This place has a very nice pool and hot tub Pool water was excellent temp Good size aswell. decent towels and plenty Hot tub could fit more than 10 comfortably Can’t beat the price for a Sunday. Restaurant was somewhat disappointing Appreciate the oversize parking still close to entry and safe. Rooms were very adequate And air unit kept room comfortable for such a warm day definitely will be back

dreadful bathroom, shower totally broken in top floor room of premium tower. also sink tap broken (as was one in previous room last week). the rooms need a total refurbishment. also again this week airport shuttle not running Thursday pm (last week not running for even longer). parking lot rented out to F1 so almost impossible to park- NO LONGER RECOMMENDED!

It was close to the Airport and has convenient low cost, long-term car storage.

It was advertised that there would be an airport shuttle however it was closed Thursday through Monday, which was my exact stay. When booking the hotel I purposely booked one close to the college so that my grandson could spend time at the college checking it out. I did not have a vehicle so I had no transportation to get anywhere and I wanted to make sure that there was a a restaurant on site. Upon check in I discovered that the restaurant was closed and there was nothing on site other than an overpriced gift shop with two day old food in the refrigerator and packaged chips and things that are not sustainable. I would’ve gotten a ride to a grocery store had there been a refrigerator and a microwave in the room as pictured on the website. I was left to walk across a busy road to a fast food restaurant one day the rest of the days were raining and it wasn’t conducive to do so. The room was cleaned. OK however the toilet was still dirty or rather not cleaned thoroughly. I was very disappointed in this property and it’s only saving Grace was that it was convenient to the college but for the price I am very unhappy with it. I feel that in order for people to make an informed decision about where they’re going to stay they should know if there are temporary shutdowns of amenities.

The check in was easy and everything was good. I enjoyed time at the pool and in the workout room.

Dirty hotel. Dirty linens on bed. Dirty bathrooms. Ac needs repair. Room smelled. Homeless abound. Needs work

The room was nice and spacious the bed was very comfortable. Everything seemed mostly clean, but the shower had mold in the grout. It said all the rooms were non-smoking but as soon as you walk into the hallway, there was such a strong cigarette smoke smell. But for the price, I would definitely stay again.

The personnel at the establishment exhibited a commendable level of friendliness, professionalism, and assistance. However, it is imperative to address the pressing need for renovation within the hotel. The accommodations were not adequately cleaned; as a result, my elderly parents experienced health issues attributed to the excessive dust present in the room. Furthermore, my sister discovered soda cans beneath the bed in an alternate room, and in my own accommodation, there was a notable mold issue on the shower silicone flooring.

Shower was broken, no shower curtain, and floor was dirty.

The shower was filthy and had mold in it. The hotel was just dirty period.

The fan on the climate control was overwhelmingly loud. This was during the week, and the hotel was not even close to full capacity. The staff made no accomodations and I was stuck with no climate control or a loud fan.

Ok for the price for a last minute stay. Place has plenty of parking and the local is close to the strip. Place is a bit run down but the room was clean and comfortable, although the bathroom was tiny. Fair place to stay for a bit.

The beds weren't comfortable my back hurt the next morning. And the room was warm. I couldn't sleep because of the noise of the airplanes and the people on the top floor.

So my first time in Vegas and just staying for the night before we head to Utah. This hotel is on the older side. The carpet in worn and it looks run down. The awful thing is the bathroom is super tiny and you have to squeeze between the shower and toliet.

Bathroom to small. The carpet in room need to be change. The workers are very friendly. And you need to put ice machine on each floor. Happy Holidays to you all.

The hotel is Okay. Rooms are big and the location is nice, however, the acoustics in the room isn't good and I could hear the neighbors above me. Also, there is a constant cigarette smell in the lobby because of the Casino

The room was clean, spacious and very quiet. I asked for a few items and they handled my request immediately.

The staff don’t give a crap about quality customer service, we checked into our room and there was a puddle of water in the bathroom as the toilet had been leaking. We immediately went to the front desk to request some help or being moved to a different room, we had just drove 6 hours and were exhausted. We had to wait for a maintenance man to fix the toilet in our room because they did not want to accommodate another room. We waited in the lobby and no one even told us the room was ready. We went to the front desk to ask how much longer it might be and the lady at the front desk who i had originally talked to about the leak acted like she had no idea why i was coming up to the counter again. I asked if the room was ready and she said she had no idea. The maintenance man who was assigned to our room happened to be passing by so she asked him in quick passing & he said “oh yeah everythings fine I just cleaned up the water” The lady then told us we could go stay in that room. Completely unprofessional, rude, and careless. Only stay here if it is your last resort.

Front desk staff were amazing Ladies in the cafe & store were great

The check-in staff was friendly but they were extremely slow. When we got to the room it was ok, there was some dirty on the carpet and there was a mushroom head of some sorts in the corner. Then around 2am the smoke detector started to chirp. Called front desk and they indicated someone would be there as soon as possible. Had to call two more times before someone finally showed up around 3:30 for change out the battery. Didn't get much sleep after that and we were out of there by 8:00 in the morning. The food at the coffee shop for their late night offerings was very good though and the waiter was great.

