Front desk staff was very friendly. My room was clean, for the most part with the exception of a mildewy smell. Pool needed to be cleaned.

Offer free shuttle service to the strip. Runs every hour

Staff was nice, would have like a breakfast/coffee bar, main pool was closed for repairs, toilet wouldn’t flush unless you held the handle down until bowl was emptied, room was clean, a/c worked well.

Pool was closed for maintenance. The only reason i gave it 4 stars or it would have been 5.

I have stayed at the hotel many times over many years. The pool and hot tub areas at nice. The staff have always been good. We like the shuttle that takes people for groceries and to the strip. We like in suite laundry and full in suite cooking facilities and fireplaces.

Wish the pool was working . May not stay there again because of this

great spot off the strip pools and hot tub are open 8AM to midnight!

Although this hotel isn’t on the strip, they have an hourly shuttle that takes you there. The room and bathroom were quite spacious and everything was clean. The kitchen had many cooking supplies and kitchenware. The staff was always helpful and friendly. Thank you!!

I chose this hotel because of a great experience here in 2021—the grounds were beautiful, the rooms were well cared for, and the pool area with its heated pool, hot tub, and bar was wonderfully inviting. Unfortunately, this stay was extremely disappointing, with cleanliness being the biggest issue. The pool and hot tub were in terrible condition: the water was cloudy, debris floated on the surface, and there was a strong, unpleasant odor. Neither the filter nor the heater was running, and it was clear the facilities hadn’t been properly cleaned or maintained. They were completely unusable, and when I raised the issue with staff, my request for maintenance was ignored. For many travelers, including myself, the pool area is a key reason for booking a hotel—so this was especially frustrating. The room itself was also neglected. There were stains on the carpet, dust on surfaces, cracks and peeling paint on the walls, old scratched and stained furniture, and a persistent musty odor. The kitchen contained sparse utinsels, some of which were dirty. The bathroom showed the same lack of care, with dirt built up in the corners and poor water pressure in the shower. When I asked to move to another room, my request was denied. At the very least, a hotel should provide basic cleanliness, comfort, and working amenities. This property failed on all counts. Given the unacceptable conditions and the refusal to address my concerns, I believe a refund is warranted.

There are two separate properties so it's a little confused to get to the room and had to run back and forth between. Studio with full amenities for cooking and eating in. Spacious, plenty of room, has shuttle to the strip.

Well I don’t know where to begin, the room was disgusting. I didn’t expect the Bellagio however there was mold in the bathtub . The towels were dirty, when I asked for my soap and shampoo the front desk refused to give it to me. It’s definitely not worth the price. Do not book here save your money and book on the strip. You aren’t far from the strip but for the price you pay you can be on the strip and the Luxor is better than this place. Super disappointed the pictures aren’t the rooms you get . Be aware and book elsewhere.

Excellent clean and quiet

Our room was dirty, I cut my foot 2 times on the tile floor that was breaking. Mold was in our bathroom, refrigerator was dirty and stained. There was a ring around the bathtub and water leaking stains on living room and bathroom ceilings. Carpet was coming apart. Very unhappy we stayed for my wedding and I went and bought supplies to clean the room. Our keys stopped working every 2 days and they made us walk to get new one to the other property. I asked for a cart to load and u load our car and they said I had to look around. Will not be back and I do have pictures I would like a partial refund at the very least.

Not the worst or best the 8.4 Rating is a stretch….. the pictures on the site do not match the room description!! They said if we wanted that room it would be an additional $30 a night. (No thanks) because the way this room looked I didn’t want a bigger room looking old and outdated. The bathroom sink is so low. Its a preschool bathroom size lol. The room also have a funny smell no idea what it is. The most annoying thing is the walls are literally paper thin. We can hear EVERYTHING from outside to the people next door. We have a end unit. The elevator is a little wanky as well. Old dirty and did a lot of shaking. Im not impressed by any of it. I am wondering where the 8.4 stars came from. They also don’t clean the room if your stay is shorter than 7 days….. otherwise its a Fee. The staff are not helpful and seems to be getting paid to do nothing especially housekeeping. Walkways and elevator area dirty. Overall my four night stay was not the best. If you are looking for a shabby place to sleep this is it.

