice coffee shops. It can be a bit noisy at night due to cars/traffic, but that is to be expected when you stay in the city. It did not bother us or affect our sleep.

A friend of mine recommended this property and I thought he was exaggerating when he said “I would never stay anywhere else”… after our stay i completely agree. Friendly staff, the parking lot and amenities without hidden fees, we walked every where to the amazing food options, the metro station right in the corner , Mexican hospitality at its best… our family can’t wait to come back this place made our trip to Mexico City feel like the best vacation

This is such an awesome property. Big rooms that are apartment style so ideal maybe for longer stays. Condesa is such a great area and this hotel is smack dab in the middle. Hotel staff is fantastic at communicating with their guests about amenities, city guides and recommendations.
