Very clean - good location. If you have a full size SUV, don’t prepay the parking. The ceiling is too low. They credited my parking and I got a free spot on the street right out the door. Staff was very friendly.

Endroit vraiment exceptionnel 💕 Propreté, confort, installation et équipements parfait 👍 On voit que tout est récent. Le seul bémol, c'est l'absence d'ascenseur ce qui fait en sorte que c'est inaccessible pour personnes à mobilité réduite.Le tout sera peut être ajouter dans le futur car on voit qu'il y a un chantier en cours. Aussi, j'ajouterais qu'il serait bien d'ajouter des indications pour trouver le stationnement car peu de stationnement sous le complexe (4) avec entrée difficile à trouver qui est derrière et qu'on doit réserver et payer AVANT notre arrivée mais sinon, il y a 2 stationnements payant autour (devant et derrière le bâtiment ) mais moins pratique au on a beaucoup de bagages.

A couple of cafes were nearby but this was hardly a central location. Def not walking distance to any tourist areas. Also no elevator and more than one flight of stairs to next floor so not good for seniors or anyone with disability. Room has a kitchenette but stocked with barest of necessities. IE no paper towel, etc. Had to ask for another roll of TP as only one provided for 4 days for 3 people. Desk only manned part time. Be sure to reserve parking as the site I used showed parking available but did not say the parking required separate reservation. Overall felt like premium price and mediocre accommodations.

Room was quiet and very clean. The kitchen was modern and new. There are no elevators in this hotel so it may be difficult for some. Communication was clear and the property is very walkable to restaurants and old town. Parking can also be requested before but note that tall cars will not be able to get into the garage since the clearance is low.

Really cute apartment. Quick Uber ride to the old Quebec. Grocery store and restaurants all in walking distance. Underground parking for $25 a day, a bit expensive but very hand. I had some questions before our stay, they were very responsive and quick. Theres no elevator tho, for those that cant do stairs. Overall, great stay.

The apt we stayed in was very roomy and comfortable (especially the beds) for our family and it was quite modern inside. There were lots of restaurants within few minutes of walking distance. There was a huge parking lots in the back of the building with reasonable price which was quite convenient. The only thing that we wish they can improve on is to add the block out curtains in the living/TV room where the murphy bed was located. My son woke up at around 5:30am due to brightness from the massive windows.

Terminus was awesome! The room was HUGE like an apartment, the furniture felt new and clean, there was full-size refrigerator and stove/oven (it was a regular kitchen, as versus the kitchenette), and it was a very short drive from the Old City. There was also a wonderful bakery very close by for breakfast sandwiches and delicious, pastries and espresso drinks. And a number of spaces to charge electric vehicles on the street upfront. Note that it is self check-in so if you have any questions, you need to ask them in advance (they are very friendly and accommodating in the phone). Also not there is a large paid public parking lot out back, or you can reserve a paid spot in the terminus private lot which you access by going behind the building on Rue Ste. Helene and it’s under the Terminus building. Terminus was a great place to land on our visit to Quebec!

Great clean room. Great apartment extremely quiet. Full kitchen and large bed/TV couch area. The area is also great. Not a far walk to the tourist sites like old town etc. I was there for a conference and it was only a 8 min uber or a 22 min walk (all up hill FYI) to the conference center. Getting the code and not having to worry about a key to get in is very slick and I liked how they did that. My only complaint is they have no steamer or iron! So if you’re there on business it’s a little nerve wracking getting clothes wrinkle free. They have more things than you’d ever think! Plates…. Toaster and all that. But again I had to take showers and hang my clothes in the bathroom and kinda let the steam remove the wrinkles. Luckily I had shirts high starched so they came out but it was nerve racking realizing this the night before the conference. Other wise amazing place to stay in a great neighborhood.

The apartments are huge with fully equipped kitchen. Almost the same price than a hotel room with way more comfort. There is parking on site and it is located close to everything. I went there for work and it was perfect. I would go back with family or friends as units can accomodate bigger groups easily.

This is a newer place in a done-over bus depot. The staff were communicative over text but this is a place where you don’t really see the staff and you enter the hotel and your room with a code you give you. So, very hands off and was good for our purposes—being left alone and just coming and going as we needed. The place is clean and new, room was spacious and comfortable. Will stay here again

Excellent choice for 5 travellers as lots of space. It was clean and had the option to cook our own breakfast. Only issue was that there was no elevator so a bit difficult for my elderly mother to get in and out.

