When you go to the casino floor is feels like you are walking through a wall of smoke smell. Better ventilation in the casino floor would be greatly appreciated for non-smoking customers.

Staff was great. Room was pretty good… it a microwave and coffee pot would be awesome. I hate being forced to shop in the casino. The walk to the room from the parking garage was a nightmare. We walked for 30 mins asking constant directions throughout the Miracle Mile. Horrid. Ever plan on visiting Vegas again.

They closed the pool the day our vacation started. Why do I pay a resort fee everyday? Pizza place closed when it was supposed to be open.

This hotel was okay. The location is great if you want to be in the center of the strip near the “action”. The location is the best attribute. Room was ok. Pros: When I requested new towels someone brought them up quickly, which was nice. Restaurant food was good. Cons: self parking is quite a long walk through the mall to get to the hotel. The instructions for how to leave the parking lot were conflicting. I literally received three different instructions about the parking. In the end, it did not work for us to use our key to get out of the parking area, which was one of the instructions I was given, so we ended up getting charged for parking by the hotel and we had to pay in the machine. Double charged. I am going to pursue a refund for the parking. Seemed like there was hardly any staff around the lobby and casino to ask for help. We wanted to ask somebody for help regarding the parking confusion and we literally couldn’t find anyone to ask except if we wanted to wait in a long line down at check-in, which we did not. The hotel wants you to use an AI concierge text option, but this was not always clear. I’m sure that’s how many of the big Vegas hotels are going. Cost of Starbucks and drinks in the casino shop were astronomical. I understand if alcohol is overpriced but bottled water should not be $7. That is gross. Overall the experience was ok, but not great. Room was ok.

This hotel has a capacity of over 2000 rooms but places only 20 chairs around it's pool area! Instead they have setup a ton of gazebos around the pool which they charge $250-$300 per day for! When I tried to move a chair from the sun deck (where plenty of chairs were available) to the pool where chairs were not available, I was chased down by the pool staff and security and was warned that I am not allowed to move chairs around! Hotel staff should have come to help me move the unused chair, not to give me a warning! I paid a resort fee to use the resort amenities including the pool, but they want to rent all the space around the pool to you at a whopping $250-300 per day! I have stayed at many hotels on the Vegas strip and have never had such a horrible experience at the pool. Do not waste your money at this hotel, plenty of other hotels with adequate chairs around their pool on the Vegas strip.

We paid a reasonable price for this hotel (~170 $ for 2 queen beds room, in floor 34), so the value for money was very good. The room was nice and quiet (with view to the Sphere and the mountains), and the location is very good. The hotel is above a mall, but with only fast food restaurants and with only one "regular" but not so good restaurant (named "Flights"). The self service parking is quite far from the elevators, so we had to first stop at the entrance to the hotel to take off the language, and then to park and walk to the hotel (you have to cross all the mall for that). The location is great - in the middle of the strip - in front of the Bellagio and close to the Paris hotel, so you can walk to all the big hotels around. We ate breakfast one time in the Mon Ami Gabi restaurant - close to the hotel (expensive but fine), and one time inside the hotel - in Hollywood Cafe (it was OK). There is a nice pool in the hotel, but we haven't used it.

Elevators were not working. They were out of service when I visited three weeks ago and still out of service this trip. Took us 25 mins to get down stairs and just as long to get to our room.

Good place to stay - had 2 queen suites (strip facing). Spacious and clean Not happy with certain issues: - bad wi-fi connection - inspite of charging $62 resort fee per day and 2 device connectivity per room - we were able to connect only 1 device per room. Had to call everyday for the second device (after multiple issues - resort fee of 1 room was reduced for 3 days) - swimming pool is open only between 9am-6pm - had expected better timings. Also please be aware - everything is charged extra (including the sun bed - around $125 if I havent mistaken) - always pls check the final bill on checkout - was charged extra on 2 occassions which was then sorted out.

Everything was great except the elevators only two worked properly and it took 20 minutes to get one to get to the 11th floor

Water pressure was low. There were multiple elevators were down. Which made getting around the building tough unless it wasn’t busy. The room was cool. Food was decent. Massage by Andrew in the spa was amazing.

Planet Hollywood check-in is so easy with the electronic check-in. Room was super clean and quite. So many food options with casino and Miracle Miles. Wonderful stay. Thank you.

The room was clean and the beds were comfy.

There was pubic hairs in the bath tub. I woke up with a few bug bites on my body that weren’t there the night prior. There was a red streak across the bed. The toilet was broken and wouldn’t flush properly - consistently. The faucet for the left side of the sink was also broken and was leaking a lot.

Hotel needs better cleaning. They didn't clean rooms as requested. Trash in elevators and hallway.

We were not very thrilled with our overall experience. The room was supposed to be a recently refurbished room. It sure didn't seem like it. The bathroom was dirty and the sinks had not been cleaned. Gross. They had to send someone to finish cleaning. Tables were dusty and there was scotch tape all over the walls and windowd from a previous party. Room 931 if management reads this. We tried 3 restaurants. PF Changs, the Mexican place and the breakfast Cafe. All 3 were below average in quality. My wife commented the PF Changs may as well have been Applebee's. We are booked to return in March, but looking for a different place now.

