This place served the purpose, no complaints. Front desk staff was less than inviting though. Pool needs some maintenance but the water was clean, kids enjoyed it. Best part about this place is that the sofa-bed is in a separate sitting room with a door in between.

It was after 1:00 am when we arrived and the front desk agent was so welcoming and friendly. The property is in need of some updating, BUT it was pretty clean and smelled good and that was all we needed. The only complaint I have is the airport shuttle, which I am not sure if it is run by the hotel or not, (I don't think it is). The vans are very dirty and icky and in need of replacement. they both looked like kidnapper vans...beat up and dirty.

Overall the experience for what we needed was ok. The thing I recommend is getting a new courtesy driver service. This motel sub contracts their courtesy driver to a horrible driver and the van should be condemned by the Texas Department of Transportation. The driver was swerving constantly and also on his phone and another phone distracted and speeding. The doors for the van were loose and there were visible holes in the doors and roof. If you stay here do yourself a favor and get an Uber or Taxi.

Flight was cancelled & booked this last minute for the pool and hot tub since the kids were exhausted and wanted something fun for them close to the airport. We arrived and found the hot tub was green and freezing and the pool was disgusting hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. We went to the front and requested a cancellation. They said no problem and off we went to walk to a new hotel. Lo and behold they will not refund us for a hotel room we didn’t even stay in. I never complain,but this was just awful. I also heard a woman complain on the phone that her room was filthy and things weren’t working. Steer clear these guys are crooks!

The staff were fine! The shuttle was the worst I have experienced: dirty, broken down. Not one seatbelt worked. Driver ( one-handed) talking with one phone while reading a second phone at 60 mph

I like that the property was conveniently close to the DFW airport. At check-in, the agent definitely didn’t give me any information about the amenities of the property. Nothing said about the pool, “gift shop”, breakfast hours, check out time, shuttle services… NOTHING! when I got to my room, there wasn’t a tv guide or information book like most hotels have. I kinda just had to look for everything myself. Parking was outrageously ridiculous. If there were NO spots available, you had to park in the no parking zone/fire lane. The agent said I would be ok to park there but I just wasn’t feeling that because what if an emergency happened or if they towed my vehicle, then I’d have one big issue on my hand. I stayed there 3N4D & didn’t need housekeeping because it was only me. I had everything I needed & didn't have to bother the front desk for anything.

Their parking lot is not big enough when they’re at capacity. They literally just tell you to park in the fire lane Because they have no other options. Apparently, this is a fairly common occurrence..

Had a very comfortable stay at Comfort Suites DFW airport. The hotel offered a complimentary shuttle bus to and from the airport. The room we stayed in was comfortable and very quiet. Just be mindful that there is no on-site restaurant. Common areas quite shabby and and need of an update.

Transportation van from airport was in bad condition. Some seats did not have working seatbelts and every seat was occupied. Don’t see that as safe. Good mid grade hotel other than that.

Walked in and the whole lobby smelled like weed, upstairs in the hall smelled like weed. Bathroom had long hairs around the tub and a baby cockroach walking around the floor. Opened a fresh towel after showering and found hairs in it. Bed sheets had some staining and holes.

The property appeared nice on the exterior but, once inside was quite unkempt. The chairs in the lobby were stained and elevator was dirty. Our room wasn’t much better…the couch had stains on it, my daughter tried to turn the lamp on and the lamp shade completely fell off like it had just been propped up to begin with. The bathroom floor was dirty, the toilet paper holders were falling out of the wall. When we left that evening to go and get some dinner, there were two roaches that my daughter and granddaughter killed on our way out. We didn’t bother eating breakfast there after seeing that..

What you would expect. Pretty run down, but I was there for a quick 6 hour sleep. All I needed. Temperatures in the rooms you can only turn down to 68 9which I need colder to sleep) and when the ac kicks on, it's loud.

Shuttle never showed up at airport and return times were inconvenient, so we had to uber both ways which made my costs higher. Staff had one man trying to appease a lot of airline interruption stays, long line when we arrived and no other staff came to help him. He did get us in a room in about 15 minutes, and was polite.

This hotel has a very rude staff. I tried to call the hotel many times. No one would answer then my room did not have heat and it was 48° outside and I was so cold all night. I could not sleep the front desk. Guy said it’s a new type of AC system and they were having problems with getting the heat to work. Did nothing for my inconvenience or offer me any type of compensation. The airport shuttle was late and I almost missed my flight when they drop me off at the airport. The driver did not get out to get my bags from the rear of the van and drove away with my bags now they want me to pay to have my bag shipped. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had at any hotel in my life. It’s really a joke honestly

I had made this reservation 3 months in advance. I contacted the property 2 days before and confirmed reservation stating that we would be arriving late in evening. On day of travel, plane was delayed 50 minutes. Upon arrival in Dallas I called the hotel and asked for airport shuttle which came and picked us up. Arrived at property at 11:45 pm to be told that my reservation had been cancelled and there were no room available. No help trying to find us other accommodation, just nope you not staying here. A disgrace

The area was convenient and near surrounding shops and restaurants. However, getting staff to clean was a shore in itself. They wanted you to request the night before for service to have your room clean. This was not relayed in check in. Called the desk and they said will send someone. Someone came just to give you towels and trash bags and had their child with them. Having to request service when this should be automatically provided was like begging someone to do their job. I do not plan to stay at this comfort suites again.

I didn’t have very many complaints other than there weren’t any areas to eat close by. I had to DoorDash. There was a red splash of some kind of liquid in the bathroom. I’m hoping it wasn’t blood. Otherwise, I’d go there again if I was in the Dallas area.

The hotel appeared to be tidy, but very "lived in", old and worn. My husband and I stayed one night because of missing our connection because of weather delays. It was close to the airport, which was a plus. But the room needed updating badly. The best part of our stay was the free shuttle to the airport.

Everything was good. It's just the breakfast. Hope it could be better. For 3 days, it's always sausage and powdered egg. You may substitute it with bacon and boiled egg every other day maybe. I always check the breakfast everytime i book a hotel room.

Check in was fast room was spacious stayed 4 nights. Tv had no remote control told front desk soon we arrived they told us maintenance will bring one. They never did . Breakfast was some bread eggs and uncooked sausage NO COFFE. machine was broke . For 2 days they did not have any plates how were you supposed to get food with no PLATES told them but they did not care .

i wish i spent a little more on a different hotel because we waited over an hour in the cold for the hotel shuttle. we were told because the shuttle goes to many other hotels. i also booked this hotel because of the free breakfast and i thought we would have enough time before our early flight. i wasn't aware breakfast starts at 7am.
