The staff was friendly. The property was clean. Bed was comfy. Great central location. The condition of the hotel was less than desirable. Only 1 elevator was functional and it was brutally slow. My room was on the 6th floor and only the ice machine on the 2nd floor was working. The restaurant was not open the entire week of my stay despite it being advertised as open 24/7.

Fabulous location to ACE line, just steps outside the door. Location is perfect if you want to be by SOHO, but not directly in the masses that stay there. Room was comfortable and clean. Only one elevator was working at the time and it seemed like it was due for maintenance pretty soon as well, so hopefully that is resolved soon. Also, the ice machine on our floor was not working which was a bummer, especially during summertime. Overall, I would stay again if the price was right.

Great location. The subway is right there, restaurants are close and amazing shopping is walking distance. BUT, the listing mentioned there is onsite valet parking. There is not. The Hilton has a deal with a very secure parking garage around the corner that you must take your car to and pick it up from. With limited parking available in front of the hotel this was a bit of a pain, but not terrible.

Overall, my experience was good. However, some of the staff obviously didnt want to be there and didnt care to hide it. Also, I was the first person to shower in the room and there was hair in the shower. Im assuming it was from the last guest, but who knows. There were also black specs on the shower wall that looked a lot like black mold. The exhaust fan in the bathroom didn't work, so this isn't terribly surprising. We were only there for a few days, so I didn't see the point in complaining. Alternatively, the hotel is walking to Little Italy and Chinatown! There's a station directly outside of the hotel, which is always helpful. There are some fun bars and restaurants within a few blocks, too!

Stayed here for two weeks on a group work trip. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and convenient for our needs. Only downside was that the elevators were very slow (only one working at the time), so I ended up taking the stairs most days. On my last couple of nights, new guests checked in and the entire floor smelled strongly of cigarette smoke — it was clear the guests were actively smoking at the time, and the smell even lingered into my room. I called reception, and thankfully they addressed it quickly. Still, disappointing to come back to that after such a nice two-week stay. Note to future guests: please respect the hotel’s non-smoking policy so everyone can enjoy their stay! A few issues: bathtub was dirty, had to rinse and wipe down with a towel; housekeeping knocked twice, once at 9 a.m. and once at 5:30 p.m.(2 separate days). Both times I was on the room, but they never returned; morning service in the restaurant (Sunday the 15th) was abysmal; since housekeeping never showed up, I had to restock the coffee myself. One person at the desk said they'd send it up, but after an hour, nothing, so I went down to the lobby and got myself. On the plus side, the staff were lovely for the most part, and the room was very comfortable, if not fully clean.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Room was clean. Didn't like that the service only comes every other day to make beds, bring new towels, etc. There were only 2 towels for 2 of us that we had to use for a 2 day stay. I understand the need to cut back but maybe then start with 4 towels.

Got in late from Vegas and wanted to shower and noticed Womens black hair on the shower wall so that put me off. Water pressure wasnt great as shower headed CLR or something? Other than old out of date bu close to surrounding areas I wanted to checkout was easy get to from JFK Airport

Big, clean room with comfy beds. Bathroom a little dated but fine. Great location - we walked everywhere. Our air conditioning unit was loud but it drowned out the noise from the street so maybe it was a good thing?! Overall, I’d go back.

The room was clean. We needed a crib. They give you a pack ‘n play play yard. But they give you a full size flat sheet to use with it. This is a hazard. A child could get wrapped up and suffocate as there is no way to secure the sheet. We had to go out and buy a sheet specifically made for a play yard. It doesn’t make sense that they do not have the proper sheets. Also it is difficult to regulate the heat. It’s either too hot or too cold.

Beds were a little uncomfortable, but did the job. Location was great for food, pizza nearby was the best we had while in the city. Easy to walk to Chinatown and Little Italy. Super close acceas to subways. One elevator was down, which made waiting feel long.

Check in/Check out was very easy. Quickly dropped my bags off to go explore until my room was ready. The room is a great size. Much bigger than the rooms I've typically stayed at in NYC. Large bathroom with tub. The proximity to the subway station can't be beat. I also did two runs around the city, including the Brooklyn Bridge which is easy to get to. Plenty of coffee shops in the area, as well as food. Room was clean. Elevators are a little slow, but not a big deal. I would definitely stay here again, and recommend.

Fully satisfied with this hotel. Room is large by Manhattan standards with two separate beds, plenty of floor space and a full bathroom (full shower tub and sink/counter area). Location is great, the A/C/E subway is literally right outside the front door, and not right in the middle of too much action so it's actually pretty quiet at night. Canal Street is right there for food and amenities anytime. The front desk was helpful and they stowed our bags after we checked out since our flight didn't leave until later.

A few issues with this property - our TV could not receive multiple channels for our 4 day stay - staff attempted to help but no luck. Also lots of street noise from traffic etc. Otherwise it was fine.

The staff at this property were extremely friendly and kind. The property location is conveniently located in Tribeca with a myriad of shopping and dining options in the area, as well as easy access to the trains. Very walkable! However, this property is a bit dated. The decor in rooms are particularly bland, and definitely due for a refurbishing. The windows are not noise canceling so if late night street noise is an issue for you, you may have a hard time falling asleep at night however I assume not all rooms will be street facing. Otherwise, I felt safe and liked the neighborhood a lot!

Management is hapless. Before coming I wrote through Expedia where I booked asking for details on parking. No response. After checking in I received a message asking for my feedback. I indicated I wanted to complain. The elevator was out and I wanted to complain among other things. I was told the manager would call me. That never happened. They wrote asking for a phone number so the manager could call. But no call was received. The repairs on the elevator continued for five nights of our stay. By day two there was oil smell coming from the elevator filling the lobby and corridors. All in all, the management is poor.

