There is no breakfast included like other hotels they provide snacks in the morning like a muffin, granola bar and coffee so they need to be more specific . As soon as we arrived the door before the lobby smells like old farts you walk in and it’s sticky and musty. People hanging out at all times in front of hotel smoking. The rooms have no microwave . The rooms smell like a retirement home and bathtubs and toilet were stained yellow. I wouldn’t recommend this property there was also no pool at the location to be found. To selling points where the breakfast and pool we didn’t wanna stay at the casino to avoid mustiness but this establishment was sticky and musty all over. I’ve been to motels that feel exactly like this not worth the stay. They lie about the amenities.

Not the best hotel to stay at. The location is in a sketchy part of town. You can’t get to the front desk unless you push the access button for wheel chair. One of the elevators was stuck and wouldn’t open on the second floor. Front desk lady there didn’t care if I was there. The air conditioning unit is really loud and shakes . Don’t be fooled when they advertised ‘ free breakfast’. It’s really packaged pastries and coffee. There’s no front desk person early morning.

Don’t stay here. My knees hurt from the elevator throwing me

Lots of available parking if driving a rental car and the city bus runs right next to the property. A couple of food places are near by and hospital directly across the highway.

Elevator down and we had to carry our luggage upstairs we also the drain in the bathtub was clogged so when i took a shower the water was filling up on my feet and that’s gross

This place is a dump. Dirty! Floor in room and entire hotel is disgusting. Elevator shut down with me in it.......

They advertised having an outdoor pool and there was no pool at the facility

Definitely not your typical hotel. Check in was at 3 PM. We got there at 2:45, figured we could check in after doing a 7 +hour drive. Doors were locked and we had to be buzzed in. Once I got in, i was told all rooms were not ready yet. I asked if I could use the lobby restroom since My bladder was full from a long drive. I was told they didnt have one I could use. I will never stay at one of these again. I gelt lime so many people lived there as their personal residence and I was invading their space. No pool, no hot tub, no breakfast, no bathrooms in lobby.

There is no pool like advertised… WiFi isn’t free hotel room smelled musty.

This hotel had a horrible smell, especially in the hallways. The room was not very clean, and had a very firm bed. The refrigerator was very loud, and there was so much loud construction noise all night, it kept me up. The front desk people were nice, but overall we were not happy, and wont stay here again.

Dirty worn out property.

It was dirty inside and grounds, trash everywhere they had no kitchen utensils or dishes, no maid service without extra charge. Very disappointing.

Grab & Go breakfast doesn't qualify as Breakfast included. This hotel is old, dirty and worn. You could see the spots on the carpet & house keeping left dirty towels in our room. There was no ice vending machine and the handicap button only opened 1 side. The only bright spots wwre the 2 women who greeted us that evening and that morning & the hotel was quiet and full of hard working people. Upgrades desperately needed and the prices need to stay the same because the surrounding neighborhood is not that appealing. Glad we only stayed 1 day.

This hotel much like almost everywhere in Vegas need some pressure washing done on the outside and the carpets need to be cleaned. I stayed here for 20 days and not once did they offer housekeeping or clean my room. I had to ask for towels and toilet paper frequently. They don't provide you any paper towels, sponges for the kitchen, you have to ask the front desk for every single kitchen utensil. I brought my own cast iron pan to cook on and they don't provide spatulas. Not all extended stays are like this. I've stayed at some where you tell them you would like some kitchen accessories and they provide you with the whole tub of everything you might need. I am aware that this is Vegas and that in general people are going to make things dirty and gross there but regardless of how fast people make your carpets dirty you need to have them cleaned. I had to wear flip-flops in my room the entire stay. And the bottom of my flip-flops are white rubber and they were gray from how dirty my room floor was from walking through the sidewalk and hallway carpet. I also had to use my own wipes to clean the switches and the plates on the walls. This place is not much different than a lot of the other hotels around Vegas that I've been to. If you just need a place to sleep I didn't have any bad experiences in that regard. I just cranked the AC down and put on my sound machine. There is a lot of dogs in this hotel and a lot of barking. The owners don't care about waking you up.

Room, although cleaned for guests, was in poor condition. Curtains had holes in them due to sun damage, walls were dirty particularly in bathroom, floor didn’t look clean and shower/tub was disgusting! Had yellow and green hard water markings etched in tub. Reported and supposedly they came up to clean but tub is damaged and needs to be resurfaced and reglossed. In addition, the toilet seat, was broken. When you sit, you jiggle around. My elderly mother almost fell! Was also very odd that front desk rep said she couldn’t check me out and return my deposit until she checked my room. I’m 40 years old and have never had my room “checked” in order to leave and be checked out/get my deposit. Also false advertising with “free breakfast” when you only offer coffee and tea.

I have never seen a hotel with 0 cleaning services over a 5 night stay. Need TP? Come get it at the front desk!! Unbelievable, would never recommend it!!

The room was filthy. It had not been cleaned properly after previous guests. There were empty whiskey bottles in the cupboard and live cockroaches on the counter top the webt in every direction when we turned the lights on. We didn't eat the free breakfast the following morning because of it. We wouldn't have stayed but had already paid online, driven 12 hours. It was late and we were exhausted.

Ned sheets were wrinkled as if they had not been changed. Food under the bed, bandages and trash in drawers. Filthy!

This was the dirtiest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. We chose this hotel for the convenience of being across the street from the hospital. There is no way that this room had been cleaned except the sheets and towels. There were crumbs everywhere. There was something resembling fecal matter on the floor between the two beds. There was something yellow on the bathroom counter. The room was supposed to be non-smoking as was the entire floor but the hallway reeked of someone currently smoking. The room smelled of old cigarettes and smoke.