Very clean and well maintained property

I stay at this place several times a year. My daughter and her family live right down the street. I normally stay in building one I stayed in 2 this check in. Unfortunately not a good experience I checked in Christmas at 8:30 when I got to my room no TV it wasn't working. I called down stairs to the desk and the said someone would be there between 15 -30 minutes. Finally at 10 pm I went down stairs and the office and everything was closed for the evening . I sat there with nothing on Christmas. The next morning I called again and said if they don't want to fix refund me. The maintenance man came it was out he had to change the remote and reprogram. He mentioned the cleaning staff isn't checking TVS and apparently if anyone doing inspections don't either. Lots of dirty and hairy baseboards, stained towels and duvet. Wasn't a pleasant experience this time at all.

Dirty rooms (carpet, counters and washrooms).. very old style They don't do daily room sercice/cleaning. Bugs in washroom and all drains are poorly draining.

Room was very clean. Comes with pots and pans. As well as cups and silverware. Front Desk staff was very nice and fast with help.

From the initial check-in, I knew we were going to like this place. One could just tell the staff gave a crap, which in today's day & age isn't often the case. We got up to our room, which was basically a one bedroom apartment & I gotta tell you, I was pretty impressed. A patio, a living room with a gas fireplace, a full kitchen, huge bathroom w/ double sinks, a nice bedroom...I mean I'm not sure what more I could ask for! Oh, throw in the bargain price, especially compared to other properties in Las Vegas, and it made it even a better deal. If I ever go back to the Vegas area, I would stay here again in a heartbeat!!

Room design was a bit dated but it was really clean even the bathroom. Only concern was the thin walls so if you have loud neighbors, you would hear them. Overall, I was satisfied with my stay

Nice property but could use updating in rooms

We couldn't connect to WiFi the entire time – the signal was always too low to reliably connect or non-existent. Cell service also happened to be spotty, which rendered our hotspots nearly useless. So I was unable to work and my daughter had major issues taking her online midterm and a lab practical. Lack of WiFi resulted in a lot of headaches and unnecessary stress.

The staff were super nice and very helpful. The room and property were clean. However, the room was so noisy! I could hear everything from the room next to mine, including their conversations, and what tv show they were watching. I felt like I was sharing the room with them. I wouldn’t stay here again because of that.

Room is outdated, but spacious and clean. Jet tub in the room worked well. Good location, very close to the strip and Chinatown, but away from the busy/crowded areas.

Average hotel but the walls are paper thin. I mean if the people in the next room talk even at a normal volume it sounds like they are in your room.

Please note, we stayed in the king studio, which is the smallest room they have. The property is nice, but our room had a few issues. We were in building 1, which isn't as large or as nice as building 2, but it still has plenty of amenities such as a decent gym, sports court, and swimming pool. The room itself was not any bigger than any other hotel room and contained only a small kitchenette with a coffee machine, toaster, mini fridge, microwave, and sink. They had a couple of plates, silverware, and dish soap in the cabinets, which we appreciated. Even though the room and kitchenette were small, they were functional. Our primary issue with this property was the noise from other guests. We were able to hear everything going on in the rooms next to us and no one was being particularly noisy. The sound proofing is just bad. We felt like we had to whisper in the mornings until we heard our neighbors wake up. The other minor issue was that the rooms are not well kept. Our room was clean, but plaster was falling off the walls and caulking was pulling up in the bathroom. This is common in 1 or even 2 star hotel rooms, but 3 star hotels are typically better maintained. Overall, the property was nice, but the room was not great. We made it work, but will likely choose another hotel for future stays.

When we got there it took well over an hour to get to our turn to check in, then they didn't have a room for us. My family reserved two rooms, then they tried to put half of us at another hotel. We stated we couldn't do that, we all came in the same car. They then found a room. The next day they said there would be an additional charge because the room we were in was an upgrade. We checked our reservation, the room we were in was what we reserved. No apologies, blamed us for messing up our reservation, not sure how that is even possible. We reserved two rooms that were the same and they wanted to put 3 of us in a smaller room with one queen bed.

Great staff. Nisha was incredible. Beautiful one bedroom suite with balcony and fireplace. Very nice pool and large jacuzzi. Close to Las Vegas strip!

Went to desk to ask for maintenance , no one answered the phone. Went to front desk and the female said she was on her break and would do it when her break was done

Service was excellent. Shuttle very reliable. Staff friendly and helpful. Rooms spacious.

Check in was a disaster! Received a phone call from "mom" asking if we were still coming and what time we were going to be there at 5:30pm (informed that this is their standard practice), had to drive to another property to both check in and check out and had extreme difficulty finding a luggage cart for the INSANE WALK. Outdoor hallways are narrow and uneven. I really enjoyed hitting my elbow on their decorative columns in hallways trying to navigate the luggage cart and good luck finding your room with their lettering/numbering system and complete lack of signs. We ran into several other people who could not find their room and we were not able to offer much assistance as it is a complete guessing game. WILL NOT STAY THERE AGAIN.

