We were very disappointed to discover that they charge $10 a day for parking considering it’s not New York City or Chicago…it’s not a big city. Also, the lot is not secure.m, so I’m not sure why they are charging $10. The hotel and the rooms are pretty rundown and need updating. The bistro is way overpriced. Most Marriotts and Hiltons include a hot breakfast for free. We won’t be staying here again.

Front desk was amazing ; pool and hot tub just what we needed. Room waa clean but small for an executive room with balcony. Couldnt really enjoy the balcony the whole time due to bees. The bed was not comfortable for me at all even tho i have backniaaues i think it was too firm. I would go back if paasing thru but comfort is very importanat and because of the beed and size of the room i would not make this my preferred hotel. Slightly disappointed becauae the courtyard used to be one of our first choices. Dis not eat at the Bistro thebyoung lady seemed bothered and food choices were basic. Couldnt wait to get home to my bed for the comfort and good night sleep

This Marriott is a very convenient Manchester property, located in the heart of shopping with easy access to major roads. The staff are helpful and the building is well kept, though on the older side needing updates. My only real complaint is that the elliptical didn’t work in the gym, but other than that my stay was pleasant and hassle free.

Front check in was great. The power outlets over the night stands were loose. Multiple hairs in shower wall near the water faucet yikes. They have eco friendly baskets that are very small. My trash was overflowing as a result. The breakfast is not complimentary which threw me off. Not cheap either. Finally, be prepared for a $10 overnight parking fee. All set.

The room was not cleaned as it should be. Bathroom had hair on floor, sink, and tub. Asked for another room, same situation. These rooms need to be vacuumed. It is obvious they are not!

No bedding for pull out couch, asked 3 times at the front desk, every time he told me 5 minutes, an hour later I go back and he screams in my face in a crowded lobby, very rude and unprofessional, then came back with just a pile of bed linens, pillows and a blanket and practically threw them on a chair for me to bring to the room myself, discovered the linen closet was directly opposite our room and it took an hour!!!! We didn’t check in until 9pm and the room should have been ready at 3. The location is close to restaurants which is convenient and the gym was clean, however, the stairwells looked like they hadn’t been vacuumed in ages, there was food and a white powder all over them and as far as staff go, I was not impressed at all!

The lobby seemed fine, and the person that checked me in, in the front desk was very nice. The room is dated, the pull out couch, is very small and the mattress is thin. The way the room was described online, and in comparison to other courtyards I’ve been in this is deceiving. The bathtub wasn’t clean properly after the last guests. There’s shaved hairs ( I think that’s what there’s called), and Also mold on the ceiling.

This property is sufficient. The exterior isn’t the greatest. Entering, the lobby area looks nice. The staff is nice and welcoming. Beyond the lobby, you start to notice that things just look worn down. The rooms are similarly worn down. They are fine but you’ll notice small things. Holes in the linens, shower surround is discolored, the sink faucet is comically too small, and such. Overall, it is fine and gets the job done. It’s better than a motel. Probably better than a Best Western or a DaysInn. But unless your budget is forcing you to stay here, I’d prefer to pay a few extra dollars a night and stay at a better property in this area.

When you walk in, it looks very nice. Cute little area to sit and eat. However, the room was beyond dirty. The coffee machine in the room looked like it has never been cleaned, dusty and inside where you place the water was white and crusty looking. There was some sort of substance that was dried and dripped all on the front of the bathroom door. There was a musty smell that was evident from the second we walked into the room, so strong that we had to spray perfume to try and mask it. We went to get breakfast in the morning and there was no attendant to be found to order, so we ended up just checking out and getting breakfast elsewhere. The good thing was that it was in a convenient location to where we were going that evening. However, for the price we paid, this was not the experience that we were expecting.

Clean, pleasant and everything works in the room. The pool was small but seemed well-kept. The hot tub hit the spot. These are older rooms with few power outlets. The hotel has tried to address this by adding power outlets on lamps etc., but these are the kind that your plug falls out of easily. There is also one USB port on the alarm clock. The wifi was fast though and there was no extra fee for it. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Conveniently located near an Electrify America station, but overnight L2 EV charging would really clinch the deal for us.

In order to access the WiFi, you are OBLIGATED to SIGN-UP for Marriott Rewards. Seriously! Unbelievable! Yes, it's free, but whoever heard of such a thing?! I don't want to sign-up for anything, I just want the same free wifi access any Motel 6 (or library, for that matter) offers. Ridiculous. Also, the both mattresses in the room were extremely worn and lumpy. Quite uncomfortable.

The staff here is very nice and welcoming. It's pretty quiet unless you have noisy neighbors, which we did on one side. However it didn't ruin our stay. Furniture and decor are a little tired but the bed is super comfortable! Super clean too.

Stayed here several times. Was happy with location and service. Staff was quick to help with some things we needed. In this age of streaming, hotels might think tv service and channels aren’t a big deal but for me it is. Most channels are either news or sports. Some other options would be nice. Also tv reception sometimes is problematic. This time I had a suite with 2 tvs. One tv did not have all the channels as the other.

We stayed in room 200, no complaints other than the TV being a little staticky for some channels & the water pressure in the shower wasn’t great. Husband said the traffic was noisy @ night but I didn’t hear a thing lol. Kids had fun in the pool hot tub. Pool smaller than I pictured but we had the whole pool to ourselves the night & day we were there, the kids loved it. Clean rooms & main areas, clean spool/hot tub, nice people. Would stay again if needed.

My stay was disappointing. The hotel felt dark, gloomy, and outdated with a strong musty odor. The cleaning staff was ineffective, and despite changing rooms, the TVs never worked consistently. I stayed for three nights and found the overall experience unpleasant. Unfortunately, there aren’t many better hotel options in the area, but I would not return unless improvements are made.

It was a nice hotel and the service was good but I was annoyed that literally everything from parking on cost extra and the prices for their food was outrageous. $15.50 for two fried eggs and potatoes is out there. It's not at the level it's charging for but it's a nice, clean hotel. The walls are thin and the hall light BEAMS through the doors which was terrible for sleeping. And the pipes in the walls are loud. But otherwise, it was comfortable.

The young lady who checked us in the first night exercised great customer service, was very friendly and was super helpful! The only negative was the lack of towels available at the pool. We had to ask the front desk for towels every time we visited the pool.

Only issue I have is that it takes them FOREVER to return the incidental deposit..(I still haven’t received my return) also the person next door to my room was smoking..and I bet they’re gonna blame me (I don’t smoke) and keep my deposit.sucks man

The bartender guy, had longer hair and an accent, didn\'t catch his name, was so sweet and helpful! Everyone at the front desk was friendly and welcoming. The "bistro" is kind of a joke though, it is more like a snack counter in the lobby. Thank you!

I usually stay at the Hampton Inn near Ellington when I visit my son and his family - I thought it was getting a bit pricey - so I found your hotel - I’ve stayed at other Courtyard Marriotts and have always even pleased - your hotel costs less but offers a restaurant - I don’t mind buying my own breakfast

The room was very clean. The staff was freindly and cheerful. The temperature in the room was great. The coffee in the room was terrible, which was bad since breakfast wasn't included and was very expensive in the cafe. The room seemed just a little small. Overall, i would stay there again.

Overall hotel was fine. Relatively updated- bistro nothing like photos in listing but I’d say better. Surprised that breakfast was not included but my fault for missing that detail. Ended up eating dinner and breakfast at the hotel. Dinner was pretty good and reasonably priced. Breakfast was a total rip off. Cost more than dinner and my breakfast sandwich was a premade microwaved deal ($12.50!). Clean enough and quiet though so it worked out fine.
