Clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great. Elevators were down and TV did not work properly so some minor inconveniences there. Also, would like to have been made aware ahead of time of the $200 hold placed on my bank card for “incidentals”.

Everything was perfect! They had the jacuzzi closed because it was being maintained… that was the only thing.

Pool and basketball court were nice.

The elevator closest to the front desk was having issues. Unless you pushed the open door button it sometimes missed your floor and it would take you to the next or back down. It would be nice if the outside seating in the center did have an actual covered part from the rain so you could still sit outside. We went to grill and all the seats outside were wet.

Good hotel 2 bad things were broken hot tub and 1 elevator broke so it made it a little frustrating but overall great stay

Expected more for the price, pool is closed on Saturday nights for treatment which should be changed. Most families are expecting to use the pool Saturday night

We always come to this hotel it is our little getaway but this time the pool and jacuzzi was down and as that being one of the main reasons we came it took away the fun.

I understand housekeeping is not a fun job. Maybe a clear discription for guests would help. Stayed 7 nights, room cleaned twice. Was told cleaning was every other day.

Staff was very professional. I was a bit early and was able to get in without any issues. The room was very clean and smelled wonderful. I definitely plan on using this location for future stays when its necessary.

Water in our room never got above lukewarm!! Mentioned that to the front desk but no improvement. We were there 7 nights. Fitness center was not clean, no towels one day. Also one day on the floor of the fitness center were several used feminine sanitary pads!!!

The room/suite was awesome. However, dishes were left in the dishwasher. I wasn’t sure if they were clean or dirty. When I brought back the blankets on bed there were hairs scattered. The shower still had hair on the walls and dirt on the base. Overall I enjoyed my stay just wish it was more clean…I could have complained and got new stuff but I’m not gonna hassle someone over a night when I was in the room less than 12 hours

Place is close to all the shopping you would want to do. I did feel the housekeeping was a little off. We were there for a week and when they did come in, still had to ask for kleenex and a bath rug. Plus I rebooked for two more nights and they didn't even change the sheets!

Many Home Appliances are unable to use. Such as blue TV screens in the living room. No cooking light.

The hotel staff was terrible. None of our TVs in our rooms worked and we booked the suite. When I mention it to the front desk, it says if they could care less.

When we arrived over an hour early, we were told we'd have to wait about an hour until the room was ready. However, the very kind woman at the desk had another similar room available and offered it to us. Generally, the room was clean and comfortable looking, however, I was there with my son and he would be using the sofa bed. When he opened it, the mattress had a big blood stain on it and the bed itself was not only lumpy but impossible to sleep in. He ended up sleeping on the floor for 2 nights. Noone ever mentioned, nor did I ever see it written, that there is no housekeeping service for an extended stay. We went off the next day expecting the beds to be made, the garbage emptied and fresh towels in the bathroom, none of which happened. A call was made to the front desk for at least more towels (which they did send up immediately) and this is when I found out, no services are provided for extended stay guests. Why wasn't I informed of this when I reserved or checked in? That was extremely disappointing after paying so much money for a 2 night stay. I have no other complaints. The rest of the hotel was clean and the front desk was attentive and supportive. But I am very disappointed in my room. Another thing I might add, is while coffee is always welcome, I'm sure, by most guests, there are those of us who only drink tea. In addition to the coffee pouches in the room, providing some tea bags would be nice. I like the soap and shampoo dispensers on the wall.

STAY AWAY!!! I have never been treated so poorly by any company in my life. We arrived at the hotel at 5pm to be told that the room type (two queen beds) we booked weeks ago was unavailable. The woman at the front desk started to see if she could help us with another room type for our family of four. That is when the manager walked over and abruptly stopped her and said she canceled our reservation an hour ago and there was nothing for us. She absolutely refused to help us. Her reasoning was that Expedia often over books room types. When I asked why wasn’t I notified sooner than an hour AFTER check-in starts, she told me that they don’t see their bookings until 3pm each day! She said Expedia should have call me to tell me it was cancelled! Canceled while we were traveling to the hotel!?!Meanwhile, the hotel had my information. The manager could have call me. The proof is the credit card charge on my account. Now I have the pleasure of not only my weekend being ruined, but fighting with the bank to have the charge removed. Hilton, how is this a way to run a business and treat your customers? All the hotels in the area were booked. We had to miss our event, turn around and drive the four hours with our two young kids back home. My family will never book any Hilton hotel again!

From the moment I tried to check in the operation manager gave me such a hard time I paid in advance for a 2br suite she asked how many people I was having I said 6-7 she gave me my ID back and said she couldn’t check me in she didn’t explain the reason nor did she offer to rent me an additional room. Her customer service skills need to improve or they will lose customers I prefer to say at Hilton hotels over most but the way she handled check in has me second guessing.

Front desk "black ladys" were so arrogant when we arrived. They had an attitude of superiority.

As a frequent traveler and Hilton member, I was quite surprised that the incidental deposit was $200 as much as the nightly rate! Usually depsoits are $50 to $100 and these are at 5 star resorts I've stayed at! I was quite surprised especially being Manchester, CT. Our room smelt like indian food, really strong odar. And it was a disappointment that I couldnt watch television from the bed for the tv was on a dresser on the left side of the bed.

Check in was for 3. Lady came out and made sure she cant check anyone in until 3. Well ok. When it was my turn my room still wasent ready. Actually it wasent ready till 330. 30 minutes late on a prepaid reservation. Smh

The two ladies at the front desk were so sweet. Had a really nice experience!

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The hotel suites were clean but starting to show its age. The bathroom had a lot of damage thats needed some repairs and the appliances in kitchen expecially the refrigerator looked like it had not been wiped or cleaned foe soms time. The breakfast was very limited but its free so can't complaine. Wish as the very least offered some type of tea other than only having coffee and hot chocolate.

We stayed one night visiting UCONN with my daughter. The hotel was fully booked. I was impressed with the room and cleanliness however free breakfast was a disaster. The staff was cleaning up a spill and there was little food to eat. I took what I could, but had to eat the crumbs of egg and sausage with a spoon due to no forks. I tried to be understanding, and kept waiting. There seemed to be no other staff but 1 person. They finally put out more food but then I still didn’t have a fork, either did anyone else. We were on a time schedule so I had to go back to my room for forks. Glad I did as there were still none. After breakfast I returned the forks to my room to avoid charges of missing items. Basically they are understaffed to handle anything other than the normal routine. While I would stay again I will make other plans for breakfast.

Breakfast was good but the kitchen staff could not keep up,hence empty containers,food and utensils.had to wait for items. Not enough kitchen help??

I can not say enough how awesome our stay here was. When we got there our room was not ready, so we were given an upgrade to a larger room. Hospitality was amazing, the breakfast was great, and the wednesday salad hour was fabulous. Overall 5 stars!

1. Body wash in shower was almost out on day of check in; they gave us a replacement next day as soon as housekeeping was in, but they didn't fix it onto the standard body wash and shampoo rack during the cleaning visit 2. Breakfast items were never replenished in the buffet area, so we had to ask the kitchen staff for multiple items again and again...which they nicely brought out without complaining (trying to say that it wasn't smooth, had to request it each time)
