We enjoyed the stay of 5 nights. A few suggestions: 1) Not enough trash cans in the 2 BR apartment. There is one in the kitchen and one in the bathroom. Wish there is one in the living area and one in bedroom. 2) We received 2 bottle waters at check in. Additional bottle waters need to be purchased. This is not hospitality. Other hotels we stayed before, often offer bottle waters for free. Most other hotels in the Southeast of United States even offer fresh fruit cocktail water at the front desk for all guests for free. 3) The whole polo tower only has one water filling station on the lobby floor and one in the gym. These are not enough if hotel only offer 2 bottle waters per stay. What we like: 1) Brand new gym and nice equipment. 2) Very spacious for the price. If you like size, this can't be beat. 3) Good location close to the center of the strip. Closer than most casinos which requires long walks to get to the elevator. Overall, this is good value for great size stay at an older facility.

The property had three towers with two banks of elevators, six in tower one and six in tower three. When we arrived they sent us to tower three. One elevator was partially working, there were no lights and it rejected my card four times before it went through. They shut the elevator down later that day, leaving only the tower one bank. That bank had only four of its six elevators working for a building with three towers. The next day, they got one elevator in tower three partially working again, but I didn't take it because a man said that he had been stuck in it for twenty minutes. Throughout most of the stay, only five of twelve elevators worked and one kept braking down. As a result when you tried to go up, the elevator would stop at nearly every floor. They were small, as if built a century ago, so we often had to let it go due to overcrowding. The valle service cost 25 dollars a day, and they took, 30 to 40 minutes to get your car, making me late for two meetings. Our room was listed as non-smoking but someone had clearly been smoking before our arrival. The took a $95 resort fee but did not disclose it upfront. This place gives Hilton a bad name.

Parking was safe and easy. The room was comfortable and although I did not see it advertised there is free guest laundry on several floors. Staff worked well to ensure via email, text and messages to fhe room phone that we were updated about any important messages and also kept the proverbial door open for any requests or room cleaning/replenishment.

Great location just 1/2 block off the strip. No huge casino to walk through to get to your room. Staff was very courteous, room was clean. Loved having a kitchen so we had breakfast in the room every morning. Target with a grocery store is 2 blocks away. Rooftop pool is awesome. Would definitely stay there again.

No food options available. Bed comfortable. Found some hairs in tub but otherwise was clean room I overslept on check out morning and was rushing getting ready. At 10am on the door housekeeping was knocking telling me I had to leave. I then forgot my wallet and a few other last minute items on the bed. I called several times and completed the lost and found form. I’m told nothing was found but I know it was sitting on the bed and everything on it was left. The wallet was the biggest piece of concern among items left due to being rushed. Parking was HORRIBLE! It is $25 each time you come and go no matter how long you park for. Nice convenient location and actually really quiet hotel. Room was nice setup.

The location and staff were great. The actual room was not good. Dust everywhere. No access to the balcony. The balcony door was covered with a dark plastic so even opening the curtains didn’t provide light. The splash pad for kids looked like it hadn’t worked for years.

Cashless facility- did not accept prepaid credit cards either Pool was closed during entire 4 day trip. Cockroaches in hallways. Housekeeping services were not maintained in spite of daily requests. Walls are paper thin. Overheard all conversations and tv shows clearly from room next door. Time share sales harrasment

If you're looking for a cheaper stay in Vegas, this will certainly do the trick. I ended up with a hideaway/pullout bed but with that being said, it was very comfortable. Good sheets and pillows. The rooms are small but for one person it was perfect. It's steps from the strip and right near tons of stores and restaurants. Staff were all friendly and attentive. On the negative side - the room was clearly not cleaned properly because I found an unidentifiable pill and a nose ring on the floor upon arrival. The walls are thin, you can hear muffled talking and doors slamming. It's outdated. Again - I am medium maintenance. I would never stay in a hostel while traveling, I like a comfortable space to enjoy when on down time. This place checks that box.

Great hotel with spacious rooms and amenities. Very comfortable for short or long stays. The staff is very friendly and the location is within walking minutes from the Las Vegas strip and grocery/pharmacy stores. The only criticism is the cleaning must be scheduled in advance and is performing quite lightly. Would definitely stay again!

