Breakfast was $16 per person. We were informed it cost and was not included. They had cold meals and we were told the dinner service closed at 11. I picked cold items and we were in the middle of checkout and then she told us the dinner was still opened. She was also dealing with another issue in the middle of helping us. I wish she would have waited to give us full attention so we could have gotten our dinner there. Sucked, but we had a good time: the hotel hallway smelled like weed. The bathroom is ridiculously small. Door basically hits the toilet. Bed was comfortable. Nice location. Not sure if I would return though. Parking also cost $10 per night and they told my husband they’d take it out of the $50 incidental charge.

It was a beautiful lobby with an ice cream and coffee shop. Parking is $10 and very nearby/walkable. Room was on the 11th floor with front of hotel view which is basically another hotel, so nothing great about that view. Bathroom was small but clean and sufficient for 2 people. I have no complaints. I'd stay here again. Lots of transportation options with shuttle and scooters.

Great location. An outstanding Starbucks in the lobby. Convenient walk to both Bricktown and Federal Building Museum. Valet parking was reasonably priced and efficient. Will stay again next time in OKC. Only complaint is the beds are harder than I like.

Do not stay at this hotel. We stayed 5 days 4 nights and could only arrange for them to clean the room one day. The toilet in room water ran all night keeping us away. The room was very tiny and cramped. The outside bar that that is shown all over the pictures was not open, no bell man to help with luggage you had to do everything yourself at this hotel. Vending machine for drinks was sold out on every floor. We had problems with our parking garage permits and there was no way to look them up so we over paid parking and lobby staff said there was nothing they could do about the overcharges. Do not stay at the hotel unless location is all you are looking for. We went to a concert at Paycom so it was close to walking for that. The inside bar staff were friendly and the food was good. I would never stay at this hotel again.

Absolutely disgusting room. Stains/residue on floor , toilet seat , bathroom counter , coffee tray , ice bucket. Bed liner is flaking off. Shower head piping loose from wall exposing a mound of dust. Lamp shade has something stuck to it.

The lobby and restaurant is fine but our room was not great. There were stains all over the carpet. The sink handle was backward and wouldn’t turn all the way off so there was a small steady trickle of water. There was water damage and just overall wasn’t nice or in good condition.

The room was in good condition. The bathroom was really small and the coffee was in the closet on top of small fridge which was odd. The walls were thin as we heard our neighbors every move including tv and the people walking on your head, it was ok but I would likely make a different choice next time. Check in was very non informative. The man talked so fast about parking that I had to ask him to repeat the instructions and was still confused. No information as to the pool closing time. We reserved a club level room and were not told that the club lounge is closed on weekends and even closes early on Fridays. We paid more for something we didn’t even have access to. Happy hour is exactly happy hour. We were still charged full price for domestic draft beers. There’s an outdoor bar/restaurant, but you can’t smoke out there. The bed was so comfortable, but the bathroom was really small. The door practically touches the toilet. You have to stand next to the toilet just to have enough room to close the door. Quiet hallways for sleeping. Close to paycom center. Overall nice experience.

The Sheraton in downtown Oklahoma City, OK is an amazing place to stay. Please keep in mind, you will have to pay for parking, $10 a day but you can come and go as much as you want and it's a flat fee of $10 a day. Room service is quite pricy but you get a lot of food. One thing I loved is that they have french vanilla creamor! Stayed in a room with a King on the 11th floor, very nice room, but very small bathroom. Water pressure great, view spectacular, and staff is very friendly and accomodating. I'd def. stay again if ever in the area.

The bathroom door was damaged and the headboard had quite a bit of wear and tear. We were right next to the elevator and it was quite noisey the entire time. However, the bed was comfy, the staff was super friendly and everything was clean.

Stayed two night. Went back up to the room during the day and the room wasn’t cleaned . So went down and asked why our room wasn’t cleaned . And the lady at the desk very rudely said.” Well did you ask us to clean it”. I said no. Most places just clean the room without asking. And I figured with the upscale pricing of this place we wouldn’t have to be asking. She pointed to the little two inch sign on the front desk and said well you are wrong. Refused to go ahead and clean the room for the day. They don’t bring extra towels. But nothing else.

A perfectly nice, clean hotel with premium soaps, shampoo, conditioner, lotion. Very close to arena for concerts and basketball (1.5 blocks). The nighttime restaurant is poor, the service is basic, but the bfast was pretty decent. The check-in was good, quick, and the attached parking was a big plus. The gym does the job, I did not use the pool. Overall would recommend to anyone needing to lodge in the area.

We got it straightened out eventually, so no big deal.
