Would definitely stay again. Great location and very quiet. Rooms were perfect size with living room, kitchen and bedroom. Could use a little more lighting in the living room area. There were a few things like a gap in our door and the air filter that still needed drywall patching. Overall a good experience.

The hotel is relatevely new and well kept, and that is the reason I usually stay there when in Raleigh for business. This time the communication was awaful. The hotel used to be without front desk and they just shifted to having one. Their check in system is still set up as before and problemy it is authomated because I received the usual messages and they did not care to let me know that things have changed. I specifically told them I was arriving late and I wanted to make sure not to have any issue. I arrive, I go upstairs and there is no more keypad. The system sent me a number stating that was both for front door and my room. No care to mentioned I had to stop at a reception, that now exist but on the side, so not visible. So I had to message the usual system, very poor answer, and I decided to go downstairs and check and found a super nice person at the reception. The hotel rooms are good, the people at the front desk were super nice but the all Hotel management sucks. And all they can say is I am sorry...

The room was very clean and spacious. However, this property has a lot of maintenance issues. Water pressure was poor and we were without hot water for our stay. We also got a text while we were out that our car needed to be moved at 8 in the morning, so when we returned late we had to park away from the hotel. Staff seemed inconvenienced by us and were generally not very friendly. Staff across the street (where we thought we were supposed to be checking in- there’s no front desk at this property but there were a ton of staff in and maintenance in the lobby?) was a lot more understanding. We are supposed to be compensated half of our stay, our conversation with staff about the issues was short and unpleasant. They didn’t seem to care. If you have this much maintenance and construction, you shouldn’t have guests. Disappointing because the hotel itself is cute and pretty nice inside. I

Great little hidden gem with an abundance of character tucked away in Cary! We frequent Cary from Virginia every few months and we’re always looking for a spot that feels like home away from home. I loved the character and vibe, it was secure yet accessible, not your traditional hotel experience. You feel like you’re checking into your own little condo! The owners/operators have put a lot of energy and time converting this space and I have to admit they’ve done a great job. The kitchenette's are a great amenity within the rooms. They were even sweet to leave a little note about ‘highway’ noise and single use ear plugs. The noise wasn’t excessive, what you’d expect being close to a highway. We travel with a sound machine and didn’t notice any excessive noise. I wish we had more time to spend in the shared common area because that space is so fun and inviting. Overall, if you’re looking for a boutique, non traditional hotel experience, this is a great spot!
