The hotel is very clean. The room was small but cozy. Tea and coffee making facilities. Our room overlooked the station. It was nice hearing the trains. Very close to central areas and Quayside. Saw a car park at the station but not sure of the price. Friendly reception staff. Value for money.

The room was much smaller and very different than the picture on the website. The toilet and bathroom was tiny with sliding door that kept opening so no privacy when going to the bathroom if you are travelling with a companion. The general cleanliness was not bad, but you could see hair on the bed sheets. I won’t be returning to this hotel in my future visits.

Our bed was really hard,, didn't sleep for 2 nights,, between that and constant trains going by,,had a "do not disturb" sign up on my door,,while in the shower,,was constantly door knocked by staff to put up a net curtain, they knew I wasn't happy,, about it,,but did they care ,,NO.

I've stayed at the Newcastle Sleeperz Hotel a few times and never had any issues. The location is convenient for public transport with various parking options available surrounding it too. The city is within walkable distance for food and drinks too! The only issue i have is with the showering facilities. The water doesn’t always come out hot which can be a inconvenience.

We had a wonderful time the staff was so helpful, kind and thoughtful. It was like staying with family. Couldn't have been any better, thanks so much. Audrey and Mark the managers run a great staff. Even though the hotel was going through a renovation and name change from Sleeperz to Four Point Flex by Sheraton they made our stay comfortable and put us first and kept everything clean and tidy. We would like to thank all the staff members expecting Shannon, Ruben, Gabriel, Sebastian, Lauren, Michael, and Julie for making our week stay so welcoming. We will be back again some day. Third time we have stayed at this hotel and it’s always a great stay. Friendly staff, spotless rooms and perfect central location Super comfortable beds and to say it’s in the city centre close to some music venues it’s really quiet and minimal road noise. Nice to see separate bins for recycling in the rooms :) We always park at the Train station which is a two minute walk from the hotel and only £15 to park from Friday morning to Monday which is great value

Hotel was fine but there was a very loud night club next door that kept us up til 2 am, and on a Tuesday and Wednesday, not the weekend. So despite the hotel being nice I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Great stay again at Newcastle Sleeperz when we arrived we were informed the the room had just been refurbished but was not ready for us. The management were extremely sorry and offered us free drinks while we waited which wasn’t very long and gave us time to relax. Also supplied us with a free breakfast the next day, very hospitable. The room was in great condition with brand new curtains and extremely clean as always. Large comfortable bed and compact shower area with good air conditioning. Competitive price and right next to the station !! Well recommended

This was a delightful 3-star hotel which gets 5 stars from me in that category. The lovely warm hospitality started upon my check-in. Shout out to Michael for his warm welcome, extremely friendly and welcoming. All his colleagues, the whole team, were really nice too. The room was a decent size, as was the bathroom - just the right size, any smaller and it would’ve been too small. The bed was fine, the mattress was fairly comfortable. The sheets were good enough. The bedroom and bathroom were very clean. My room, 206, was at the back of the building so it was quiet. There was some noise from the corridor/other rooms, but none from outside. Overall, the noise wasn’t too bad. The breakfast was great, and the staff were very accommodating. The hotel location is perfect - central and a few minutes’ walk from the station. Overall, excellent. Very happy with my stay.

I discovered this hotel last year and liked it so much that it was a no-brainer to return this year. It was every bit as good. The staff are lovely. The rooms are designed perfectly and kept spotless. The breakfasts are excellent, although they have increased in price since last year. The location could scarcely be beaten: a five-minute walk from the Central Station, yet quiet enough for a very restful night's sleep. My only suggestion for improvement would be to alter the harsh lighting in the bathroom, which adds 20 years to anyone's age. Bleach-white LED lights from overhead wash out your face and throw all your blemishes and wrinkles into a geriatric relief map. When the time comes to upgrade the bathrooms, consider placing the ceiling lights slightly behind where the person will be standing at the sink then angle the beam so that the lighting bounces off the mirror into the person's face. This is still bright, but it softens their appearance (it's an old design trick). As q quick fix, you might even be able to warm the LED lights without too much hassle because most are switchable these days.