We should get someone money back. The reason we picked this hotel is it said it had an airport shuttle. It did not. The supervisor upon check in never mentioned it and also didn’t know the company that they contract with for parking. She was very unhelpful. The young lady that came in behind her was a dream. Much more helpful and knowledgeable. She should be made supervisor.

Mold in shower, ripped comforter on bed, had to slam door to make it latch, VERY RUDE Front desk guy when I checked in and VERY RUDE guy when checked out.I will NEVER stay there again!!!!! VERY DISSATISFIED!!!!!!!

With an exception of 2 Staff team members that i came in contact with wich were one of there Casino securty & front desk the next day after check in and both were African American but both managers night and day were very rude and disrespectful male an female and the male manager snatch a phone out of one of my adult kids hands with no regards horrible experience would never get a room or recommend them to any one ever. And no apology or accountability or accommodations was made.

The ability to park here long term and take a shuttle to the airport is the best. I got a premium King room that was very spacious and clean with cool angled windows. The glass partition between the bathroom and room is a very unique touch as well. Cindy, at the hotel registration desk, was very friendly and gave exceptional customer service. I will definitely come back here if I ever need to park and use the airport!

Good value. Everything worked well in the room. Pool was nice. One mile walk to the Sphere. Close to airport.

Reasonable cost. Met our needs for clean affordable accommodation with a pool. Nothing fancy. Walkable to some restaurants and the Sphere.

Honestly pretty decent location to stay at. I saw some questionable reviews but booked anyway and was not disappointed. Casino is nice and bartenders are friendly, Room was clean and AC worked. Close enough to the strip to walk everywhere even while F1 was going on. Have no complaints at all. Airport shuttle if needed on the hour. There is a $150 deposit but it was refunded to me pretty quickly I'd say about 2 days max. I'd stay again

Super clean room. Huge comfy bed. 20 minute walk to the strip straight down the road, so its easy to find. Many food options within 2 blocks. Departing aircraft do fly over the hotel. I would stay there again.

Room was very nice. The tub was very scratched up and the towels weren’t the cleanest but for the price it was good. The only thing that really affected me as there’s a lot of riffraff in the parking lot and securities not clearing them out. I was even scared to walk out with my purse Just sitting in the parking lot. It is closed, but I don’t see a security clearing out the parking lot there’s a lot of drug addicts and homeless.

This is a dirty hotel in a shady area. We walked to a restaurant close by and there were several homeless and people in drugs around. It didn't feel safe. I went with my family, thankfully we only stayed for a couple of hours at the hotel. We were all pretty scared.

Looked for a “cheap” Vegas hotel near UNLV for a quick weekend trip. First room I got smelled liked cigarettes, like someone had been a long term guest there, everything smelled of old stale cigarettes. Walking down the hallway there were signs of “long term guests”. So I believe they do monthly rates and have low income monthly residents. Made them move me to a different room in the Tower side, much better no smells. Cold A/C, bathroom was OK, shower door was broken. Plenty of towels at the pool area. Not bashing them at all, but you get what you pay for, it’s outside the main strip, in a not so lovely area of Vegas, but I felt safe. It’s a 10-15min walk to the main strip. Never tried the restaurant on the grounds. It’s affordable if you’re trying to budget your Vegas tri and save some money on the hotel.

It was a great location for celebrating a birthday being centrally located

Location, location, location. Flamingo and Paradise, off the Strip , near the airport. Very nice staff. Cannot beat the value. Easy parking, near many restaurants on Paradise. A repeat visit for arrival on late flight, decent rooms, hot showers, convenience shop in hotel

It’s a nice hotel overall. We liked the food in the cafe; very delicious. The casino floor bar has great cocktails (only $8 each!!) parking close to the casino and very clean rooms though the toilet/commode room is cramped. I’d stay here again- very affordable for what you get!

Great dining at CITY CAFE and staff amaizing

All of the employees were wonderful from the shuttle driver to the front desk to the cleaning service. The servers in the cafe were wonderful. The food in the cafe however was not good at all you are

Very limited dining (only 1 restaurant) and the menu was very limited also. Restaurant closed at 10 pm Sun - Thurs. Extended menu only on Fri & Sat to 10 pm. Clerk at front desk did not even say thank you when I checked out. Pool was not deep. Plenty of parking. No small refrigerator or safe in the room.

You need new carpet the bathroom door you can't get in your cafe I ordered pizza it was the worst I ever had go try it

Plenty of parking. Good room rates. Great staff, everyone was super nice. The drinks were a good price and they have a resturant with good food options. They let us bring our meal down to the bar area where we could sit on comfy couches and watch tv. Definatly will be coming back again.

I thought their prime rib special lacked seasoning amd the first night i had an overdone medium rare. The next night i ordered rare and got a perfect medium rare.

Gift shop in casino, great restaurant upstairs with best steak and shrimp deals on the weekends only.

hot tub and pool water was not clean and look cloudy, room was old and out dated, bathroom tub was gross and super high to get out me and my dude fall when trying to get off and I hurt my ankle. the casino smells horrible like cigarettes and the front desk staff are rude and unfriendly, my cellphone was stolen at the bar and the cafe food is trash. what i will say is two of the security guards was nice and helpful to bad i didn't get their names to give recognition to them. they know who they are tho thank u. But to wrap it up the casino is deceit i give them a 7 only because i experience worse.