Staff was not courteous or friendly. They checked us in but not welcoming. Bathroom tub stopper was broken and unable to take a bath. We stayed their 2 yrs ago for our honeymoon and had a great experience, this time not so much

Check in was super easy. Staff helpful at every turn. From Security to housekeeping staff.

Location is not safe. Across the street there is a park where homeless stay in their cars parked overnight. I walked 2 blocks in front of the hotel and ran into some shady fellows with big dogs, one following me back to the hotel when I had food in hand. After that I took an uber to places just 2 blocks away because I did not feel safe. When booking the room it gave me one address but they put me in another community they owned with another address a block away. This was further away from where I planned to be and so items like restaurants were further away from where I wanted to be at. Very inconvenient because there is no front desk access where I stayed on certain days. I feel Which means if I need anything, I had to call the other front desk in the other building, wait till they answered the phone (if they were busy you have to wait), when checking in the security guy picked me up (had to wait and he didn’t seem thrilled to drive me) to take me to the other building, when checking out I had to have security guy take me back to the building with the front desk so bags could be held there (didn’t seem thrilled to drive me), all of this taking too much time. Also not safe to not have front desk there in the night. Front desk reps were nice and room was clean which I appreciate. Room was outdated but I felt that was ok because room was clean. There is a picture above the bed that had some stuff splashed on it and that you may want to clean (because that kind of gross).

The room soundproofing was very bad … I could hear the people next door conversing. All the staff I met were great but the property is farther away from the Strip than I thought and the shuttle bus only runs hourly, only stopping at the Excalibur and Treasure Island. During the day the shuttle bus is small and can only accommodate perhaps 10 people. The bus at night was much bigger but the last shuttle leaves TI at 10:30 pm. You cannot check-in from 3 am until 7 am. I had rental car issues so did not get there until around 4 am. Fortunately I called and was instructed to check-in at the Tahiti, a sister-resort where the elderly Danish guy on reception was extremely helpful so my trip to the Club de Soleil ended on a high but NOTE there are TWO Club de Soleil resorts and sadly I first went to the wrong one so I wasted too much time trying to find my room in the Club before I figured out there was a second Club next door!

Excellent off-strip hotel with nice room and facilities. The hourly resort shuttle to the Strip (Excalibur Hotel) was great and the flat screen TV had a much larger channel list than any of the strip hotels I have stayed at. I would definitely stay here again.

There are 2 properties less than a block apart. That was confusing. The property on Lindell was great. The other property I do not recommend as much. Although service was great, the other property kinda seemed like it was gated in differently and reminded me of being barred in for security. That made me a bit nervous. The staff was more than accommodating when we asked to be moved to the Lindell side. Highly recommend this location for ease of transportation to Vegas tourist sites and privacy.

The staff was very helpful and pleasant. The rooms are great sizes. They had games to check out for the children. Full kitchen with oven and a gas stove! Washer and Dryer also. This is definitely a great place to come to feel like home. We will definitely return

Very clean, comfortable beds, loved the kitchen area. Having dishes, utensils made it very convenient and felt like an Airbnb. Staff was helpful. I sat on my balcony in the morning with a cup of coffee and it could look out and see all the high rise hoyels in close distance. Great place and very affordable.

Clean room. Comfy bed. Kitchenette (mini frig, microwave, sink, plates, bowls, utensils) and coffee maker were great.

For an inexpensive hotel, it was waaay nicer than I expected. Easy parking, comfortable rooms and the kitchenette was just what I needed

I really like the location of this property. It has a gym that's open 24/7 and also a huge soccer park within walking distance. The park also offers tennis courts and walking track that equals 1mile per lap. I also appreciate the quick check in process as this was my 2nd time staying there. For me it's just so much more convenient than the strip. Also of note a fully stocked kitcenette complete with glass coffee cups,silverware, plates, etc even a cutting board. Thank you. I was assigned the basic king room. The only reason this isn't excellent rated from me is the paper thin walls. You can hear the neighbors a little too clearly... and the beds too soft for my liking. Room has everything you need except your groceries. Coffee maker, blender, toaster, pots, pans, silver ware, dishes, dishwasher, washer and dryer, jacuzzi in tub , full size fridge, microwave and safe in closet. It was too cold to use pool or the mini putting green but is was well kept

The hotel was overall good. A bit dated but had the room we needed. We didn't have any issues at all. They even allowed us a late checkout. There wasn't breakfast but we didn't mind. There was some restaurant options nearby.
