The hotel was great! Room was very nice. Clean and spacious. Close to the airport, which is why I pick this place. They have free shuttle from the airport. I had an issue getting the shuttle to pick me up. I called at 6:50am to get picked up and was told the driver was leaving at 7:00 to pick me up. I called back at 7:30 and was told he was dropping off a passenger and he would be right there. Called at 7:50 and was told he had stopped by twice and could not find me and would be right there. Called back at 8:10 and was told he would be right there. Called again at 8:17. He finally showed up at 8:21. He drove up and got out of the van and said anyone for Double Tree. Me another couple got on. Stop at another stop and he did the same thing. If he stop twice before and did that I would got on! Got to the hotel and talked to manager on duty who was the one I was talking to on the phone and told him, that no way he stopped by twice. He sorta said sorry but really didn’t do anything to try to make me happy. If he would of said he would talked to the driver, I would of been some what ok with the situation. I hate being lied too!

Comfortable bed, very clean, friendly people at front desk. Pool was nice and clean. Very well insulated with minimal noise especially since it was at full capacity. Not to forget about the yummy cookies.

This property has an airport shuttle. I took 3 calls to the property before i was picked up- 50 minute wait at the airport. Then my room the black out blinds where full of holes and would not roll down, so the light from the parking lot shined into room all night. 1 of 2 the Elevators was out of service and the #2 elevator buttons need attention; as I could not press lobby button- only one that worked took me to 2nd floor and had to take stairs from 2nd floor to lobby :-( I am usually pleased with Hilton properties- not this one. Disappointed.

Don’t stay here if you are relying on their “free“ shuttle service to the airport. We could not catch our 6 AM flight because all their shuttles were booked after 3:30 AM. The front desk clerk could have cared less about us and our needs. Also, they take a $200 charge without explanation and supposedly refund it after your departure. It would appear that prior guests in Las Vegas have trashed their rooms. The bottom edge of the door to the bathroom in our room looked like it had been submerged in water for quite some time. Overflowing bath or poor maintenance? By the way, Hilton Honors members get no points if we book a room through a third-party like Expedia. I won’t be staying at this property again.

We stayed here for one night before our trip-on-the-strip started because it was expensive for the weekend, it is close to the airport, and we were getting in late. To start off, check in was easy, the hotel lobby was clean, and they had it decorated cute for Christmas. The workers chill. However, I could not shower in the hotel, it was absolutely disgusting in the bathroom. The shower head was covered in gunk and the drain looked like something was going to crawl up and kill me. I was afraid to touch anything, and the toilet was dodgy. The sheets were clean, the tabletops were not. Overall my expectations weren’t going to be great anyway, but for this one being the ‘better’ option of the hotels near the airport, I was shocked that it was able to lower my already low expectations of basic-level hotels. 👍

For me and my wife. The room was not clean as we expected to be there was a lot of hair in the shower in the shower and the toilet and the toilet and on the toilet seat and there were hair on some of the furniture in the hotel room the refrigerator was not turned on.. we were not aware about the $50 deposit when I booked the room until I got there and the parking we will charge $15. It was also told you he would pay $12 for you a parking but again none of this was brought to our attention into the book the hotel at the establishment

I enjoyed my stay at the Doubletree. It was my first visit ever so for my first time it was not bad at all. The only hiccup was the shower could have been a bit cleaner due to hair being left in the shower on the floor. It wasn’t just one string of hair. It was a few pieces of it and I had to wash it down the drain myself Overall my stay went well.

Two night stay, bed was tad squishy, floor was sticky, ac was loud and walls were thin. Heard the cars driving, neighbors alarm at 330 am go off for a while. Guessing they don’t wake up easily. People coming back from the night out in the hallways. Overall it was good staff way friendly.

I found the hotel very run down. The a.c. in my room made a lot of noise and the front panel was falling off. I was very surprised I was charged $50 for early checking. Having traveled over 3 million miles for business over the past 20 years I can say this is the first time I have ever been charged for an early check-in. I felt nickeled and dimed. Would never stay there again.

There was no hot water in our room. We were told that they had been experiencing issues all week and that they didn’t know what the issue was. When we requested a credit or discount because of the inconvenience, they let me know that I needed to handle that through Hotels.com. hotels.com was unable to acquire any sort of credit from the hotel and I’m disappointed in both the hotel and hotels.com because of it.

