Parking is an issue at this location. We arrived back at the hotel around 10:30 pm after going out to dinner to find zero parking spaces available except: one in front of a fire hydrant, one under a bridge that borders the parking lot (with two people sleeping there), or at the lobby door (that the desk clerk offered as long as we moved the car by 8 am. It was disappointing to say the least.

This was worst stay we have had. We try always book a Hampton Inn only because of better quality but this one was the worst. I have pictures of the garbage piled up on our floor near elevator the whole time we were there. The staff not friendly at all. The breakfast was unattended, out of most options, drink machine broken, when I asked for milk for cereal the person brought it out and slammed into the pitcher holder very rude. We had to leave and eat breakfast at a gas station which was an extra expense. Called to verify pool was open earlier in the day as heat index was 107 degrees on the motorcycle so we needed to cool down only to find out once there it’s closed and fitness room too. We want a refund for this bad experience and will question if booking with at Hampton Inn Is still our best option or if we need to look into other hotels.

I had a good stay but they need to fix the hot water problem. The water did not very hot. First morning, to take shower I had no hot water but my shower by 9:00am. Other days the water not warm. The staff was good about it. They had other customers was complaining about the water too.

The hotel is very run down inside for a Hampton.There was hair on the floor in the bathroom, the dain in the tub is nasty, and the bed was a mess, witch shows the cleanliness of the place. The pool ceiling is coming apart to the piont where i wouldn't feel comfortable swimming in there pool. I would not stay here again unless they did some major updating.

This poor hampton inn is going to need more than a coat of paint to bring it up to par with the rest of the hampton inn line-up. The toilet was constantly running, lampshade was stained, caulking in the bathroom needs to be replaced and smelled like mold/mildew. Definitely disappointing.

Hampton Inn, in my mind used to be very nice clean hotels, a step above the rest. This hotel was filthy. Carpets in the hallways and the elevator floor were terribly dirty. In the room the carpet hadn't been cleaned. We have stayed in many Hampton Inn's and this was by far the worst.

This is the moldiest hotel I have ever stayed in. The bathtub has mold growing every where - the caulk was black. The first room we were given was so dirty I refused to stay in it. It was very obvious the toilet had not been cleaned so I'm sure the shower hadn't either. I would never ever stay here again. We are going to Chicago and were planning on staying at another Hampton Inn there, not anymore.

The room we stayed in our first night had a broken heater and the window blind could not be raised. The refrigerator was completely iced over in the back. I'm not sure if the thermostat was working or not. We asked to change rooms for our second night. The staff was kind and gave us a room which was nicer. The bed was good, and that's an important thing!

The front desk clerk was wonderful!! Kind, genuine, helpful, informative! The actual room was not nearly as impressive. The bathroom towel rack was stuck to the wall with command strips and fell down with nothing on it, the walls had mold spots, and a wall patch in the actual room not fully repaired.

It was an okay stay. The breakfast was pretty bad. Not much selection and what was there was nearly inedible. The waffle batter was grainy like it had sand in it. The eggs were COVERED in pepper. Also no smart TV’s so we had to settle for basic cable with only like 40 channels to choose from. The room was clean and the service was nice. I feel like we paid too much for this hotel for it to not be upgraded like other hotels we have stayed at. Definitely felt out of date. Probably won’t be returning.

I arrived at the hotel for checkin on April 9, 2024 for my reservation consisting of 2 rooms. I was told they only had 1 room reserved for me. Me, my husband, and daughter were left with no option but to try and find another hotel room at 8:00 at night. They staff offered my no help whatsoever. I had already paid for 2 rooms. They claimed they were booked. I thankfully got a room at the Marriott across the street. I’ve never been offered a refund for my reservation either. Terrible experience to say the least.

The breakfast buffet was not stocked in many things so we had to ask for juice, milk, and coffee. We all felt sick because of the poor air quality, and we noticed other patrons were all sneezing and coughing at breakfast. There were particles in the water from the bathroom sink. We didn’t feel the room cleanliness was good.

A good hotel, though do check the location works for you. It’s a long walk from the State Capitol and Museums. Very good for the mall and the conference center though. The breakfast was inconsistent- most days very good but first day was a mess.

This hotel wasn’t very good. I had no hot water in the shower. The breakfast was just absolutely awful. There was no light roast coffee… There was no waffles… not even any batter…what was there wasn’t very good at all. Almost inedible. I settled for a bagel which wasn’t real fresh. The cleanliness wasn’t very clean. This is the 3rd Hilton type hotel I have stayed in and I probably won’t stay in another ever.
