We have stayed at this property a half dozen times in the past 4 years. The lady that runs the breakfast buffet is a hustler she works her butt off and is very friendly . Pool well kept.

I stayed for 1 night. The staff was amazing especially the young lady that was attending the breakfast area. She went above and beyond to make sure everyone had what they needed. The room was comfortable and clean. The reason I gave it 4 stars is the elevator was still not working. Based on the reviews this has been for a while. The company needs to fix this issue soon.

We were very comfortable staying here. Many restaurants and shopping all within a few miles. We found it to be very quiet ( we did have a corner suite on the 2nd floor) the staff was exceptionally kind upon check in, called us about 15 minutes after check in to see if everything was to our satisfaction. We found the entire suite and kitchen to be very clean.

The front desk and housekeeping staff are super friendly, helpful and kind. The rooms, lobby and laundry room are very clean. They were very welcoming to us and our pup. We stayed for 4 days and appreciated the breakfast and ample parking.

the tv was having constant issues. Never was able to watch a full tv program because of the issues. Never have had staff in my room this much but they did try to fix. My biggest issue is they knew this was an issue yet still rented the room. They felt $70 refund was appropriate for our entire stay. We literally had no tv to watch except our tiny phones. Very disappointed

The room was good and spacious. The kitchen has a coffee maker, refrigerator, microwave but no other cutlery’s. You can pick up from the front office if needed. They have good soap and shampoo dispensers which was awesome. The bed and the beddings were very comfortable. Overall I recommend this place for short or long stays.

Clean large suite. But we were given a room with a non functioning hot tub in it and they didn’t tell us at check-in that it didn’t work. We were so excited when we saw it and so sad when it wouldn’t turn on. Some warning at check-in would have been good. Otherwise clean quiet and convenient. No dishes or pans in kitchen made it essentially non functioning. They will give kitchen supplies if you ask for them.

Surprised how quiet the room was, even though we were next to a crying baby and young child. I don't know why hotels/motels do not put families in one floor or wing of the hotel. Those who don't have children or don't have them around anymore, really don't want to hear children running down the hall or screaming in adjoining rooms.

There was a fire alarm at about 4:30AM. A worker said she was preparing the potatoes for breakfast and set off the alarm cus she burned them. Then it took forever to turn it off. I awoke to strobe lights and loud beeping in my room. The hotel is dated. The breakfast was not very tasty. The bed was not comfortable. The matres sunk. The room was spacey though.

We were greeted by Mary who is an amazing ambassador for customer service. She was so helpful allowing us to check in early with an infant. She always greeted us with a smile. Nati was amazing and maintained the breakfast bar well stocked and clean each morning. Lucia was very considerate and cleaned our room around our schedule with our infant. Everyone was helpful and considerate. I would recommend this location for families and anyone with pets. We made friends with a few dogs during our stay.

The property itself was not well maintained. Cracks on walls and carpet shredding but dealt with it for the value paid. The terrible part is the breakfast staff was very rude, unprofessional, no finesse, argumental and spoke a word that was not professional and not acceptable. Customer service was poor. We are professional and educated well world travelled people and never experienced this type of treatment. Not recommending La Quinta, sorry. This is our first and last stay at this inn.

I always enjoy staying at LaQuinta. Clean, quiet, friendly, simple and efficient, and I always enjoy the continental breakfast. The breakfast is nice so I don’t have to look for a place to eat before taking off for my destination. Nice service. Well done!

We didn’t appreciate having a jacuzzi in our room that we were unable to use. It would have been more practical for a couch for seating. The seating was limited to a single chair with an ottoman and a desk chair. In-room hanging out required one of us to sit on the bed to be comfortable. The breakfast was good and convenient. The lady who ran the breakfast on the days of our visit was super sweet and made sure everyone had her attention. She also made sure the place was clean, as I watched her going around cleaning countertops and filling supplies and food. She was off on the last day of our visit, so we let her know we appreciated her on Sunday, which was her work Friday. We would look forward to seeing her there on another visit.

The WiFI in my room had to be turned back on every time I closed my phone or lap top. The AC unit in my room (201) was extremely loud and I had to wear ear plugs to get some sleep. The curtain rod next to the sink was unattached on one side. This room needs some specific work before it is occupied again!
