THE POOL AREA WAS VERY DIRTY, TRASH FALLING OUT OF THE TRASH CAN. THERE WAS ANOTHER FULL TRASH BAG JUST THERE AS WELL. IT STAYED LIKE THAT FOR 2 DAYS.

I was very unhappy with my stay at this property. When we arrived we were informed the elevator was not in service. I was traveling with my 70 year old mother and we were put on the 3rd floor. When something was said about it we were told that was the only room and we if we canceled we would still be charged. Then on Saturday morning we went down for breakfast around 8 A.M. and there was hardly anything to choose from. When asked about bringing more out we were told they were bringing it. When they brought it all the brought out was some cold sausages. Then on Sunday morning we checked out and I grabbed a bagel from the breakfast area for the road. When I started to eat it the looked and it had mold growing on it. I will never stay here again!!!

Very poor choice made by me. There was a dead cockroach in the room and the refrigerator was leaking. The guy at the front desk was kind and swapped my room. The new room had a house gecko which ran off and hid under the bed. The elevator had a smoke smell. The people were seen with beer bottles next to main entrance.

During our two-night stay, we saw two cockroaches. The bedding had many stains, and the doors and furniture were old and damaged. The sofa bed was so dirty that it couldn’t be used. The first room we were given had a strong smell of cigarettes, and the hallway smelled like marijuana. After we asked, the staff kindly moved us to another room. Despite the issues with the room, all the staff members were very friendly and helpful.

Hair in the sheets, mold around the caulking of the shower, dusty lights, nasty spots in the ceiling, table was beat up and the chair next to it had stains all over it. Some things you can’t control but the room felt gross overall. The inside of the tub needed to be painted again. I’ve stayed in Comfort Inn several times but this was a terrible stay. Not to mention, we were given the keys to a room that had someone sleeping in it.

The room was not in good shape. Light bulbs were out. There was a wad of chewed gum just laying on a table. The sheets were stained. And the room was very dark. I was with a group and the couch in their room had a horrible stain as well. We will not be staying there again.

My stay was just okay. When I first arrived, I saw a roach right away and had to go back to the front desk. The staff was helpful and gave me a new room, but the second one still wasn’t very clean—there was debris on the floor and hair on the bathroom counter. The next morning, I found another roach in the bathroom towels. Bed bug trails on ceiling piles of dirt on kitchen floor, stained sofa bed, cupboards with dust and dirt all over, no handle on microwave, icemaker in frid broken and the hotels main ice machine broken. No attempt to clean room at all. Wouldnt even sit on living room furniture. Dirtest hotel ive ever stayed in. Whoever they are paying to review this place as clean haven't stayed here. I have pics if anyone would like them you can try to contact me. Also refused to give me a receipt for what monies i had coming checking out early

Our stay was decent. Room had no windows so couldn’t get any fresh air and turned the air in the room very stuffy, which was uncomfortable for me and my older son cause carpets and curtains can be challenging for us.

I loved the hotel and the inside of the hotel until it was time to turn the tv on it wouldn’t work or come on . Front desk told us it’s a “maintenance problem” , but we were only there for a night so it wasn’t a big of a deal overall 9.5/10 !

Room was decent. Very noisy a/c, like pie tins tumbling in a dryer. Definitely needs some updating. Chipped paint, scuffed and broken furniture (dresser drawers and closet did not close). Plus, the bed wasn’t very comfy. Not worth the amount I paid. The room was clean and the front desk employee was friendly.

Had to move thru Two rooms before I was set into the most decent room. The room I settled for had a dirty headboard, un mopped and un swept. The sofas in every room were dirty including the one I settled for. The laundry facility appeared to have never been wiped down or attempted to be clean. There was only one ice machine on the third floor. Evening staff is rude and unprofessional. Management has no time consideration for guest for repair construction being conducted from 10pm - 12pm in the evening in the room next to me. Nothing was posted or advised upon my arrival of midnight repairs.

I booked the room because it was listed with a pool. Without notice, the pool was closed. With no reasoning. The concierge was rude. The mattresses were so old they have huge brown stains.

We didn't arrive until 4am. I didn't know i needed to call if i was late. I thought the booking agency took care of that. Needless to say, they canceled my reservation but the gentleman at the desk allowed us to go to the room with the promise to return at 7 to speak with the manager. I don't remember his name but i really appreciate it. Thank you to him and the manager.

The male front desk personnel, Saturday and Sunday 7am to 3pm AND 3pm to 11pm shifts were extraordinarily kind and accommodating. They greet you coming and going to instill true hospitality. Such gentlemen! I hope you guys read this and know you're the best. The female host on Monday morning was abundantly cheerful all day and served a FREE scrumptious breakfast buffet with the most delightful smile, etiquette and cherry disposition. Our stay here was excellent! We stayed here for 3 days. Check in was easy. Front desk staff was friendly and got us anything we needed with ease. The cleaning staff was incredibly friendly and checked with us daily to see if we needed fresh sheets, towels or toiletries. Everyday when we met up with them in the halls, they said hi and smiled. Breakfast was simple, but was always available from 6-9. When we walked into our room upon arrival it was super clean, smelled nice and the AC was on so it was nice and cold! At night the curtains blocked out light and our room was quiet. I would definitely recommend anyone to stay here. We will be back when visiting Houston again.

Stayed overnight with husband and 2 kids after being in Galveston over the week as our flight home was early. Outside of hotel was sketchy when we first got there, and outside our window was a couple sitting on their truck tailgate listening to music and drinking beer. They were not staying at the hotel. But inside was very nice. Staff was great.

Front desk check in was easy and they were very welcoming and polite. The hotel was quiet, clean, and the beds super comfy! We only stayed one night and is was nice. The breakfast was decent, but not amazing! I think the fruit needs to be changed out but the waffle stations rocked!

The hotel was good in general. Room in good shape for the family. The breakfast was not. Scarce, really few options and not so well organized and attended. The ammenities as shampoo and soap were not enough. They try to reduce costs on what also matters: be comfortable at the shower and having a decent breakfast.