Great location on the south of the Las Vegas strip, we stayed here as we like to have a balcony in our room when we are abroad. The hotel was clean and comfortable and staff were very friendly. The pool area on the rooftop was great too. The only downside were the arrival of the dustbin collection trucks every morning at 5am which were very noisy if you were staying near where they are located.

Older property undergoing renovations. It was in the unrenovated floor. Listed as 2 bedroom apartment but was a Spacious King. Suite with a connecting Queen studio & the Queen studio room was small, would be tight quarters for 2 people & had Murphy bed not disclosed in the Hotels.com website or the Polo Towers site. Heavy, dated furniture, balconies but no balcony furniture.

Polo Towers is in a convenient location and the property is very clean with nice and welcoming staff. The room we had was VERY small though, much smaller than at other big hotel corporation websites, such as the Marriott next door or the IHG closer to the sphere. We were also unlucky with ridiculously loud neighbors for two of the three nights of our stay until 1-2 a.m.... When we called reception, they came up to tell the neighbors. Then, within 15 minutes, they started being super loud again...

This was our second stay here and we loved it both times. The location is perfect and having a fridge is a life saver! The staff texts you every day to see if anything needs restocked and the valet service is quick and easy. Lastly, it smells amazing!!

I enjoyed the hotel it was close to everything, but I didn't like that the fact that as soon as I checked in I was pressured into doing a timeshare presentation. I was tired from traveling I didn't want to hear that at that time, you need to find a better way to do that instead of stopping people when they check in from a long day of traveling. I stayed at the Elara last year and they don't do this. Do better please.

The Polo Towers were a great affordable option on the Las Vegas strip but my experience was unusual overall. The front desk called me on the landline at 9am my first day, which was frustrating given that I checked in at nearly 1am the night before, with an offer to receive a “welcome gift” if I sat through a 90-minute presentation. They ended up giving me $250 in visa gift cards but only after I wasted over 5 hours of my time listening to a sales rep trying to get me to buy a timeshare at the Elara across the street. It ended up taking up most of my first day in Vegas, and my biggest regret was not walking out of there after the first 90 minutes had passed. If you choose this hotel, don’t make the same mistake I did and take advantage of its proximity to the Park MGM casino instead (a 5-minute walk across Las Vegas Blvd).

We had an excellent stay at the property - friendly and helpful staff, and a spacious, quiet, clean and bright suite. Perfect central location but away enough from the traffic and noise of the Vegas Strip. Overall, a great choice. Will definitely book again.

It’s great to have a fridge! Very rare opportunity on the strip but so splendid. I love that I don’t have to walk through a casino floor to get to the elevators. I love the access to drive stops and center strip. Love this location!

Hilton Vacation Club Polo Towers is a fun stay in Las Vegas! This property is located right at CityCenter (just off The Strip), and is within a casual 15 minute walk of seemingly everything (positioned between MGM Grand and Planet Hollywood - directly across from The Shops at Crystals and Aria). It's an older property.. but, is well-maintained and holding-up nicely. In-room features include many 'creature-comforts' that travelers would be accustomed to in the privacy of their own homes. Throughout our 3-night stay, valet made in-and-out access quick and easy.. and, hotel staff in the lobby / reception area were informative, helpful and pleasant. Would definitely stay here again (hopefully, for 4 or 5 nights next time); Highly Recommend!

I was really impressed with this property! Theres a bunch of shopping and dining everywhere around. Parking was extremely easy, the hotel room was spacious and well furnished, and the rooftop pool was awesome. Staff were super helpful and i really likes that they texted a couple of times per day to see if we needed anything for our room

A full kitchen, less than 5 min walk to a target or Wahlgreens (without crossing any main Vegas streets) so I was able to cook meals and save loads of money. I thought the kitchen utensils would be gross but everything looked brand new. Full size stove and dishwasher made it easy to maintain everything for the week. The room was clean, I had an abundant amount of toiletries and towels. It is like having an apartment on the strip. The staff would text me every day, sometimes twice a day, asking if I needed anything for my room or even suggestions on things to do in the city. The pool and gym were perfect and they did nothing like force you to pay for their drinks at the pool. Not once did anyone try to push a time share, or anything so I don’t know what folks are talking about there. The only offer I was given was three free nights if I book for EDC 2026 next year, which I would have done without the three free nights so nothing but bonuses from this hotel. Had a great stay, will likely stay again next time I am in Vegas.
