The hotel is close to the station, and the directions were very easy to follow. The surrounding area is quiet and away from the crowds, making it a perfect place for a relaxing stay. The staff was incredibly kind and accommodating—they handled my late check-in and luggage storage without any issues. They were also very responsive and polite when I contacted them via email. I would definitely stay here again! Thank you♪

The area was nice with restaurants, small shops and quite close to the underground station. Also on walking distance to Primrose Hill and the London Zoo. The breakfast was good with fresh fruit and hot food but the room was quite noisy. Better to sit outside if weather allows and you wish to eat at a busy time.

Staff were friendly and very helpful. A joy to deal with actually. Fab location. Clean and comfortable room. I would Deffo stay here again. Lovely area with lots of great restaurants, supermarkets, coffee shops and an awesome bookstore too.

At arrival the manager helped us settle and get registered due to the automated system’s inability to process reservations using Expedia format. Very helpful, polite and professional

pre booked room months ago, staff tried to put us in a lesser room, saying no rooms available and even suggested going to a different inn for a night , (had been up since 4am flying back from europe). Totally bizarre interaction. i was having none of it and eventually got an appropriate room!!!! Premier Inn , although convenient to my daughter's apartment is a never again. Wotif advocating such a place is never again, (i have been using Wotif on and off for years but this was a terrible and odd interaction.
