The location is awesome! Everything was walkable, safe area, right next to the sphere! Parking was great. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The area is super safe and the security is great (we even left our trunk open and cellphone on the hood of the car, security came to the villa to let us know). The only thing we were disappointed with were the pools- the pool for our villa was closed, another pool/hot tub were cold, and the other pool waterfall was broken, but the one "good" pool we found we were happy with. We would stay here again!

Great location! Right next to the sphere and a 10 min walk to the strip! We were staying in building 15 but they picked us up in a golf cart or shuttle every time we needed to get to the front so that was super helpful and saved us some walking. Room was clean, beds comfortable. We stayed in a 1 bedroom, just a heads up there’s no door to the shower (toilet has is own room) but there is a pocket door to close off the bedroom from the living area/kitchen. I’d definitely stay here again, especially if I was doing something at the sphere again.

Pool near our rooms was not working again (this was our second stay)! The other pools were working, I have a feeling that you get booked to the pools that are currently undergoing maintenance if you do not book directly via the hotel. During the booking process it was said that breakfast for 2 people is included (per room), however on site they told us that no breakfast is included, so we had to go outside for breakfast. Rooms are clean and big. Enough parking space and the location is great. The sphere and the strip can be reached by foot.

Overall the property was nice, especially having a full kitchen close to the strip. The campus is BIG, almost too big and having a few of the pools down was not ideal. Getting transportation without a car is a bit of a burden. Room was nice, bed wasn't super comfortable and the bedroom could really use a ceiling fan. Tile and floor connecting point by the front door was damaged and a trip hazard.l

It was nice having full kitchen and washer -dryer. We went for a concert at the Sphere. It was a quick walk from there. 5 Pools but none of them are adults only. They were going through remodeling. Some units are dated.

The STAFF is the BEST, so friendly and nice, superior customer service by everyone we encountered, super safe property, gated at the front so felt very safe, enjoy the pools and hottubs open year round.

Lots of amenities to be comfortable. Would have like the restaurant to be open later than 9pm during the week and 10pm on weekends for people who don’t gamble and have families who eat later in the evening. Enjoyed the pool but miss the white pool loungers that were in the pools a few years back. Our room was missing pool towels. Luckily we had 2 beach towels of our own. There was a tailgate party going on in our parking lot outside building 20 which seemed strange for a resort hotel with balconies. Restaurant food was good. Staff was friendly.

The room was clean. Although coffee grounds were not removed from the coffee maker. Hot tub okay, but pressure for jets could be better. Great place to stay if you are going to a show at the Sphere. We had a good stay this trip.

I travel for a living. Sometimes I stay in really nice places and sometimes I am in the bottom of the barrel motel in a not so great area. This is a last-minute work trip in Vegas and I was surprised to see that an IHG hotel, within a five minute walking distance from the convention center, had availability. The agents working at the front desk were absolutely lovely and professional. Plenty of free parking around the facility. The rooms are like little apartments, as it is a timeshare property. Everything looks updated, new and clean. Full kitchen plus amenities and a separate bedroom. I was quite happy. However, when I got back from work, I noticed that my kitchen counter was COVERED WITH ANTS! The design of the countertop with the colors makes it hard to see, unless all the lights are on, and you look closely. But they were everywhere! I then looked closely and saw them crawling on the floor and they were crawling on my stuff on the coffee table, and I found a few in the bathroom. I called down immediately to the front desk and they sent up maintenance. They didn’t even move me to another room or offer to get my clothes cleaned. So maintenance came up with bug spray and sprayed down my kitchen and a couple other areas. Needless to say, the spray didn’t work. I was hardly able to sleep. I had to shake out and wipe down all of my stuff and move it and hang it in the shower stall. This is a full infestation, and I can’t believe I had to pay full price for this!

They didn’t have the room type that I booked and downgraded me. Expedia customer service was not helpful in resolving the issue. The room I got was dirty with cockroach in the dishwasher and dirty bathroom.

The room was not accurately represented online. It was more outdated and poorly cleaned. Food left in the microwave, paper in the dryer, mold in the shower, and dirty baseboards. The phone wasn't connected. When I tried to connect it, to call the front desk, nobody ever answered the phone. I would not stay here again. The

The floor in the room hadn't been swept in weeks or even in months. The safe in the closet wasn't working. Apart from that, the service was great. Even the extremely pushy timeshare sales guy was super friendly most of the time.

We kept finding worm things in our room. The bathrooms were gross. Other peoples pubic hair was in the shower and bathtub. Both toilets were not clean especially around the base. Kinda just grungy and grimy. The staff was kinda rude to my mother when she asked for more towels. The man said”you have a washing machine”.

Rooms along Koval Road are extremely loud all night long. These rooms need better windows, sound dampening drapery and maybe white noise machines to mitigate the traffic noise. Charging people to change rooms so that they can get some sleep is petty.

Stayed here for the weekend and it was the best choice ever. Usually we stay on the strip when in Vegas but this place changed our mind and we will stay here again and again. We had the 2 bedroom and we absolutely loved the apt like feeling of the room. Both rooms were very roomy and the beds were next level comfortable. Both rooms had walk in closets. The whole place was very clean and spotless, kitchen area was nice and there was plenty of dishes available. There was also a laundry room available outside in the balcony area. There is so much to say about the place! We loved the pools they had and the game room was a nice touch. Daily activities going on as well! This is the BEST place to stay with family. Walk to the strip was just a few minutes away. Resort fee was a bit pricey but worth it. Plan your next stay here!