I was most impressed with the staff responsiveness. They were great at working with customers. The place was clean and very nice. There was an issue with the heading and cooling in the room but it wasn't anything that made us dislike our stay. Close to the subway, shopping, food, etc.

We arrived late in the morning to check in. However the hotel apparently wanted us to call if not checking in during daylight hours and they cancelled our hotel room and gave the room away. We had a lot of difficulty finding a new room over Memorial Day weekend and had to lug our luggage around the city trying to find a place to sleep.

I booked one night here through Expedia and was told at the check in counter that the hotel was overbooked and I would have to stay at a replacement (non-brand) hotel a few blocks away. The replacement hotel was totally unacceptable with torn carpets and dirty doors. I was still charged the full Hilton rate even though the replacement hotel rate was over $200 less than the Hilton rate. Hilton has refused to refund for this night or even make up the difference between the rates. Expedia has been unhelpful in getting me to an acceptable resolution. Beware of booking this hotel, you may not have a room when you show up and will still be charged the full rate.

Long time Expedia user and this was my first time upon check in being told by front desk that they couldn’t verify proof of payment from Expedia, even with my presenting them the Expedia receipt and proof of payment from my bank. Thus their solution was for me to pay a rate 1.5x higher than I paid and then reach out to Expedia to have them correct with hotel. Needless to say after about 90mins of virtual assist and phone time the issue was said to be resolved but funds weren’t back in my account upon check out. The first attempt to get into my room, it was occupied by another guest. Upon obtaining a new room, it was two queens not the king I had reserved. Upon calling the front desk, I obtained the run around and simply surrendered exhausted from their incompetence. I travel to Soho every 2 months to visit family. Outside of all this, there are many other hotels in this area and price range much nicer, as this is definitely a 2.5-3 star property from my rooms appearance and experience. Amazing these two companies with all their technology can’t have a more immediate solution or train employees to simply use logic and go above and beyond for their customers.
Long time Expedia user and this was my first time upon check in being told by front desk that they couldn’t verify proof of payment from Expedia, even with my presenting them the Expedia receipt and proof of payment from my bank. Thus their solution was for me to pay a rate 1.5x higher than I paid and then reach out to Expedia to have them correct with hotel. Needless to say after about 90mins of virtual assist and phone time the issue was said to be resolved but funds weren’t back in my account upon check out. The first attempt to get into my room, it was occupied by another guest. Upon obtaining a new room, it was two queens not the king I had reserved. Upon calling the front desk, I obtained the run around and simply surrendered exhausted from their incompetence. I travel to Soho every 2 months to visit family. Outside of all this, there are many other hotels in this area and price range much nicer, as this is definitely a 2.5-3 star property from my rooms appearance and experience. Amazing these two companies with all their technology can’t have a more immediate solution or train employees to simply use logic and go above and beyond for their customers.

Great location-close to SoHo, Tribeca, Chinatown and a short walk to the Village. Super convenient to E train. Lots of restaurants nearby. Friendly staff and very accommodating of requests. I would stay here every time in NYC!

Nice small gym. Metro stop out front and lots of taxis. Easy walk to lower Manhattan sights and lots of nearby restaurant options. The address confuses Uber drivers and cabs - we had multiple problems.

Fully satisfied with this hotel. Room is large by Manhattan standards with two separate beds, plenty of floor space and a full bathroom (full shower tub and sink/counter area). Location is great, the A/C/E subway is literally right outside the front door, and not right in the middle of too much action so it's actually pretty quiet at night. Canal Street is right there for food and amenities anytime. The front desk was helpful and they stowed our bags after we checked out since our flight didn't leave until later.

Fabulous location to ACE line, just steps outside the door. Location is perfect if you want to be by SOHO, but not directly in the masses that stay there. Room was comfortable and clean. Only one elevator was working at the time and it seemed like it was due for maintenance pretty soon as well, so hopefully that is resolved soon. Also, the ice machine on our floor was not working which was a bummer, especially during summertime. Overall, I would stay again if the price was right.

Reasonably priced, efficient, decent place in Tribeca. ACE stop right in front of the hotel--use the Beach St. exit by the NYPD station underground. Went for breakfast at Botte, the hotel restaurant, and they were open, but there was no service, no FOH staff, so we left and went to Caffe Bene around the corner. Room cleaning a bit haphazard. Had to request coffee supplies and once we only got decaf.

We got there and a room wasn’t ready. They held out bags. Bathrooms in hotel were all locked except one and there was no toilet paper. The water was out and we were thirsty. The pot and cigarette smoke in our hallway was terrible. The beds were okay. The next morning breakfast wasn’t ready. We had to go so we ran upstairs to get ready and then came down ten minutes later and the coffee was out. SO NO a COFFEE and breakfast was 15 minutes late. Not a problem unless you are on a time schedule. Which we were. Coffee is usually out early at most hotels. We never got a cup. Not good.

We really enjoyed the room and property. The convenience of a subway entrance literally outside the door made it the perfect choice. Liked the restaurant for breakfast. Although not included, the food was pretty good. Also liked the detail of the hot chocolate in the lobby. Great thing to have in the cold weather we got. Only downside was that there was only 1 really slow functioning elevator.

The hotel was clean and felt safe. Good location for using the 1 and A and C subway. Little Italy and Chinatown are walking distance. Lots of eateries and bars close by. Restaurant was under construction and free breakfast was ok. Staff was friendly and kept our luggage before check in and after check out so we could sightsee.

The room was clean and quiet, and the staff were friendly. The bed and room were very comfortable. The check-in process was a bit slow (rooms weren't entirely ready by 3pm). It was disappointing that the on-site restaurant was closed for renovations and I didn't find out about this until after I'd arrived. The breakfast bar with coffee and pastries in the morning was a nice touch though.
