I stay here every year for the WOC convention. The staff are awesome. The location couldn’t be better. It’s quiet and homey. The pool and hot tub are a much needed extra that makes a hard day so much better. If you want to have dinner, there’s a full kitchen in every room. And with the advent of rideshare, it’s not a problem going out. The only issues that I have are not being able to choose room location and the room rates jacked WAY up for the show days.

We had a nice stay and were happy with our choice to stay here. Just over 1 mile walk to the strip, so we made the walk there and back both days. It was much cheaper, and quieter, to stay in this location. The walk felt safe and well lit, even at night. Pool and hot tub were nice, just as pictured. Shower was hot with AMAZING water pressure. Breakfast was a little lower quality than another Residence Inn we stayed at previously, but still nice/sufficient. Full kitchen including stove/oven which i didn't expect. This Residence Inn was condo style, with all the rooms a very short walk from the main building, where the breakfast and pool were at. Getting there the evening of our arrival was a bit of a challege due to road construction. GPS didn't know about all the areas blocked off, we drove in circles around all the adjacent parking lots until we FINALLY found a way in. Would have been nice if they'd place signs for how to get there from the back.

Very nice and clean suite, plenty of space for four people. I would have preferred though if the sofa bed had been made up for us rather than us having to make up the bed ourselves. It was known we would be arriving with two children. The swimming pool was nice, clean and easy to access. Breakfast selection was very good, however, the breakfast room was very full and there was no seating space so we had to sit outside in the full sun - there were no parasols provided. Also, the outside furniture had not been cleaned recently which unfortunately spoilt our breakfast experience a little. Other than that we were happy with everything and would book there again. Good and easy access to the monorail which is only a short trip to the Las Vegas strip.

It’s a great location near the Westgate which is where we had to be daily. The rooms are nice. Only problem I find is the downstairs room only has mirrors in the bathroom so if someone is showering the other person cannot do any dressing or makeup application until it is free. We do take a small mirror but it’s not the same. My little dog has a place to potty with bags available in some areas for pick up. The breakfast is varied so we are all able to get something we like. The laundry is convenient to the breakfast area swimming pool and gym so we were able to do laundry while we used the facilities.
It’s a great location near the Westgate which is where we had to be daily. The rooms are nice. Only problem I find is the downstairs room only has mirrors in the bathroom so if someone is showering the other person cannot do any dressing or makeup application until it is free. We came here for a basketball tournament at the convention center, and the location was perfect for us. It only took us around 7 minutes to walk to the hall. When we needed to wait for the next game, we could walk back and enjoy the pool and gym, have lunch, and even take a nap. Breakfast was included, so we didn’t need to worry about that in the morning. In the evenings, players could practice on the basketball court. The staff were very helpful and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable. If there’s any suggestion I would make, it would be to consider placing solar panels on top of the basketball court. Since hardly anyone uses the court during the daytime, providing a little shade and generating electricity with solar panels would be a win-win for everyone.

Very friendly staff from check in to checkout. Very clean room and property is maintained and very nice. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes and everything you need to cook. The breakfast buffet is plentiful and has lots of variety. Kitchen staff very friendly and accommodating. The only thing that was missing was a small bottle of lotion. All other amenities were great!! Across the street from the monorail which saves you parking fees and time at various casinos. The monorail comes every 9 minutes in both directions making it extremely easy to access without long wait times. The AC unit was a little loud in the room, but not too bad. The pet area was small, but a nicety if you have pets. Love that it’s pet friendly! Parking costs $15/day, but that’s cheaper than resort fees. We will definitely be returning to this facility as it was immaculately clean both inside and out and extremely quiet. Great all around facility!

The room was comfortable but the shower curtain has a moldy smell. I wish I had known about the lousy breakfast. All the Residence Inn I’ve ever stayed at offer hot breakfast buffets. It’s the main reason I chose this hotel because I assumed it would be the same as anywhere else. This hotel served cereal, pastries in plastic and fruits, nothing I would have for breakfast. I wish it had stated that they only serve continental breakfast. I ended up going to McDonald’s on the 2 days i was there. It’s totally inconvenient for guests to have to drive somewhere for hot breakfast. I would’ve chosen any hotel that served hot breakfast. So I’ll never come back to this one. EVER!

The rooms were spacious and spotless. Housekeeping checked daily but we only needed towels/wash cloths replaced. Breakfast was average for hotel breakfast but always plentiful, cold choices and hot. Location: The hotel is good location for West Hall participants. There’s a gate that cuts through back side of property that leads straight to entrance. However, it’s not very convenient to restaurants or stores. You can walk to the corner, cross the intersection, and ride the monorail or there’s a bus stop across the road. Very friendly staff. Would def stay again.

The room was the same as always which was fine but there were these little bugs all over the floor and some of the furniture. Not sure what they were and were pretty hard to see unless you focused on them but they were there. Also they were doing construction on the room across from us and the workers gave my family an uneasy feeling. Was not my favorite Vegas trip by far

Good:The room was just as it’s pictured on site. The breakfast had very good options, staff was kind and the area was spacious, very clean and well kept. The housekeepers were beyond gracious and did all they could to accommodate. The bed was comfy. Shower was inviting and invigorating. Room was clean and kitchen space/living room was just right. Not so good. Air conditioner was very loud. It was 114 degrees so turning it off was not an option. We were on the first floor but could not open the windows or patio door to get some fresh air. There was a metal bar in each of them to prevent opening. The bathroom door stuck so getting in and out was a bother. There was no clock in the room. We stayed here before and didn’t have the same issues. Air conditioner was the only bother then.