Check in friendly and easy. Room was a little difficult to find. Need to provide map to walk out with for easier location finding! Security staff in later evenings, providing golf cart shuttle from front of building to accommodations were super friendly and provide an excellent service to guests. Very nice, comfortable, well stocked accommodations. Beds were not acceptable (too soft/mushy) for any of us to sleep well

Can't get more convenient to the Sphere for this price point, super easy walk. Just a (long) block off the Strip. Room was spacious and timeshare sales was very minimal. Could use a little sprucing up and the area away from the Strip isn't great.

Waited I line for 45 minutes to get checked in. Then the room they gave us was still occupied or hadn’t been cleaned. Went back to checkin and again had to wait in a long line. Got a “sorry” from the manager. Just poor service- room was nice after the mishaps.

Despite being passed over a few times during check-in for other guests waiting to do the same (what's the point of having a line then?), the room itself was comfortable and clean. However, we did not have an ironing board - which we needed - and we contacted the front desk a few times to request one. Each time there was an affirmative response, but no delivery. We first tried phoning and spoke with a courteous staff member, but no ironing board was ever delivered. We then tried responding to a text from the hotel twice, but an ironing board was never delivered. The overall experience was good, though a few aspects of our stay could have gone better.

Check in process was LONG, we had to wait to get our keys and then had to go to another area to activate the keys. We were tired and hungry from a long trip, we just wanted to get to our room and drop our stuff so we could go and eat. They tried to get us to sign up for a timeshare presentation, when we declined and said we were not interested we just want our key, the agent was a bit rude and told us to calm down! Other than that, it was a great location to walk to the strip and get to our show at the Sphere. Would have liked the opportunity to purchase bottled water late at night, we had to walk to the gas station down the street. Room was clean and quiet, no complaints.

The location and condition of the suite was fantastic! I did not take in any pool amenities as I was there for business. Food choices on sight were limited but I ate in my suite which was so convenient for a busy conference schedule. I loved how quiet it was and the view of the Sphere next door. Worst part was trying to check out with an extremely rude short bald man at the front desk. Would be 5 stars if not for him.

Room wasn’t ready for a 4 pm check in as advertised. Was very frustrating after a long day of travel to not be able to check in. We sat in the lobby for several hours while our groceries got warm because they didn’t even have ice for us to keep our things cold. It wasn’t until I got back in the long line to inquire about our room that they told us it was finally ready. Other than that, place was nice with good amenities onsite.

The Check-In process is ridiculous. It takes well over half and hour OR LONGER to Check-In. And I had an experience of a Front Desk person lie to me! All the other staff at this Holiday Inn were great! Very nice people that work in other positions at this Resort.

You need to advise Expedia customers that this is a timeshare property. Check in and service priority is given to those with a property there or members. Waited 5 hours for a room to be ready and watch countless members check in and be taken straight to the room. No priority given to those that turn up first. You’re put right down the pecking order for waiting on your room. No late check out or room to use either unless you are members. Overall the hotel is OK and good location. However wouldn’t come back again to be treated like second class citizens.

"Worst check-in experience I've ever had. However, the space was spacious enough for a family of four." As you can see on the map, it's very convenient to access the famous Ride and Show on foot. The indoor facilities were very clean, and there were plenty of towels and other amenities available. However, due to the building structure, the noise between floors was very serious, and it was quite uncomfortable due to the guests above walking around in the early morning. Check-in took about 30 minutes standing, which was the longest I've ever waited during a domestic trip. Additionally, you need to pay for the amenities and a resort fee, even if you didn't use the pool area.

Holiday Inn Club Vacations at Desert Club Resort is a wonderful place to stay if you don't like casino accommodations and prefer a more "condo" or "villa" experience. They seem to anticipate everything, and we really loved our stay. In fact, we just went back for a second time. Easy walk to the sphere and the strip. If you are bringing your family, this is where you want to stay. 8 pools, 2 workout rooms, store with supplies and beer/wine. Plenty of parking. It's nice. Easy to recommend.

Property in good location off the strip and could easily walk to strip. Great views of the Sphere or Highroller Wheel. Anytime I reached out to front desk they delivered what we requested. Would definitely stay there again.

excellent location, nice facility, great for folks who want to prepare their own meals, and comfortably sleeps 6. a couple of minor maintenance issue were resolved. the only real issue was noise. we were on a street facing unit where night construction was happening and vehicle noise was always present.

Overall good location, nice pools, safe and friendly atmosphere for family and group if you want to be away from casinos. Check in was easy as well as check out. Although the staff and service were good at the restaurant, and on the property, dining was limited. But service staff were great. I would suggest more dining options, transportation to strip areas and updating game room for teens. Nonetheless, good stay, nice to be near monorail and sphere.

perfect spot if you want to be close to the sphere, also very quiet if you don't want to be in a very populated hotel with people gathering everywhere. Staff really good. A little bit of walking if you get to be in the farthest buildings but you can ask for a golf car or shuttle and they will pick you up. We didn't mind the walk. Also food is good, nothing fancy but good

Everything is amazing about this property! It has everything you need if you don't want to go into the city. Everything was easy to navigate. We loved the spa and pool. The restaurant had very delicious food. Love the market place as well, for all your grocery needs.

Stay was overall really good. Was very disappointed during check-in no one told us our food credit was good for ALL meals and not just breakfast. This caused me to spend money instead of using my food credit that I didn’t need to spend. Very displeased that this happened due to staff not communicating properly.

The property was great, I came for the sphere so it was 5-10min to the entrance of the sphere. The room was clean, I appreciated the bathroom. The shower tub was generous size, good water pressure and temperature. I checked in during some rush hour around 3pm so they had some entertainment while we waited. Took about 30min to check in, which was somewhat long. But I would definitely come back. Everuone was very helpful and I liked their texting system rather than using a phone.
