The property needs an uplift! Old everything! Plumbing is horrible. I stayed two days and the water from the shower was still in tub when I left. Toilet flushes, but not well, have to flush numerous times. People live on property and has been from the looks of the environment. Please don't walk by, RUN!!

key card reader did not work.. tv had no channels nor did the direct tv work.. restroom wouldnt flush taking the top off and doing by hand..

The first room they tried putting me in wasn't cleaned or somebody was still in there not sure which one then they moved me into one of the TV doesn't work in so they moved me to another one and the hot water didn't work in there but the hot water works in the one I was in the second time so they let me go in there to take a shower but Avis tidied up the room and told me not to make too big of a mess in there cuz he's going to rent it out and not to use the towels in there so I don't know if they actually cleaned it before renting it back out the ice machine doesn't work they wanted me to walk over to Quality Inn and use their ice machine and the TV in my third room it worked but there was lines through the whole TV so the quality of it was awful

It was a place to stay. Overall good. My only complaint is at check in I got a room and the key didn't work so went back to office to get fixed and no one at window, so I had waited an hour to get fixed, got new key didn't work, so after all the back and forth I finally was given another room 2 hours after check it time I was finally able to get in a room to go to sleep

The most cockroachs Ive ever seen in a hotel room about 25 when I got in the room a few were smashed with a blood stain on floor! On the bed, walls an ceilings!! Heater didn't work,no remote to TV.

Dirty room and shower, shower has pee stains and smells like pee. Dead bugs on walls and floor. Blood on the restroom door, the floor wasn’t swept or mopped. Bed sheets were dirty and stained, the mattress was horrible and literally on its last thread, ac didn’t work, NASTY NASTY NASTY. the pictures on the web are false advertisement, the rooms and lobby look nothing like that. If I would have known that I wouldn’t have booked the room. And the rooms are NON REFUNDABLE!!!

Roaches......roaches everywhere, in the tub, on the floors, on the walls.....dope fiens and prostitutes outside making noise alllll night, the Indian at the counter is hardly ever there, never ever will I go there again

Dingy, but it's a motel and you get what you pay for. Wouldn't have bothered me, but booked a NON-SMOKING room and the whole room reeked of cigarettes. All my clothes smelled of smoke after I left. There's a reason why they offer a free soda for a review. Only stay here if you're short on cash and don't mind smelling like a smoker.

I liked that the tv worked with no problem but, there were dead bugs right when we walked in the door - glad they were dead. Also, the noise from the highway was too much, she gave me a room that stank and was right in the front across from highway.

Room had a leak in the ceiling right onto the center of the bed, mattress was incredibly thin and you could feel the springs, we saw three roaches and several other insects in the room, not to mention the entire facility was very run down. Had to wait ages for staff to man the desk when checking in/out. The bathroom light was also non-functional.

No staff was reachable at the front desk for over 15 minutes. It seemed as if prostitution was taking place on the premises. Bars on the windows. We chose to forfeit our money and stay elsewhere.

The gentleman at the front desk was so nice and had tje patience of a saint while i tried to unravel all the errors i made booking my stay online using one of my pay-over-time apps, I made a colossal mess of simple booking that took about two hours to fix but he was nice about it and let me do what I had to do in the lobby and once it sll got figured out he just handed me my key with a smile and told me to have a good night. Somebody give yhat man a raise!

The front desk person was friendly and accomodating. I feel some stmpathy for the owner of this particular property, considering the room was clean and the parking lot well taken care of, it appears he is a victim of circumstance and environment as much of his clientel were disrespectful, walking around and yelling at each other all night, asking other guests for money in the parking lot and there were cars driving through the parking lot dropping people off and picking people up all night as well. I will say there were camers everywhere and my room was moved to the front of the building next to the office after expressing my concerns for safety. I stayed because the desk person assured me it was safe and did all he could to ease my mind, also the room was clean, they acccept my puppy and it was conveniently located.

They are so unprofessional the lady in the office was yelling at me in front of my two kids and she was telling other people who don't work there my business the house keeping was not doing their job my kids was bitting by bugs and the lady didn't care about that at all

It was a place to stay. Overall good. This is a good hotel that we got for a family in need in the area. They loved it. Of course, this is NOT A HOTEL ! So, level-set your expectations. Overall, the area was quiet and though the place was somewhat old, I saw the staff going out of their way to help. They also took good care of the place, and had the non-smoking rooms separate from the smoking rooms. For the price, this is a good deal !

I was stranded in Houston and Hotel 6 was within walking distance. Place was old, dirty, and very shady with shady people hanging around outside doing drugs. I paid $50 so it was expected. I stayed here because I had to. i could have uber'd somewhere else but had to be back at Penske at 7 a.m. so I took the chance. I survived the night but if you can afford another place then do it.