Found out if you book through Hotel.com they will not allow you to add your H Honors number to the reservation which means you have to pay for wifi and you get nothing from the hotel including the chocolate chip cookie. Hotel staff was very rude and made it very clear they didn't want us at the hotel since we booked with a third party.

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the experience my guests and I had during our recent stay at your hotel. I had booked and fully paid for two rooms with breakfast included for 5 people. However, upon check-in, the front desk staff only gave one room key to my guests and said nothing about the second room. As a result, all 5 guests were forced to stay in a single room with only 4 beds. A few hours later, after I found out what happened, I called the front desk and demanded the second room—which was rightfully ours. Only then, and without any apology or explanation, the staff provided the second room. It appeared as if they were trying to hide the existence of the second room from my guests in an attempt to possibly resell it. The next morning, my guests were told they had to pay for breakfast, even though I had booked rooms with breakfast included. Since my guests are tourists from another country and don’t speak English well, they felt forced to pay over $100 for breakfast. Additionally, the hotel never provided them with any breakfast vouchers at check-in. The way your staff handled this situation was highly unprofessional and unethical. It seems clear that they took advantage of international tourists unfamiliar with the process. This level of service is unacceptable. I will never stay at your hotel again and do not recommend it to anyone. I request a full refund for the breakfast charges and expect an explanation for this behavior.

We had an overnight layover in Vegas and utilized the free shuttle service which was prompt and reliable both ways. The beds were the most comfortable beds I have slept on in years. The room was quiet and clean. Couldn't have asked for a better night's stay. After realizing a pair of sunglasses were left behind I contacted the hotel. Not only had they found them, but Kim, the housekeeping manager mailed them to my house for free. Service and honesty like this will keep me coming back for years to come. Thank you Kim!

Disappointing Stay – Rude Front Desk & Poor Service Check-in was at 3 PM, and I arrived around 3:23. I had booked two rooms for eight people through Expedia. The listing said each room would come with either a king bed or two queens. Since we had four people per room, I expected—reasonably—to receive two queen beds in each room.When I asked about bed options at check-in, the front desk staff member immediately became dismissive. He didn’t greet me kindly or make any attempt to help. Instead, he demanded to see the reservation confirmation and repeatedly told me that unless I had documentation showing “2 queen beds” for each room, he couldn’t do anything. Unfortunately, Expedia’s confirmation only showed “king bed,” even though the booking process showed it could be either a king or two queens—without giving me the option to choose. I tried to explain this to him calmly, but he just kept cutting me off and repeating the same thing like a script. The man helping me was short, with black hair, dark skin, a small mustache, and appeared to be of Indian descent. From the start, he seemed irritated, impatient, and completely unwilling to listen. My sister—who has worked in hospitality for Marriott—tried to speak with him too, hoping for a more professional interaction, but he remained cold and rude. On top of the poor service, the hotel itself was not clean. The common areas looked dirty and poorly maintained. It was a completely disappointing experience from the moment we walk

The staff were awesome the made us feel comfortable. Our shuttle driver Sven, was so friendly and courteous. He picked us up from the airport when we arrived and greeted us with warm cookies. He also made sure that i made it to the airport on time to catch my flight back home! We'll definitely be staying there again soon.

I was really impressed by the wonderful service from the staff. I missed my flight and was exhausted, but they welcomed me warmly and allowed me to relax and rest my body and mind. They also took me to the outlets by shuttle bus. After they took me to the airport, I left something on the shuttle bus, but they brought it back to the airport right away. I am very grateful. It was quiet and I was able to rest well. I would like to use them again. Thank you so much!

I really liked the location, close to the airport, and close enough to the strip, and many good places to eat! Also, even though it was close to the airport, the room was pretty quiet surprisingly. The only thing was that one elevator out two was not working, and the other one was really really slow. Other than that, I really liked overall staying.

Liked: Room and pool. Disliked: The hot water ran out in the evening and was not restored until the next morning. More importantly, dinner at the restaurant was absolutely vile. My wife ordered grilled salmon that was delivered like a well-down steak. The potatoes were salty beyond belief and the vegetable was almost frozen. The next night she ordered the same meal at Applebee's next door which was infinitely better and Applebee's is no one's idea of haute cuisine.

Clean Room, quiet, safe. Perfect for a quick overnight stay t fly out of Vegas. The breakfast buffet was perfect too as we were catching an 11am flight. Got in late so dinner at Applebee's worked out.
