The room was clean and the view decent. The bathroom was also clean and had great amenities (shampoo/conditioner/body wash). Breakfast was great, a wide variety was offered. If I had to say anything that was wrong, it was the elevator was slow. Overall, I'd stay again, especially since it was so close to the concert venue.

It was a very quiet, comfortable stay. It was reasonably priced and close to the strip. We were on the 6th floor at one of the ends. Room and bathroom were nice. The breakfast was fine. We didn’t go to the pool but there were several people enjoying it. Parking was our only frustration. Everything up by the hotel was taken by the time we returned at night. We had to park up in the back so it was a little bit of a walk. There were a lot of big trucks and vehicles towing trailers that were taking up a lot of spots bc they were parking across the stalls. We would stay again.

Nice off strip hotel. Good breakfast. Pool has a nice waterfall. Wheelchair lifts for the pool. Nice quiet room. Location close to strip but away from the craziness. Will stay here again if I visit LV.

While it is new and certain expectations come with that, I found the facility and staff to be really great! If I have one complaint its the parking process. They use a third party and you have to scan a QR barcode and setup an account in order for the gate to open and let you out. In my case the third party site started charging me by the hour instead of day and racked up $49 in charges in 12 hours. But the front desk staff was very helpful and resolved it before the pre-charges hit my bank. Very good front desk staff! I don’t understand why everyone has to farm things out now. Third party for everything. A for the quality of stay, the room was very nice and clean, breakfast was fantastic….they don’t have just one waffle maker, they have 6! This is not Continental, this is a great start to the day! Scrambled eggs, sausage, fresh fruit, potatoes. You can get to the strip with a 15 minute walk, just don’t miss the crosswalk and go down the stairs like I did, then its a 40 minute walk! I would definitely stay again.

The hotel staff were pleasant and helpful when necessary. The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The pool area was great. I have a bad back and the jacuzzi helped immensely. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Customer service was great. Yen was super helpful. However bathroom was a bit dirty. Towels weren’t the best smelling. There was a dried booger on the side of the sink. Other than that, good stay.

The rooms were very clean just like my home. The staff always had a pleasant word to say and always wished us a good morning. And the free breakfast was excellent. Everyone there waited on you with a smile and a kind word. You didn't have to get up unless you wanted to. And as for the pool area, the hot tub was an excellent tempeture and such a clean, clean area. If and when we return, we are staying at the Hampton Tropicana.

12 min walk to Allegiant stadium, so that's super convenient if coming in for a game or a show; did not have to cross the street and there were sidewalks all the way. Not a populated part of town to walk through (mostly past cheaper motels). We were very happy with having picked Hampton Inn. Room was quiet, thank goodness. Very comprehensive breakfast/ brunch was included in the fee - omelets, waffle maker, cereals, all the things. They also have a bar open most nights per week until 11pm and they have a pizza menu those nights. It was nice to stay off the strip a bit and be away from the crowds and smoke (I'm very sensitive/ allergic to cigarette smoke and was worried that staying in a casino resort would be problematic for that reason) Other hotels walkable to Allegiant are Mandalay Bay (would be the closest on the strip, and there is a pedestrian bridge right across to the stadium, prob 10 min walk; Luxor prob a 15-20 min walk)

I couldn't believe this was hampton inn quality. Room was small. My king size bed was right next to the room door which made me really uncomfortable. Bath tub was bad and shower head was only working partially. Bed was too soft (hampton inn bed is not usually that soft), so it could be older mattress. Breakfast only starts from 6:30am. Smell of the room was weird. This is the worst hampton inn I have ever stayed (I have stayed in hampton inn so many times). Only positive that I had was the hotel employees were really nice and helpful. I will never going to choose this hotel with that high price.

Thin walls. Woke up to drunken neighbors at 4am arguing. Check in hostess wasn't very helpful. Disappointed pay for parking. Shower floor was dirty and AC unit had a piece of food in it. Cleaning looked lightly/quickly done.

Issues from check-in. Room was not what we initially booked, (6 months ago). Were moved to a room next to the pool where kids were still messing around at 1:00 am, after the pool had been closed - little sleep. Requested new room which had shower issues and the in-room air conditioning system was very loud and disrupted sleep.

First off, we ask the staff to only enter the room for cleaning upon request and cleaning was done without request and we were not there. I find this to be an invasion of my privacy as there were personal items and valuable items left out. Also, each morning someone from housekeeping knocked on the door waking me. One night there was a fire alarm that went off. We evacuated and all was clear. Then every 20 minutes it would go off again for a short time and stop from 2am on. The fact that there are no restaurants or gaming facilities within walking distance and no shuttle available is ridiculous. This in turn caused us to spend a significant amount of money on travel to shows, food, and gaming. Reducing our overall experience. Due to budget allowance. There were advertisements for hot food like pretzels and pizza but no one to make them. The breakfast was so congested that I was unable to grab something or sit down and eeat.Overall experience at your facility was poor at best. I would not recommend anyone stay at this facility if they are wanting to experience Las Vegas. Lastly, upon checking out I voiced my concerns to the front desk attendant who offered nothing more than nodding his head without even an apology as if he hears this all the time. Thank you for the inconvenience affecting our experience in Las Vegas as the additional costs of transportation took away from us being able to do additional unique events that are only in Las Vegas.

I booked this hotel months ago so we could be within walking distance to the Raiders game and when we went to check in they informed me we didn’t have a room there because they over sold their hotel that night. They did place us in another hotel but it was far from the stadium. Very disappointed

Great stay they were redoing floors but was not an issue air conditioner wasn’t working but when we let them know, they sent someone up immediately and he fixed it with no problems. The only issue was construction on the road in front of the hotel. It was hard to get to the strip. We would have liked to have walked, but couldn’t because of the construction, not safe. Friendly workers including breakfast area..

While the road construction is going on….it’s not really walkable to the other side of the highway. A normal 10 minute walk turns into a 45 minute walk or a $15 cab ride. Other than that… a great quiet clean place to stay.

The weekend stay was enjoyable. Very close to the major casinos. Not so much a walkable distance due to the heat and freeway in the middle. But overall the bed and room was clean and comfortable. Just wish the pool had less kids and people in it or a larger pool.

Clean and new! Free breakfast was nice! It was like a little buffet, make your own waffles freshly made. Located next to a gas /liquor station ,Jack n box and McDonalds located on the side. Easy short walk. A big plus the Allegiant stadium is about 1-2 blocks away! Saves the hassle driving and parking at the stadium. One thing I didn’t like hotel charges parking fee just Like all the casinos! $twenty something a night adds up! Honestly, Vegas hotels are over rated and over priced! Parking should be free!! Overall, If your going to the raiders game this hotel is convenient and nice.

We accidentally ate food that is against my dietary restrictions because the food was not properly labeled. Upon bringing it up to the staff, they referred us to the manager who didn’t even apologize because the hotel did not mention the ingredients on the food label. There were no options for vegetarian people except for cereals.
