My stay was great. The staff was very upbeat, knowledgeable and helpful. My room was clean and everything worked. I had a microwave, refrigerator, and coffee maker in the room. The hotel even has a laundry facility and a fitness room. It was so nice that I stayed an extra day just to relax and enjoy the amenities.

The elevator was malfunctioning when I stayed on 05-18-2025. My husband got stuck in the elevator for 40 minutes before help arrived it was not pleasant at all

Parking was good, service was great; our tv wasn’t working and we had to have the front staff fix it. I was not a huge fan of the bed frames. They were metal and made a lot of noise any time someone would turn over, but overall a great stay

The best things about this hotel are that it is very new, clean, set back a block off the main road, has sufficient parking and a nice lobby and breakfast room. The area directly adjacent the hotel includes a bank, newly graded lots for pending development and some woods behind it. For now it is quiet and not overwhelmed with traffic and businesses next door. They have a small pool out back which is enclosed with a fence - not real pretty but alright for a dip especially for kids. We were traveling with a large service dog so were not charged an additional fee which was appreciated. If you have a pet anticipate being assigned a ground floor room like we were, which makes sense. Breakfast was typical for hotels of this caliber - nothing special but options were plentiful including self-serve waffle, scrambled eggs and sausage. All in all very good.

Great stay! This is a brand new hotel, about 2 months old as of this review. A couple things to note, the pool is outdoors and nice. If you are on the back side of the hotel, you will hear sounds from the pool are, so if you prefer a more quiet room, ask for a front of the hotel room. Breakfast was great, parking was ample, and close to the highway/roadway. Very safe, great visit.

Had bugs in the pool the pool was outdoor . But when we arrived in the room we had a dirty pair of boxers behind the bathroom door. Had the cleaning lady come to get them instead she barely spoke English and she wanted me to get them I picked them up with tissue and handed them too her . No towels in the pool area . Rooms walls are thin . Couldn’t watch my fire stick on the tv .

The nicest La Quinta I’ve ever stayed in. Brand new and very clean. We stayed here for a ball tournament at Snowden Grove and it was a very short drive. Very close to multiple restaurants, 7 brew, and target. Extremely friendly front desk staff. Very safe area. Would stay here again!

The bed made a sound like a drum when you moved. Noticed it’s on a metal base. Went to get in shower at the top on the shower rod was a wash clothe used by probably the last guest that stayed in the room. This sorta was disturbing.

We were in room 133 right next to an exit door. We heard it slam closed at least a dozen times throughout the night. Decent hotel but the room location was terrible.

We stayed for one night at this new hotel in Olive Branch. The lobby is very nice and inviting. The workers were in a good mood and checked us in quickly. The room was very nice in every way. The hotel is not within walking distance of many things but it is a very short drives to restaurants. The only thing I could possibly complain about was all the pillows were super firm, way more than I prefer. I would stay here again and highly recommend.

Accused of smoking; yes i smelled of smoke but i didnt in the room or anywhere inside They came in my room to search, without permission but there was no smoke or nothing out of ordinary Worst stay ever,was suppose to been my break from drama Even better was there were very few patrons so i hadnt bothered a sole Keep it that way, stay elsewhere

We arrived and were told someone had already checked us in. My in laws were staying there as well, so I assumed it was them. We were given a key, went to the room and opened the door. Someone’s stuff was in there. 😳 Luckily they must’ve been at dinner, so I closed the door and went back to the lobby. We were given another room right away…which was clean and quiet, but something about the mix up just made me feel weird.

The place is nice. We checked in pretty late and the on site staff was having a problem with the check in system and had to call another staff member to resolve it. The other staff member had already left for the night and had to come back. Feet swelling from driving all day, back hurting, tired and ready to lay down and "sorry I cant get you checked in until this other employee comes back to work" .. its not a good look La Quinta

Was greeted warmly when I arrived. Check in was a breeze. Clean rooms and a wonderful bed and pillows. Was greeted by my name when I was headed out of the hotel for dinner. Wonderful stay.

The service and treatment was amazing. Best customer service I have ever experienced and the rooms were so clean. The Lobby was big and beautiful. Perfect location for traveling with lot of restaurants and shops within a few minutes. Safe location with lots of amenities. Highly recommended.
