Service was perfect

*I would book here Again* Negatives: Couple of the electrical outlets in the room were not working. Immediately was nagged to go to a timeshare presentation. While others were not bothered. 1/3 elevators were out on one of the towers. Staff’s overall energy was polite but not welcoming. CASHLESS HOTEL (besides valet) Positives: Rooms were clean and stocked up (toilet paper, tissues, towels, dishes, utensils, soap for dishes, soap, body & hair soaps) Pool & jacuzzi were great along with the general area of pool. Convenience store had decent selection of items. Free laundry facility on every odd floor. Overall hotel was always clean. Fair prices. Comfy beds.

Everything about this place was excellent from check to check out. Very clean, Front desk was very nice friendly and communicated very good everyday they check on you & make everything was ok & did we needed anything else. The maids were very nice no attitude of anything smile & will help with anything. The Valet was nice as well no attitude just smile & bring your car. The swimming pool area was very nice & kid friendly they even had life jackets for you. I mean this was the best Hotel ever & I will be back. Annie & the team at this Hotel was great

Pool would open late , not great when your crunch for time. Pillows and linens were not great, we had a selected a room with a bathtub the integrated water plug system did not function. So made the bath tub useless.

Convenient, central location just off the strip. Check in & check out were super easy. Would have been nice to have a small cafe or restaurant on site.
