Four Points Flex by Sheraton Cardiff

Paid for a double room. Ended up in a bunk bed tiny basement room. Absolutely awful. I am 6.4 and 19 stone complete joke. Pillows and bedding shocking. Mattress so thin was awake most of the night. Do not book this appalling hotel £150. Absolute disgrace. I arrived later on in the evening tired and ready for a rest and got this.

The room was tiny, more like a cell. Bunk beds, which was a bit of a shock. Shower water goes on to the floor of the shower room, really not a good idea. Staff very friendly.

Rooms are basic but clean and tidy..

Convenient location

Very good hotel at that price for a break in Cardiff especially for train travellers as it is right next to the station & easy walking distance to all the City centre shops & restaurants. Rooms are compact but have all you need. Comfortable beds, TV & hairdryer & shower rooms with complimentary shampoos, soaps etc. The reception staff were very friendly & helpful as well as the house keeping staff. Very comfortable & enjoyable stay