Overall this worked great for us for the price and space. The fully digital system worked well, I reached out to customer service with a couple questions and they got back to me quickly. The room itself was great, very clean and nice, the full kitchen was helpful. The area has a bunch of great restaurants within walking distance and easy access to the bus to go into old town. If you don't have kids could walk to old town but it's 30 minutes. I used the parking lot behind the hotel because with our luggage rack we were over the height limit (6' 2") for the hotel lot, but that was fine. My only issue is that there was no elevator, but we got our luggage to the second floor no problem.

There is no front desk service after 8pm. There is not phone number displayed on locked hotel entrance door to call. We have to check email to find urgent call number. Left the message but it take long time for hotel people to call me back. The process is very frustrating although the issue was solved in the end.

We loved the contemporary design of this apartment. The bed was large and very comfortable, the bathroom very modern with a great shower. The homage to its roots as a bus station was appreciated. It’s located in a mixed neighborhood that feels as though it is undergoing renewal. There were a few very good and unusual restaurants in the neighborhood. It’s walking distance to the train station and is serviced by buses that go to the old town as well as the Montmorency falls. I highly recommend this place to active adults. It would not be suitable for people who cannot climb stairs.

We recently stayed at Terminus hotel and it was an amazing and memorable experience, the rooms were spacious, clean and soundproof, it has been recently renovated with everything brand new including furniture and appliances. The services provided by the were amazing and speedy. In addition to that, all the rooms were equipped with kitchen and all amenities which further added to the overall value. The hotel is situated in the heart of the city with everything close by, Wifi was fast and TV had streaming applications available for entertainment. Definitely staying there next time while visiting Quebec City and strongly recommended for families.

The hotel is very nice. Parking is only available in a city lot during our stay. The lot is just behind our hotel, so not bad. The area the hotel is in is nice, and interesting - I would recommend keeping all valuables OUT of your vehicle. There is a very evident presence of addicts in the area, unfortunately.

A couple of cafes were nearby but this was hardly a central location. Def not walking distance to any tourist areas. Also no elevator and more than one flight of stairs to next floor so not good for seniors or anyone with disability. Room has a kitchenette but stocked with barest of necessities. IE no paper towel, etc. Had to ask for another roll of TP as only one provided for 4 days for 3 people. Desk only manned part time. Be sure to reserve parking as the site I used showed parking available but did not say the parking required separate reservation. Overall felt like premium price and mediocre accommodations.

Great clean room. Great apartment extremely quiet. Full kitchen and large bed/TV couch area. The area is also great. Not a far walk to the tourist sites like old town etc. I was there for a conference and it was only a 8 min uber or a 22 min walk (all up hill FYI) to the conference center. Getting the code and not having to worry about a key to get in is very slick and I liked how they did that. My only complaint is they have no steamer or iron! So if you’re there on business it’s a little nerve wracking getting clothes wrinkle free. They have more things than you’d ever think! Plates…. Toaster and all that. But again I had to take showers and hang my clothes in the bathroom and kinda let the steam remove the wrinkles. Luckily I had shirts high starched so they came out but it was nerve racking realizing this the night before the conference. Other wise amazing place to stay in a great neighborhood.

Room was quiet and very clean. The kitchen was modern and new. There are no elevators in this hotel so it may be difficult for some. Communication was clear and the property is very walkable to restaurants and old town. Parking can also be requested before but note that tall cars will not be able to get into the garage since the clearance is low.

Really cute apartment. Quick Uber ride to the old Quebec. Grocery store and restaurants all in walking distance. Underground parking for $25 a day, a bit expensive but very hand. I had some questions before our stay, they were very responsive and quick. Theres no elevator tho, for those that cant do stairs. Overall, great stay.

Pros: New property so clean Cons: There are stairs and no lift. If you have heavy luggage it is a problem. No daily house keeping It’s literally on the road and there is no sound proofing so there is traffic noise all the time including night and some time sirens. 1 hr early checkin costs CAD 40 plus tax. 3::00 pm checkin is not allowed and checkout is 11:00 am Room that sleeps 6 has only one bathroom. Master bedroom has no air-conditioning The other bedroom had no walls. It only had curtains. Not worth the price they charge. If these are manageable for you at such a high price then everything is fine here.