Neighborhood is not the greatest, the room was a solid 4/5 some stain around the hallways and carpet, but the bed was comfortable and the A/C was cold

For a last minute stay I have to say the room was great. It had a full size fridge and a small stove top with a sink. Very comfortable. The tv was small and super low. They also offer dishes if needed. Would recommend 👌

Property is about 15 minutes from the airport in light traffic. Walking distance to Denny’s and 3 acute care hospitals. Bed was comfy. Noise from planes taking off, and ambulances was high. Place has not been well maintained nor seen a good cleaning for some time. I wouldn’t say don’t stay there, but rather that it has limitations.

I was here for a week. It was very quiet and comfortable. If you are looking for quiet and a great nights rest, this is the hotel.

Air conditioning rattled in ask for a king bed and got a queen which was extremely uncomfortable

During the day, you can walk down Maryland parkway to desert inn road and head straight to the convention center on foot. If you go further north than the dollar general grocery, further south than desert inn Rd, anywhere west, or anywhere at night, you are asking for trouble and should not walk there. Room itself was 3/5, reminded me of my apartment when I was horribly depressed. Little things like dirty spots on the sides of the tables, missing grates in the shower and sink, yellowed plastic on the microwave and light switches. Tolerable but not welcoming. No mold or smoke smell which is the only compliment I'll give it, that's not something to take for granted even in the resorts. Would stay here again if going to a convention on a budget but I wouldn't recommend it for a family, someone who cares about being neat, or something other than LVCC.

Book this nightmare hotel at your own risk! Apparently, they don’t know the meaning of reservation and that you need to hold a room if you charge the customer a whole night total cost!!! They overbook and could cancel your reservation on the day of stay! Very greedy and the manager - someone who call himself as just "Jay" is very unprofessional! I was traveling to Vegas for business and my 12Hrs flight was delay for a few more hours. Made to the Hotel and the were no rooms available even when my reservation was confirmed. Even worst, they did charge first night to me and the manager refuses to proceed with a refund. I\'m looking for legal support to make this people understand this is basically a scam and based on reviews across the board we can confirm many passengers are suffering the same scheme. They charged my CC, the hotel overbooked and I had to scramble to find another hotel on 01:00 AM evening at much higher price! A total nightmare!

Comfortable place to crash for a couple nights. Staff was very helpful with check-in process and getting us a room despite arriving past their designated check in time for no-show. Two-stars because staff was not at all lenient during check out and caused a lot of unnecessary anxiety and panic banging on our door for the entire 20-30 minutes it took us to pack after waking us up. We were trying to extend our stay during those minutes and were told everything was booked up and unfortunately that only made them look worse because if they really were that booked up then there should be no reason for them to target our room and essentially threaten to kick us out when there was evidently plenty of other rooms for them to clean and prepare if they truly had a full house. Can’t help but wonder if it was because they figured out we were a gay couple and I’d hate for that to be the case but the way we were treated at check out was unnecessarily aggressive and rude and its a shame because we would have given a good review otherwise

Ideal location for me as my daughter was in hospital across the road. The team at MainStay were really helpful during a time of need and I can't Thank them enough for support. Some of these big resorts could take a leaf out of MainStays book regarding Customer Service.

Loved the front desk they helped me with my bags I checked in early and everyone was so kind

Booked a room then got there to check in and they said they didn’t have any rooms left and I wont get a return for over a week and the lady working the front desk was very unfriendly trashy do not stay here

I stayed 2 nights on separate dates within the same week and the first time we checked it during the day and the lady that checked us in was super friendly. In the other hand when we checked in last night nobody would answer the lobby door, phones or anything. After half hour a guest let us in the lobby to check in. We then waited 10 minutes and nothing. I was on the phone with Extended Stay and they couldn’t get a hold of anyone at the hotel either. The young female employee finally came out of a guest room close to the lobby, did not apologize whatsoever and looked at us like we were an inconvenience. Mind you it was 2 tired senior citizens staying with me and it it was around 9:30 PM so not too late in the night. I will not be staying here again even though it was convenient to be across the street from the hospital.

The staff was very friendly and the room was clean. I felt the price was a little high for the area.

No staff a front counter while several guests were trying to check in… 20 minutes with no help.

Staff is nice, kind, and very helpful. Cool laid back chill environment. Love it.

The Extended Stay America on Maryland Parkway is a no-frills hotel that is conveniently located near Sunrise Hospital. Even though the hotel is in not one of the safest places in Las Vegas, I felt comfortable and safe at this property.

During the day, you can walk down Maryland parkway to desert inn road and head straight to the convention center on foot. Advertisement was incorrect on Hotels.com. There was NO airport shuttle or breakfast which were the 2 reasons I chose this hotel. Very disappointing. Please fix immediately. Outside was nice inside it’s a bit tired- but clean

We got there to have a few surprise charges. I had clearly stated in my reservation we had our dog but then got there and they added a $25 pet fee. We also had to leave a $100 deposit. We also asked about the breakfast that was on the site and were told they don’t do that. Only coffee and tea. There wasnt coffee ready until after 7 (they had said 6:30). Also our door didn’t work well at all.

They were having a maintenance issue when I was there causing the fire alarms in the hallways to beep which I could hear in my room, they were trying to get it fixed. I didn't care for the fact that I had to request a coffee maker for my room (or dishes or pots). And that their "breakfast included" was a small, prepackaged muffin and coffee or hot water for tea... not even a hot cocoa option. However, the staff I did come in contact with were pleasant and professional.
