The property was well maintained. Staff was friendly and helpful. We had an issue at check in and they quickly changed our room with no problems. It was quiet and parking was great. My only issue was the beds. They were very comfortable but really high off the ground and hard to get into for a shorter person.

Checked in to the hotel later in the day. Check in was quick and easy. Sadly the pool was closed for cleaning. Other than that the hotel is clean, rooms are big and beds are comfortable. Staff is friendly and helpful as well.

This hotel DOES NOT HAVE AN EV CHARGER, even though it says they do online. I find it shocking that there are hotels without chargers in 2025. It was a huge inconvenience, because we had planned to charge the car overnight. The rooms are okay, but kind of small. The gym doesn't have a peloton bike. The front desk staff are lovely, and everyone who works here is friendly and apologetic.

Nice place for a over night stay, the bedding was very comfortable and clean and no issue with check in/ out. My cons was having issues with the tv when we arrived it was off line and unplugged so we had to wait for it to start up and load and once on it seem like it would freeze when channel surfing and the pool and Jacuzzi area was nice and clean on the small side but it was a nice weekend getaway.

The entire time we were there the hall smelled of weed. I reported it but was told there was nothing they could do by the front desk worker. The tiles in the bathroom were cracked and broken. Cut my foot on a lifted tile. The indoor pool was cold which i figured since it was winter but the hot tub wasnt even 95 degrees. Would never stay there againThe only positive was the check in woman was very nice

Easy parking, super clean, and very friendly people! The room was large, the bed was so comfortable, and the sheets were the softest I’ve encountered in a long time! My only issue was the hot tub could have been warmer. Highly recommend if you’re going to stay in the area.

The place was clean! I chose this place for the spa. (Pool, hot tub, gym) I was happy I did! The staff was kind and classy. There is a restaurant inside where I bought breakfast and it was really good for under $10. I will stay here again. Thank you.

Our sheets and bathroom were clean but there was dead bugs squished to the wall, a mildew smell when you walked in (I’m guessing due to the pool being beside us so whatever) the room outlets looked dirty and outdated, however my biggest complaint I have, I got charged double with out permission due to being checked in wrong. When asked for help asma was very kind but I was told to call Expedia myself for their mistake. After all morning of trying to contact someone through Expedia I was given multiple dead end phone numbers. When dealing with the manager I was rushed off the phone and told he will deal with it later. My husband called and was still not helpful . Apparently it is being dealt with however we will see what bs they come up with. Will never book with this hotel again. I shouldn’t have to deal with this the following morning after returning from our stay.

checked in late, around 1 a.m., and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. The front desk staff was unfriendly and offered little to no customer service. My room key didn’t work properly, and each time I went back to have it fixed, the staff made it seem like a major inconvenience. After the third attempt, I requested a new room. The lobby had a strong, unpleasant odor that made me feel nauseous, and the overall property appeared dated and poorly maintained. The carpet didn’t seem freshly vacuumed, the bathroom was only partially cleaned, and the room felt as though it hadn’t been properly prepared for a guest. If it hadn’t been so late when I arrived, I would have canceled my stay and chosen another hotel.

There was a nail clipping in the soap dish on the sink. The mattress wasn’t aligned with the frame so the bed skirt was exposed and GROSS. Horrible stains and stuff on it. Could see hand prints and nail marks on the head board.

The ‘block out’ curtains are faux. They do not actually have a track to run on to cover the window from the HUGE outside spotlights. Slept horribly and can hear everything in the hallway (younger kids running unattended). I will not come back here

The service was great. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was out of date, the hair dryer was broken, and the toilet had flush issues. The tv was very old with few options. We prefer a smart tv so we can access our own streaming accounts.

When we got there they asked us to put 100 hold on our card for incidentals. We only had cash and they refused to check us in even though the room was already paid for. We had to call a relative. We were from out of town and no exceptions were made. The front desk guy was rude and had no customer service skills and was asleep in the back. We also had an invasion of ants in the room. They were all on the floor and on the kids shoes, trash can,tables and bed. When I told the guy at the desk he stated that the room had been rented out all week and there was no problems, implying that I was not telling the truth and he refused to look at the video or move us. When the manager came in he did offer a 20 voucher for breakfast. I wont be going back there. Not to that location anyway.

Room and everything were fine to great. Only issue was dealing with the front desk (couldn’t locate my reservation AT FIRST despite making it mere HOURS before arrival) and having to stand there for 20-30 minutes while watching everyone else get addressed FIRST.

They are way under staffed, so expect everything to take awhile. The pool was heated with ice cubes. We requested a roll away but never got the bed. It's weird to me in today's world there'd be a pay for restaurant in a hotel in this price point in this location right of the highway. Other wise the room was clean, building was nice.

The bed was way to high. I though the walls looked a little dingy. Breakfast was the strange thing. You pay ahead and then it’s a menu u have to choose from , you can’t get on and coffee. I thought the hotel manger was rude and tried to accuse me of not paying through app. Charged me 3 times for one stay. All set with this hotel.

web site that there was Free Breakfast available but the front desk stated this was not accurate--the breakfast was at their restaurant & there was a charge for these items. Also, we were under impression the Battlefield site was closer than listed on web site--also should factor in the outrageous traffic & road construction in the area. It like triples the time.

The mattress was horrible. A hammock would have been more comfortable. The service at the restaurant was abysmal. The server forgot ordered orange juice 3 times after 2 reminders! It is the first time I have not given a server a tip. I would recommend serving a complimentary breakfast for the guests. I have a feeling the staff would be better to keep up with that rather than serving individual tables. I regret not having paid extra to stay at Hampton Inn.
