Best Western Executive Inn

We went to check in over an hour after checkin time to get out of the heat and the lady at the front desk was rude and said she didn’t have a room ready and we had to wait since they were so busy last night. Absolutely horrible customer service. The shower head fell off the second you step in the shower. Old and run down room. Pool was covered and not even accessible.

Property was very clean. No trash or full trash cans. Rooms are away from main road with no through traffic. Parking is in front off rooms so walking is kept to a minimum. Ask for a room on the ground floor and the management will accommodate you. There is plenty of hot water in the room and the tub drain works. The free breakfast was good clean, and well stocked.

Great smaller Best Western property. But they made up for the location with nice amenities. The breakfast was great.

I don’t like hotels that the room door opens to the outside. Didn’t notice this when I made the reservation. Furious with myself when I pulled up. Oh well… it’s bought. Evening staff was more than courteous and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. I would stay here again.

The area was a bit loud but easy access to main roads. Close to softball complex was a plus. Pool was closed (bummer)! Over all will stay again and thank you for great service and clean rooms.

There was an odor to the room when we arrived, late afternoon, musty or maybe like dog pee. Not awful, but there. There was a lot of light coming around the door at night, between the door and the door jam. Those 2 things were the detractors, other than those, the bed was comfortable, and we enjoyed our stay. Early check out -- 7:30-ish. The folks at the front desk were friendly and polite, breakfast was good, plenty of options. We felt welcome. Definite 8 of 10. The price was right. It'd be a better value if the 2 things mentioned here were addressed.

I was NOT impressed at all. The room was fine, though the carpet was dated and looked worn. The bedding and pillows were comfortable. The TV with DirecTV was a nice touch, though the TV could have been bigger. The toilet was not clean. The bathroom was fine. I appreciated the granite counter for makeup, teeth, and hair. The room was very noisy and we could hear the room next door talking loudly. It was not relaxing or restful at all. We were looking forward to the breakfast. We were told it was available until 9 am. We arrived around 8:25. I went first to the waffles. I had asked about them at check-in and was assured they would have the make your own waffles. Well, they were completely out of batter. So, I decided to make a yogurt parfait, as I love yogurt. Guess what?? They were out of yogurt too. They had dry cereal and breads for the toaster, plus a few hot things in the heated dish. I settled for a bagel and a package of cream cheese. Not exactly the buffet of homemade waffles, yogurt parfaits, fresh fruits and breakfast meats I was expecting. Since we were checking out, we asked about a bathroom in the lobby and were told there wasn’t one. Overall, I do NOT recommend this Best Western. I have stayed in lovely Best Westerns, such as the one in Seminole, Texas, or even outstanding ones like the one in Graham, Texas. Those properties were clean, modern, updated, and current in decor. Their breakfast buffets were monitored and properly stocked.

The breakfast was truly unique for an economy hotel in that they provided fresh eggs that you could cook yourself in the dining area. To top it off, we accidentally left a suitcase in the closet. An hour after we left, the desk kindly called to notify us and we were able to go back and retrieve it. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The room had a coffee maker and coffee but no place to plug it in, same for the iron. No racks to hang towels or soap dish in shower, had to keep putting soap on the floor. I think Best Western should be ashamed to have their name associated with this property, especially calling it an Executive Inn!

Personal hygiene was impossible, tub/shower diverter valve was non existent, also no drain plug. Stayed 3 nights, no repair ......

The room was fine, clean with plenty of room. I really appreciate the info the desk clerk gave me about local eats, Maria Bonita is a great family style restaurant, though if you want to find it, there is no sign right now, there is construction because they are expanding. It is a little difficult to find.

We had a really nice day. The beds were wonderful the TV and all the amenities worked well stay there again.

I stay here when visiting family in the area, and I have been very pleased with both the staff and the facility itself each trip. The free breakfast is the best hotel breakfast I've ever had, including fresh eggs.

I book a room here every week for my employees. It started great! Over the last month + the desk attendant has been calling every time asking "What time will you be here?" Why does that matter?! The last time my employees checked in the desk attendant asked my employees why they check in so late and proceeded to ask them multiple questions about their job and was prying. We drive around the state doing work weekly. Why are you concerned about why they are checking in late? Too nosey and overstepping. Will be finding a new hotel for my employees.

Not the best location for a women to be staying at by herself. Does not seem like a safe location. Despite the inviting pictures online.

Nice place to stay just don’t mess up and leave your truck unlocked you won’t have anything in it I thought I locked it but I didn’t They looked at the camera video but couldn’t tell who it was they were helpful as they could be I would stay here again it quiet and clean and breakfast was good too

Staff are accommodating and the breakfast is good, easy to prepare. Accessible, near to a buffet restaurant, Church and drugstore.

The breakfast was very nice. It was well stocked, clean, and early. The lady takes pride in her work, and it shows. My special requests have always been taken care of during our several visits. The room was clean and the water was hot.

The breakfast item has a cute egg cooking device, similar to the waffle makers. I loved it. Fresh eggs cooked the way I want them. Great idea that really made me feel good about my stay.