The towels in our room were covered in stains, and our bathtub was full of hair & dead skincells. Our sheets also had a few stains on them. This is not worth the price that we paid.

The room was old and dated. View was a rooftop, they did not clean it every day and did not clean well. It smelled like a toilet and he entire time. No proper lighting and dark mostly. Hotel is tired and felt dated overall.

The rooms were spacious and clean. The bathroom had a huge tub, individual shower and private toilet room. I had a great city view and enjoyed having access to the mall.

We very much enjoyed our two-night stay. The room was large and it had a nice view of the strip. We appreciate that the room had a nice large bathtub, and separate shower. The bathroom vanity was also quite adequate. The table next to the bed had room enough to put all our electronic gear plus enough plugs and USB outlets. The beds were very comfortable. The only issues I have is that there is no coffee machine for that first cup of morning coffee, forcing a trip to Starbucks :-( The line for check in is a little long and it felt rushed checking in.

The room we were checked into the shower door was falling off My wife got stuck into the shower then the noise from the elevators sounded like a roller coaster every few minutes in our room. Then they ended up switching us rooms in the room still haven't seen noise in it he finally put us in a regular room and the paper on the walls were falling off in the bathroom

We stayed in a double queen ultra resort room. It was immaculate, as was the rest of the hotel. The beds were comfy. The pillows were way too soft for my liking. I really liked that you couldn't access the elevator without a room key. It was an extra level of security that i really appreciated. I only wish there had been a coffee maker in the room. Other than that, it was a fantastic stay, and i would definitely go back.

Great room and very large. WIFI is limited to 2 devices only. Team is very polite and generous. The elevators little slow. We were on the 23'th floor.

Very comfortable beds. Water drainage issues in the shower and the sink. Takes a very long time to check in.

We had a fun time at Planet Hollywood. The vibe is always fun and the property is in the perfect part of the strip. Only issue was our room temperature. We were on the 23rd floor of the south tower and our room was warm throughout the whole stay. They attempted to fix it but it never really cooled off. Staff was friendly and food options were very good within the resort as well as the Miracle Mile Shops. Would definitely go back.

As I said in the last message, we waited in line for over one hour. No where to sit and wait. Couldn’t use the self check in because we had an issue.

The check-in procedure was poor. I used the check-in early feature that I received via email. I completed it other than providing a credit card which was identified as optional. I also signed up for the feature to unlock the room with my phone. I used the kiosk at 3:15 and was told my room was not ready. The system indicated I would receive notice via email. Having received no notice, I tried again at 4:40 and the room was still not ready. I approached a staff person and he had to reassign me to another room to complete the process manually. Rooms should be available at 3:00 and your online system should redirect the guest to a staff person if it is not. I would expect better of PH.

I stayed at the Bellagio, Paris Hotel, MGM, Caesars, Wynn, and Planet Hollywood; it's up there with the giants in customer service. William at the front desk was pro, courteous, and friendly, and Marcos from the cleaning staff was very helpful. I will stay here again soon

Nice hotel but the kiosks were not working at check in which created long lines.

The room was nice and clean and we had a nice view. However the staff at the front desk was very rude, especially Corbin. I had never experienced such a bad experience with staff. His manger Roberto was no help just as rude.

The check in line was absurdly long and compounded by the non functioning check in kiosks. Staff was awesome, management should be fired.

Stayed at Planet Hollywood and really enjoyed it. Great location on the Strip, modern rooms, and a lively atmosphere. Can be a bit noisy, but overall a fun and convenient place to stay.

This was our first time in Las Vegas. This hotel was perfect. The location right in the middle of the strip making it easier to go explore and come back rest and be on our way again. Also inside the hotel we foud almost anything with all the shops. Be ready to take a walk to get to your car if you have one because to get to the parking lot it might feel like you walk a mile. The staff is helpful and friendly. Our view was ok, only about one fourth of the sphere, but when in the room we spend a lot of time next to the window. I will be back for sure

Great location, the property exceeded our expectations. Easy walk to Walgreens for water, snacks ect. Loved the variety of restaurants close by.

The location is excellent. It's located in the middle of the Strip, close to many attractions.

Cannot complain about check in or check out. For the price a great hotel to stay at in Vegas. Location on strip is great! Easy to find anything on property and staff is very kind. All the servers at the Cafe Hollywood were awesome!

We stopped at Planet Hollywood for Gordon Ramsey Burger. Our son is a big fan. We loved the atmosphere of the hotel and it had a lot of family friendly things to do so we decided to look at rates. Rates were really reasonable so we booked a room spontaneously and we were not disappointed. The room was clean and the bathroom was huge with a beautiful tub. It was quiet and we loved that the mall was right there too.

Room service isn't a hotel thing, its on the restaurants onsite to tell you where you can pick up an order. We were unable to get service to out door unless we do Uber. So there isn't room service

There was nothing unique. I could not believe there was not even a coffee maker or microwave in the room. The best part was the bell service! They were eager to please. I wish the desk staff were half that amenable I won’t stay here again
