Wyndham hotel was fairly quiet, clean and nice staff. However, the elevator was out of order for 2 full days and I was on the 4th floor for total of 6 days. Cleaning was done only twice. Breakfast was ok as expected. Swimming pool was fairly clean. I would recommend this hotel.

Staff was super nice, the heated pool was heated with ice cubes. The fit and finish in the hotel left a lot to be desired. And why put linoleum floors in the rooms?!?

The hotel itself was beautiful on the inside and pretty well kept on the outside. Breakfast was good and they had different food for Saturday and Sunday. The bed was super comfy. Both pools were great. Downsides: No blackout curtains so it was hard to sleep as our window was next to the parking lot lighting. The AC unit was loud and outdated. Beforehand, I also called the hotel and spoke with an agent from Hotels.com to get a crib put in the room but when we arrived it wasnt put in as requested and said no note was added. Also the crib is not a full size crib so its not for young toddlers.

The gym was sub par. Bike seat broken off and unusable. The equipment and room could only handle 1-2 people at a time. Ants in the room! Everywhere! I chose this hotel because it had a gym, pool and restaurant. The restaurant was closed on Saturday. On the plus side: staff was super helpful and eager to please. The breakfast was good and our Friday evening meal in the restaurant was nice. The pool was great especially in the HOT temps. The air conditioning in the room was great and the beds comfortable. Location for where we were wanting to go perfect.

Didn’t like the fact that there was a very unruly party with people not staying at the hotel wondering the hallways and making a lot of noise. No one came around to ask them to stay in the banquet area. Very scary at times.

Needs an exterminator immediately. There are baby ants in the room. No carpet on the floor AND THE FLOOR IS DIRTY. U cannot walk barefooted on the floor, without needing to wipe your feet. I/we would never stay here again. Period.

The beds were super comfy and the location is by almost everything!I would definitely stay again.The cleanliness of this property was a 7/10. There were stains on the bathroom wall by the sink,hair strands also randomly in the bathroom and someone’s socks were under the bed I slept in.I would recommend but they need to do better.

I was on the 1st floor, which is the basement. My room had mold in several places, the air conditioner did not work. The flooring was moving and cracking as I walked on it (with shoes on because the floor wasnt clean). The bathroom had black hair on the floor. I felt like I was sleeping in a dungeon. Only positive was the sheets were clean, believe me, I checked.

There was always someone speaking or laughing loudly in the halls every night between the hours of 11pm to 3am, which woke me and my guest every time. There was no courtesy from the loud guests as they walked the hallway to their respective rooms. It was like they didn't believe people slept during those hours. The toilet was extremely low, which was not easy to use as an adult but it was just the right height for a toddler. Overall my stay was okay.

One of the nicer Wyndams and very convenient. The room was large however there was an issue with the AC/heater and periodically it sounded as if someone was rattling a bag all through the night. I would stay here again.

Checked in on Friday. Everything seemed to go well. They didn't have my second card on file for incidentals, got our cards. I reminded the desk clerk that I was to get extra pillows. I have to sleep sitting up because of shoulder surgery. I asked three more times for pillows, every couple hours because our key cards kept getting deactivated and no I didn't have them near electronics. Saturday morning, we went to breakfast again. The key is deactivated, came back downstairs. Again, asked about my pillows, an extra blanket. So we're on number 5 now. We got back saturday afternoon.Two pillows no extra blanket. I told the girl she didn't have to clean the room but I needed towels. So when I came back out, she said, we have no big towels. What??????? The deactivating cards were a big pain in the behind because we were on the fourth floor. Food was good for breakfast. Saturday, I went out and bought 2 pills because I didn't trust that I was gonna get the pillows. I was in so much pain from not sleeping correctly. I don't think I was asking much. Numerous guests waiting at the elevator said that their keys kept deactivating.Also, so I know it wasn't just me.

this property was awful. the rooms thermostats were on heat and it was pushing 80. The staff were extremely rude and seemed racist. We were the only Black people there and the staff, as well as patrons kept staring at us and were short tempered when we asked valid standard questions. i.e where is the ice machine, is breakfast included or charged? We walked in and waited because there was no one at the front desk. Not to mention housekeeping came and was knocking on our door extremely loud, waking both of us up around 8:45 to clean our room... even when our checkout was 1pm AND the standard checkout foe the hotel was 11. it was extremely confusing and their was a language barrier so it was a bit awkward trying to explain. Besides that, the shower curtain and pillow case was stained yellow? and the wifi was not working? Overall just not a good experience.

Excellent staff and the service was amazing. The room was very nice and clean. Great value for the room. I would probably avoid staying near the elevator in the future since the traffic from people coming and going is heavy. This hotel was the best hidden gem in Manassas Virginia I have found. I would stay here again and advise anyone looking to stay in this area to give them a try. I give them 9.8 out of 10

Check in was quick and easy. The girl who assisted us was very friendly and efficient. However, the other evening front desk girl was very condescending to us when we had a problem with our room. She rolled her eyes at us and told us we were obviously not doing what was needed to start our AC in our room. We told her there was an ERR code on it and she said to go back and try again. It took us over 2 hours to convince her it wasn’t working before she switched us to a different room. Once we switched, our time there was fine.

The only problem we had with this hotel was cleaning staff trying to enter our room at 8:30 in the morning. If we didn’t have our deadbolt engaged they would have entered while we were waking up. Then they tried to enter again at 9:45. We were only staying one night. There was no need to enter our room until we checked out.

On the one hand, the property was well priced and had easy on-off access to I66. But it was very dated. The room had the noisiest a/c EVER, and woke me up every 15 minutes all night long when it kicked in. Pretty miserable breakfast. Took two bites of what tasted like powdered eggs and left to eat breakfast out.
