The listing incorrectly says there is a car charger there. There is NO car charger. When I tried to eat the free breakfast, the eggs, bacon, and yogurt were empty. The breakfast tables were dirty and sticky. The front counter was sticky when I checked in. I killed two tiny bugs in the bathroom which I think were baby roaches. I booked two nights but after the first night I left for better accommodations.

Courteus and Profesional Front desk staff. Nice breakfast, very clean. Location was perfect. Did not like pool was dirty for the entire stay, however it got clean when we check out.!!

1. The curtains wouldn't close all the way. 2. The floor inside was very slippery in the main part of the room after because of the humidity outside. 3. The building was being painted outside so had to smell that the whole stay. 4. Pool was closed, water was green when checked n then last day there they cleaned the pool. I'm a professional bowler and travel all over the county. So, this was a very unpleasant stay was not restful and affected my performance bowling.

Booked this property specifically because it stated had on site electric car charging. When we went to check in there was no car charging. The room was roasting hot and the hvac was set at 84. I tried turning it down, but it still blew hot air. I turned it off, but it turned back on during the night. We arrived around midnight so did not want the hassle of trying to change to another room. The bottom edge of the bathroom door was chipped away leaving a 1.5-2 inch gap. The flush handle on the toilet was wonky and it was a challenge to get it to flush. Not impressed and without car charging it further impacted our travel the next day

The hotel was clean and convenient. The staff was kind although terribly limited. The pool was beautiful ants clean. Unfortunately the bar and restaurant area were closed for renovations, which was completely inconvenient and I was terribly unaware of. But overall the staff is doing a great job and it was fully worth the ADR (rate).

It was a dump. Loud music from the bar that shook the bed, it was dirty, to pool was so cloudy you couldnt see the ladder steps, we were ignored trying to check in, the bathroom door didnt close, the room keys didnt work and had to be reprogrammed (both of them), the breakfast was awful including bad coffee, the television didnt work and I was told no one on property could fix it. Overall, not worth the money we spent. We considered checking out and going somewhere else, but since we had paid in full ahead of time, it would have been a waste to spend more money elsewhere.

I had to change my room 3 times. TV did not work & the door wasn't lining up, air conditioner broke middle of night, room had big cocker roaches. I want half of my money reimbursement. Weeked was disappointing. The property need to be power wash.

For $146, this was ridiculous. Check in took 20 minutes, we got to our room and it smelled of smoke/mildew. It did seem clean, but the smell was bad. The air conditioning didn’t work well. Unfortunately, our stay was completely ruined by other guests. From 10 pm-2+, doors were slamming every minute and people were screaming. No sleep received.

Rooms are advertised as non smoking, however we tried 3 different rooms and each one smelled worse of cigarette smoke than the last. Ended up leaving because my wife is allergic to cigarettes. Also there were bugs in the last room. Very poor on the cleanliness and would not recommend.

The room was nice and clean but when my boyfriend took a shower the tub leaked and water was everywhere! We had to use all the towels to clean up and we ended up cutting our staycay short and going home early the next day so we could properly shower. The toilet is also very loud and when you flush you have to wait 5 minutes for the noise to die down. The walls are paper thin and we could hear everything from the family next door as I am sure they heard us.

The room was fairly clean and it looks like they recently remodeled the room, but it\'s not perfect. The AC/Fan seemed like it was as old as the building. The grounds and building were alright, but definitely need some updating. The internet was HORRIBLE, it was WIDE open with no password required and NO guest isolation, it was like the wild west of wireless access. Additionally, all the room TVs are also on the network so I was getting a notification every couple minutes to allow a connection to a "smart device", even though I was not trying to connect to the TV at all. The worst part about the notification, since the remote is a custom remote, you can\'t deny it or get the message to go away at all, so you are stuck looking at the notification until it goes away. I opened a Samsung remote control app and just scanned for TVs to see what was on the wireless network, EVERY SINGLE TV was available. No wonder I kept getting those notifications to connect a smart device every 2 minutes, anyone could try to connect to any TV as long as they were on the wide open Best Western wireless network. I brought this problem up to staff, but I don\'t think it was addressed at all before my stay was over. My recommendation, if you HAVE to use the wireless network, make real sure you are using a VPN to tunnel ALL your network traffic or anyone can see what you are doing online, and I would not do anything sensitive on the wireless network like banking.

This was a great value for money which had been recently upgraded. That being said, the AC was VERY noisy and needed to run all night as the humidity in the room was definitely high. Overall good experience but not great nights sleep.

Reservation was cancelled w/o any notification. Only reason that I found out was because a week before check-in I called to add a name to the reservation and they let me know that the reservation had been canceled. They said that letters were mailed that morning, although I never received one even after check in day. Apparently it had to do with construction and a city inspection. The lack of communication was horrendous.

Got there to check in and the building was closed due to unsafe conditions. Had a sign plastered to the door and it was locked up tight. No one bothered to call or email about it either. Booked my room 2-3 months in advance. Had to go to another hotel right behind this one.

This was a last minute booking for a trip to the Arlington Area to make a delivery. The gentleman at the front desk at check-in was very friendly and helpful. The Motel in a good value for someone not trying to break the bank. It is more of a Motel in a sense, where the doors to the room are on the outside, but there is an exterior wall that you must have a key to enter, so it was secure. Plenty of parking for vehicles with trailers, buses, etc.

The room was clean, however just a tad outdated and smaller than expected. The continental breakfast was probably the most extensive and best breakfast I've ever had at a hotel. Very good. Staff was hardworking and professional. I would stay again and recommend to anyone traveling the area.

I didn’t read the reviews well enough. This was a two story, more like motel. It was secured by doors to the parking lot. The restaurant and bar were not open, supposedly being renovated but we never saw anyone working. The “breakfast “ and I use that term loosely, was in one of the upstairs rooms, that had all the furniture removed. Coffee and omelette one day and did have sausage one day. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but a bit mid century modern feel. I was disappointed that Expedia nor Best Western had bothered to update the information on the site. Floors in room could have been cleaner and walls are paper thin. Heard neighbors TV on all night. Temporary breakfast area in rooms 286 and 287 was a cluster with one small toaster and always out of coffee. Overall affordable, nice staff and convenient location.