The room was spacious and well equipped, lounge, large fridge, stove etc. Bed and pillows were somewhat comfy. Air con although grateful to have was very noisy. Turned it off at night so could sleep. Breakfast was just ok. The last 3 days however, because they had a plumbing issue the breakfast was very poor no cereal or toast, mainly sweet stuff. Must give a shout out to the nice Latino man at reception, nothing was too much, if we needed something or whatever he would fix it. The people upstairs were very noisy even at 3am not happy Jan.

Overall, it was a great experience! The only problem was the large gap in our door between the door frame and the door and the fact that the bedroom window did not close completely, which made it kind of noisy from traffic noise. Breakfast was good.

The staff, check in, location walking distance to the Sphere, and breakfast were all great. The rooms needed repairs and upgrades. Also, there were no sheets for the pull out sofa, which defeated the purpose for staying in a room for a family of six. Usually Marriott hotels are a sure thing. Not this time.

The 2bd/2ba 2-story loft w/kitchen and living room was nice, comfortable, and clean. You can tell the inside has been remodeled to be updated. It’s got plenty of room, especially for the price and very close, convenient proximity to the LVCC and LV Monorail. There’s a locked, side gate to the sister Marriott property that gives quick and easy access to the LVCC. The 2-story loft’s entrance is on the second floor, only accessible by stairs. So be warned if you have accessibility issues. The stairs could probably use new lumber or fasteners though. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. There is an included breakfast, but I never ate it, as I woke up too late and had to be somewhere or wasn’t very hungry. Overall, a good bargain and pleasant stay.

the desk check in and out staff were very pleasant. the food staff were rude. i was in the room at most 6 hrs a day for 2 days and never got any soap, bathroom floor mat, or sufficient towels. i doubt that i will be returning. yes, i could have called and requested these things, but why should it have been necessary to do so?

1. I got an email prior to my arrival that I could do an early check in. I didn't but when I got to the property, it took forever to get my room. Why would you offer early check in when you can't even have my room ready on the day of? 2. When I finally got into my room, it smelled musty. If it took you forever to clean the room, it should at least smell nice. 3. At least the front desk people were nice.

The property is older but very well maintained. There was always someone cleaning around the property. I don’t think I ever saw a piece of trash or anything out of place the whole stay. The rooms were spacious and spotless. Housekeeping checked daily but we only needed towels/wash cloths replaced. Breakfast was average for hotel breakfast but always plentiful, cold choices and hot. Location: The hotel is good location for West Hall participants. There’s a gate that cuts through back side of property that leads straight to entrance. However, it’s not very convenient to restaurants or stores. You can walk to the corner, cross the intersection, and ride the monorail or there’s a bus stop across the road. Very friendly staff. We had a nice stay and were happy with our choice to stay here. Just over 1 mile walk to the strip, so we made the walk there and back both days. It was much cheaper, and quieter, to stay in this location. The walk felt safe and well lit, even at night. Pool and hot tub were nice, just as pictured. Shower was hot with AMAZING water pressure. Breakfast was a little lower quality than another Residence Inn we stayed at previously, but still nice/sufficient. Full kitchen including stove/oven which i didn't expect. This Residence Inn was condo style, with all the rooms a very short walk from the main building, where the breakfast and pool were at. Getting there the evening of our arrival was a bit of a challege due to road construction. GPS didn't know about all the areas blocked off, we drove in circles around all the adjacent parking lots until we FINALLY found a way in. Would have been nice if they'd place signs for how to get there from the back.

The rooms are really convenient and huge. The air conditioning sounded like a jet engine and you could hear most of what is going on in rooms around you. The property is lovely, the staff was great, the location is unbeatable if you are attending a convention.

The room was comfortable but the shower curtain has a moldy smell. I wish I had known about the lousy breakfast. All the Residence Inn I’ve ever stayed at offer hot breakfast buffets. It’s the main reason I chose this hotel because I assumed it would be the same as anywhere else. This hotel served cereal, pastries in plastic and fruits, nothing I would have for breakfast. I wish it had stated that they only serve continental breakfast. I ended up going to McDonald’s on the 2 days i was there. It’s totally inconvenient for guests to have to drive somewhere for hot breakfast. I would’ve chosen any hotel that served hot breakfast. So I’ll never come back to this one. EVER!

The room was spacious and well equipped, lounge, large fridge, stove etc. Bed and pillows were somewhat comfy. Air con although grateful to have was very noisy. Turned it off at night so could sleep. Breakfast was just ok. The last 3 days however, because they had a plumbing issue the breakfast was very poor no cereal or toast, mainly sweet stuff. Must give a shout out to the nice Latino man at reception, nothing was too much, if we needed something or whatever he would fix it. The people upstairs were very noisy even at 3am not happy Jan.

Very nice and clean suite, plenty of space for four people. I would have preferred though if the sofa bed had been made up for us rather than us having to make up the bed ourselves. It was known we would be arriving with two children. The swimming pool was nice, clean and easy to access. Breakfast selection was very good, however, the breakfast room was very full and there was no seating space so we had to sit outside in the full sun - there were no parasols provided. Also, the outside furniture had not been cleaned recently which unfortunately spoilt our breakfast experience a little. Other than that we were happy with everything and would book there again. Good and easy access to the monorail which is only a short trip to the Las Vegas strip.

Visited in June 2026 for EVO convention as a vendor. Front desk Igor was accommodating when requesting if they had 1st floor availability even on an upcoming busy convention weekend. The convention was on the West Convention center which is a literal wall across the street The complimentary breakfast is a great convenience and access every morning. Stayed in the adjacent Marriott property (Courtyard) prior but prefer this as it has a larger room arrangement and a kitchen. I do plan to stay in the next convention here and appreciative of the location and staff
